Is that how developed countries operate. How can nigetia compete favourably with other countries when you want to send people to farm without modern farming machines to increase output. Or you want then to do subsistence farming and just live hand to mouth, no dreams of a better future for themselves and family. That is why, even a highly placed Northerner will feel intimidated by a lowly placed southerner, worst of all, a South Easterner or South Southerner. This complex from these sources makes them violent and oppressive. They don't enjoy being violent, but they see violence as a means of venting their frustration.
