We are grateful for the update. The issue here is your/my knowledge of their salary is non-existent. So, I asked where you reside? You know why? So that you take a trip to their office and ask a staff. It seems it's a new establishment and these things seem novel to us down here. Just do an internet search for the office and proceed to the lokay with questions.

The truth is in Academics, if you are not a PhD(if you get what I mean) growth would be crazy slow. So, develop yourself and in a few years, you would be where you wanna be.

In my own family, we are 8, I am the last child and believe me, all are well to do and happily mattied yet we relate with other with love. Even those outside the country, we crack jokes on our family whatsapp group and call each other once in a while. Mind you, none of us is begging, in fact all of us are heavy weights.


This thing mostly depends on parental upbringing, how parents raise their kids matters, we were raised with the mindset that an injury to one is an injury to all and a win for one is a win for all, and this principle have kept us together for decades despite our individual successes.

The Bush family are forever united in love despite their individual successes and despite having one of them as a former US President.


Please while raising your own kids, teach them to love one another and to take ones pain as everybody's pain and ones success as everybody's success, this helps to bond them together even when they become married adults with separate families.



I forgot to tell you that one of my greatest joy in life is helping my extended family members since my immediate family are okay.


Helping people gives me extraordinary joy and fulfillment and that's why I pray and work harder everyday to have more money so that my assistance can become nationwide and not just limited to my family and community.

If you go through OPs post, you'd see that the family was close, then they had issues along the way. OP even stated that the second child was very close to the first and not the other siblings. OP stated also that along the way, something happened and the relationship became sour. OP also suggested that his brother didn't feel comfy giving him money in front of his wife. Recall, he also said that he eats outside; even though he didn't mind.
Truth is, those who have families that care and show love are indeed lucky. However, this isn't the reality for others. Someone mentioned here that you need to lean on the successful to become successful and praised Ms Ikeji for that.
This is a really nice topic for most people that aren't as lucky as you and your siblings.
It could engineer a relationship rethink on so many fronts.

The answer he gave you is the best you can get. The truth is, no one knows how it's gonna turn out. You could be in your first year on the job and then an amnesty is declared for those with additional qualifications. Mind you, once you start work, you would be guided by the condition of service of whatever agency you get attached to. If you do not have permission to study, then you are in for a long thing.
I think you should take baby steps first. I believe all you have for now is the O'level, so, you can start whatever program you are interested in and once you secure a job, you tell them upon documentation that you are already running a part time program. This way, you are covered till the end of the program; and they would not hesitate to upgrade you when the time comes. Just go for a BSc

Hello people. First of all, whether someone gets a slot or not, the truth is we encourage individuals that spew lies a whole lot. At this age and time, we comfortably boast about "connect". If someone speaks against that, we are suddenly tagged "jealous" simply because we see an abnormality in a supposed circle of educated folks; it sure is sad.
Let us let go of all this name calling and whatnot. If someone says he/she got a slot, whether it be true or not, I think this should not metamorphose into our use of bitter words.
We have a long way to go as a nation, and this "securing of slots" for a select few is gonna remain a huge clog in our developmental pursuits as a nation.
The funny thing about the whole drama is people are still sending in PMs, while others struggle to defend/discredit each other.
I am a strong advocate for calling out scammers however, let us have all the facts before we pull the trigger. Let us try to control our emotions.
The best advice for all of us is "all fingers are not equal". Place yourself on your level and watch your efforts "multiply into manifolds of success stories".

If we are being sincere, we have had like three Monikers here, that have consistently provided us with insights on the different stages of the recruitment. Information dropped may not be � per cent accurate, but we have appreciated every second of their time. I noticed, when information we get does not conform with our hidden desires, we begin to use subtle tactics to discredit them.
It has been said here, take the little information available and leave the rest. Remember, it is off the abundance of their good will.
This is a platform for ideas, we cannot keep criticizing Monikers and not dropping alternatives to their information.

I believe the main gist behind APLs, especially from FIRS is, you get one if your connect is connected.
There is nowhere Francis claims there will be a massive release of APLs. If your connect is the real deal, then you are good to go.
