When I asked a person working in an office in Nigeria (can't remember where) about faxing documents to them, and the lady looked at me like "you foreigners have come again oh, you're expecting a fax to be here", I realized some of these issues are not as easy as they seem overseas.

besides, the information requested might be considered confidential or to be directed to appropriate channels.

Asking for current school population plus staff strength and so on, clearly indicates the asker is from overseas where such information is open to the public. To a Nigerian university, it would be seen as suspicious if not routed through the department/s in charge of responding to such requests.

In fairness to the person who said "they are lazy", he did add this part:

If those things are in someone's destiny, they'll get there with or without women. No woman can change habits you are prone to if you're genetically inclined.

Also, the type of women you seek out, is dictated by your own values.

Abusing women 24/7 is not going to protect you from heartbreak, because whenever you let your guard down, you'll meet what you fear even if it takes 100 years.

Financial ruin as a result of your bad choices, which may or may not include women, is not always something you can prevent.

Take responsibility for what you do, not saying no women are devils, but your manner of approach is too negative and evil. It's hard to say someone cheated on his girlfriend or friend with benefits because she was so ugly, when men still cheat on their beautiful significant others even in the absence of any ugliness.
