your problem is that you are looking at things from the point of enemies...emotion. Even if you have enemies real politicians understand that you need to win over enemies perceived or real. I think it's clouding your judgement. Ibos have never been much of a factor in lagos elections until recently due to migration, I would say the last 2 or 3 elections at most and what started it was comments by Ibos in 2015 which led to the infamous jump in the lagoon comments. Your comments that he holds lagos by playing the ibo card since 1999 are figments of your imagination 1) because the election results show otherwise 20 ibos only started becoming a factor recently.

1999 Ibos were not a factor, east west migration hadnt really developed steam Ad swept presidential and gov elections
2003 AD was the only state in the SW that remained under Tinubu despite the OBJ onslaught into the SW. Tinubu had a pact with Atiku to deliver SW if PDP keep off lagos. This is when Tinubu established himself as a Godfather.

The fact that you start by talking of enemies says a lot. and explains and butresses my point about Ibos and politics and chances of the presidency. Tinubu is relevant because the SE/SS vote as a block for PDP. Buhari tried 3 times and failed, each time he got massive votes in the north but it was not enough. Buhari won when he and Tinubu alligned, If Buhari had significant votes from the SS or SE Tinubu wouldnt be so relavnt and would go back to being a regional leader instead of a kingmaker. Again the SE are the ones shooting themselves in the foot, by creating a divide youve made the Tinubu and the SW more powerful.

The problem with restructuring is that it will not happen until it is perceived to be in the interest of the North. That will likely only happen when the resources in other regions have dried up. the other problem with your analysis is that (assuming you are Ibo) SE does not have land, that which exists is tied up in cultural norms, so they are destined to migrate to other lands. This is why the Ibo man is the most migrant tribe of all the Nigerian tribes. Ultimately even with restructuring you most likely will still have to seek your fortunes outside the SE.

I have tried several times without success to get a confirmation
for this story on the mentioned websites including cancer.org
and some others in related fields. But perhaps, someone out
there knows the original and authentic source of this message?

As interesting as this message may be, as well as the different
responses it receives anytime it is being passed around,
depending on which side of the divide you find yourself, I am
more worried about the health implications attached. Cancer is
not something to make jokes out of as it claims millions of lives
across the world every year. Again, some frightened lady who
hitherto was not in favour of breast sucking may easily submit
herself to torture with the belief that she is suffering for a good
reason. Please, let us not confuse issues.
Breast feeding is not the same as breast sucking. Breast feeding
is the process of feeding new born and infants with breast milk.
It is this that has been medically proven to be of immense
benefit to both mother and child and can prevent breast cancer.
There are no scientifically proven studies indicating that breast
sucking is of any medical benefit to the the woman whose
breast is being sucked or the person doing the sucking.
However, what has been scientifically proven is the fact that
breast sucking when properly performed is of immense pleasure
to the woman and may sometime on its own lead to orgasm or
when combined with some other forms of sexual stimulation
will help a woman to achieve orgasm quicker. Again, neither
has any research shown that breast sucking can give a woman
cancer.
