Also, I would advice that you start from your immediate location. All schools need hands, I mean all. You just need to be bold and try to convince the HOD of your department. You can also look for a connect, to give you a strong letter of recommendation.

I strongly believe you’re missing the point here. Someone said that this recruitment could be “suspended” ( maybe he meant to say delayed) because of the Ramadan fast. I argued that the government could have instead made it a public holiday if they were so concerned.....suggesting the Ramadan shouldn’t be a reason to suspend the recruitment. To drive home my point I gave an instance of the Christian fasting period (called lent). Imagine the government does that too (as they always do for both sides), almost 80 days of the year would be gone. I never even implied anything new, I just made my analysis from what we already know. I don’t know what part you have a problem with sha, but I think the fuss may be misdirected. Our worry should be the delay and not my opinion on this.

Please stop with the argument. Fasting doesn't stop anyone from working or earning a living and it certainly doesn't prevent anyone from attending an interview that may not last more than an hour. Sallah celebrations on the other hand requires a public holiday that can affect any planned schedules for govt or private institutions.

Well noted. I would like to state some things for clarity though.
First off, no where on this thread was it stated, black and white that the process was cancelled due to the Ramadan fast.(correct me if I am wrong)
Second, are you aware some Fed Govt agencies allow their staff close early during the month of Ramadan? I dare say some private businesses do same.
Third, perhaps, the composition of the board members is such that the Muslim faithfuls asked for a shift, so they focus on the fast?
Fourth, there is nothing "deep" in what I observed. For the records, not all Christians observe the Lent period. As a matter of FACT, all Muslims observe the Ramadan fast.
A point to note though, "Ramadan" isn't a festival, it is one of the pillars of Islam. A 'must' on all Muslim(s) to observe it.
I still say we let this thing go.

This isn't something that should generate emotional stress. First off, not all Christian faithfuls observe the lent (fast) period. On the other hand, all Muslims, with maturity of mind and belief in the most high, observes the fast (Ramadan).
Let's leave all these unnecessary religious talk and look forward to a positive response from the recruiting team.

Hi Folks, to hide my identity i had to use my alternate account. Your advise is hugely needed.

This happened mid 2019, this new guy joined the office from a competition and we were sort of close acquaintance. We managed different zones, so there was no rivalry. Shortly after his arrival, he joined forces with the area manger to pull me down. The guys had this dislike for me, honestly i don't know why despite hitting/surpassing targets time after time and some cases i was a global winner. The hatred was immense that i had to confront them several times, just incase i was unknowingly doing something against their wish. The AM was unable to influence my transfer cos i had some folks at HQ behind me. When this was not achieved, then the scheming began, It got so intense that i had to write the management for a rotation to a different department. The whole Nigeria went berserk with the decision, when i was questioned, i gave them my reason. The rest of what happened should be a story for another day.

Recently, I was sent to audit their records and i found things that once i escalate will instantly cost them both their jobs. The questions remains, if you were in my shoes, what would you do?

Two options
1, escalate, they will both loose their jobs amd possibly detained
2, Give them an opportunity to recover the money or block it with personal funds.

Late scheme of events shows that management is just waiting for a ruse to ask them both to leave, and this should be the final nail on thier coffin. Seems i have been carrying a moral burden since last night.

Truth be told, option two should not even be in the picture. You should perform your job and submit the results. Thinking of the repercussion shouldn't be priority.

Despite all we are saying if he is allowed to upload his documents after the deadline then it shows 2 things:
1. Its either a miracle (the work of God) or
2. The recruitment firm are not serious with this recruitment...

The man with the 'sauce'.� Truth be told, I think allowing him to upload is the lesser of two evils. However, allowing people access to an unmanned test, for 24hours should not have happened in the first place.
I think he/she should try and chat them up, you never can tell.

So sorry to barge in Attahir however, this is really not a fair thing to thumb. Let me tell you why. OP lost his phone perhaps, this was the same period that calls for upload of documents was done. Recall that those that scored 75 and above were the ones that were asked to upload. For my sanity, I had to unfollow this thread, just to focus on other things. I was surprised to see a mail from the recruiting team on the 8th. So, its possible OP had already given up on the recruitment. However, like someone advised here, it's always good to check your mails often.

I don't think this is true. The name, date of birth and email remains uneditable. But other details like state, region and LGA is editable.

Oh! When the application started, I noticed that I had to input a middle name. Seeing that I had just two names, I had to type in 'NIL' as the middle name. I was able to edit that out when I had access to the portal. That's why I thumbed what I did. Thanks for the clarification. @Betterkola

When you get to the upload of required documents area, you can edit the details there. Name, email e.t.c.

When you say "Submitted", do you mean you have finished the whole process and submitted finally?

This is one of the most accurate takes on this thread and I would explain why.
First of all, there was no effort(s) whatsoever on the part of the organisers to make sure qualified people took the test.

Secondly, writing a test should not be a means of interview invites (especially in this case) because number 1 was totally ignored. I know someone who has a Ph.d (arts) with over 10 years of hardcore research and you expect the person to be sidelined because of an unmanned test? The little I know it's recruitment is, your qualifications plays a major role in landing an interview too.

Third, people screaming blue murder have every right to do that. So also people saying they did not cheat, do.

@sanprecious and @oxyba also made lots of sense too. However, the whole testing was set up for a failure and I dare say it is and will remain a sham (my opinion) that is if they claim this is the end.

Recall, someone here claimed that a friend of a friend had already seen the questions before the test started. Perhaps, that's why someone had the luxury of taking pics (photo shoots), while the heart rate was pounding heavily during the test.
In all, let me share what a mentor told me yesterday. "Just keep at it, in the end, it will (success) reach everybody."
