Women claim they like straight-forward, honest guys but once the guy starts telling them the truth or starts being honest, they start complaining and accusing the man of being too emotional or too harsh or too insensitive. The truth is, ladies love to be lied to. They keep fantasies in their heads and minds and they usually seek men who will fulfill those fantasies even though those men are liars and posers. As our only country continues to disintegrate and all we do is point fingers without any clue of a collective efort we can make to salvage d nation. In developd countries, if u overspeed, d cops wil give u ticket and u pay a fine. But in naija evryone seem to b handicappd. Pls i need sincere responses, are we truely handicapd. u wud also agree dat d reason u dnt knw some subjects as well as odas has more 2 do with d teacher dan your seriousness. If u get money get extra lessons 4 ur kids. 10k u

As a teacher, i would say that most kids need extra lessons. In a typical class, apart from the gifted students(few), u discover that others barely grab what is taught for two major reasons 1. The teacher must complete the syllabus within 12weeks with holidays, and extracurricular activities inclusive. Hence no time to give any student particular attention in class. 2. Wit h a salary of less than 25k, what do u expect? My advice is that parents should take notice of subjects their kids dont do well, then go to ask how much the teacher earns. Finally, never rely on your kid's grades, thats rubbish. I've taught in schools where the only grades that exist is 1st to 8th position.(thats just a way to keep students). So if u have the means, pls employ a home tutor for your kids.

Misterpaul: Haven't you people heard about Estate surveyors and valuers?..They are professionals in all this real estate matter and thier practice is regulated by The Nigerian Institute of Estate surveyors and valuers(NIEVS)..I know, there are many Estate firms out there,like Jide Taiwo and co.,Diya fatimilehin and assoc.,etc..Why are u guyz patronizing all this road side quack agents and stil come here 2 complain when u are duped..
