Does the sites their works get featured on pay in Naira?

It makes no difference to the topic of discussion.

In the same vein, was the house bought on YouTube? Was the house bought in dollars??.

Your argument is off point.

You are converting to our weak naira to know the weight?

And what's the correlation between what they earn with what our senators are earning.

Well I said what I said.

Why won't I convert to Naira?

Or did he "buy" the house in dollars?

I thought it's the same Naira that was used to pay for the house that our Senators are also using.

Oga oo!

As an ex banker who has been privy to some information from these celebrities, I can category say that content creators are not your regular street boys.

for the fresh and upcoming ones, they rack in within the range of 30-60k dollars monthly from Facebook and Google. (Which is just one stream of income aside ads, endorsement etc) Talk more of the big guys (Mr Macaroni, Broda shaggy, Lasisi Craze Clown etc)

Don't underrate these guyz!!.

Notwithstanding, majority of them wouldn't pay for the house in full. 30-50% down payment while they spread the rest.

Even those guys I mentioned don't make up to that, oga.

30k to 60k dollars = N17 million to N34million Naira per month @ 570 Naira exchange rate.

This guys make more than a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in a month going by your claim.

Issorite! grin

Nairaland is a faceless forum for a reason, afterall cheesy

Lol...

Go and watch MKBHD, MrWhosetheboss YouTube videos on how much they make from YouTube and you'd know that all this houses and cars are not gotten strictly from YouTube videos. And those guys are some of the most followed channels in the world.

Most of this social media declarations are audio.

The amount of money ($) these guys rack up from Facebook and YouTube monthly shows how much content creation has grown.

Guys!! think out a content (just anything, not necessarily comic), open a YouTube channel and stay consistent to your craft.

Pay day will come.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Why Do People Always Say FG Jobs Has Job Security? by nitt: 11:57pm On Dec 30, 2021
What it simply means is that there is security of tenure.

It's a herculean task for a civil servants to get dismissed or better still, have his appointment terminated.

The stages for such (if due to contravention of public service rules or its kind) is not immediate as you find it in private coys where it is as easy as typing a letter of termination.

That's why you hardly see such cases in the FG employment.

It's not a bad thing op.

You are who you are.

We can't all be extroverts, funny and jovial.

Life will not have a balance if we all possess the same characteristics.

I can advice you to meet people online, engage in chats, and take it from there. That's the beauty of the Internet and social media.

There are apps like Twitter, FB Messenger, Muzmatch etc for your online social interactions.

Don't stress yourself bro.

Relentlessly ignorant, I expected that but don’t make baseless allegations, point wherever you saw this write up on the ww web, your house or anywhere else if not hold your peace about ‘copy and paste’. Like I said, you were probably not aware of this site when people were clamoring for an app version from Seun, so again hold your peace about who knows what.
Not everyone is into social media apps, especially one filled with your likes. Don’t be ignorant.
Nairaland is not an app but an Internet forum with an app. You sent a link, I sent a photo LOOK AT what Nairaland is known as. The facts remain what they are.

Because Nigerians naturally are husslers and hard working people, so if they apply half of the effort threy use in Nigeria over there in the USA, they'd become millionaires.

Also, the American system is built in such a way that there's reward for geninue hard work. Over here in Nigeria, no matter how qualifed or how hard you've worked, if your name isn't Abdul, Mohammed, Aisha...and come from a certain section of the country, you're just wasting your time.

By 2023, more than 98% of Nigerian youths would have successfully migrated out of this hell hole.

This I have seen.

Failures always blame others for their pathetic situation.

Young baby, you must be ten or something. Nairaland is an Internet forum type of website, not an app. When Nairaland was created, APPLICATIONS FOR WEBSITES DID NOT EVEN EXIST. When men and women were begging Seun Osewa the founder of Nairaland to create an app version of this site for us to use, you were probably not even born…

The fact that a platform creates an application to be accessed doesn’t mean it is an ‘app’. Nairaland was and remains A WEBSITE. The website in turn hosts Nairaland’s application for easier access.

Tinder for example is an APP, Nairaland is a website. See their two Wikipedia definitions down there as example before you embarrass yourself further.

Grow a brain, learn correct terminologies before trying to distribute sense. Ignorant Pea brain.

All this jargons just to disseminate garbage.

You numbskull think all members logged in through the website, that's just strenuous for most.

And that's why I made reference to it as an app in the first place.

Your Copy and paste education is at fault here.

I couldn't vote. I wanted to vote Jonathan. I stood in long queues for hours for several days trying to get my PVC. I still couldn't. Many people didn't get theirs. Meanwhile small northern boys who do scrap metal business near my place were receiving calls from their friends and relatives in the North to come and collect their PVC's which the said relatives have collected from INEC. I, a grown man, could not get mine in the South. In the North, small boys were being begged to collect theirs. INEC officers went from house to house to deliver voters card to people, including relatives of actual owners of the cards in the north. Prof Jega dealt with the south. He disenfranchised us and gave Mr Buhari victory

Hahaha grin

All the people you mentioned from the South, including Tinubu that I usually condemn stole their own state money not federal money like those Ab0ki criminals.

The money Abacha stole alone will build a new country. Then to talk of the one Buhari, his family, his political fronts and associates have stolen.

Ab0ki are the bane of Nigeria's progress, they steal without fear or remorse. They love it when they are the only one stealing to go to Mecca to collect terrorist title.

Ab0ki is the number one problem Nigeria have, they are remorseless criminals. Buhari family, including his wife Aisha is currently a billionaire just for being a first lady of few years yet they are the first to shout fight corruption, foolish criminals

And where does the state money come from?
