Did you watch the video? This is not about me but about how our perception of what is good food may affect our health. It's also not just about weight.

These videos aren't too recent, but I found the subject matter interesting enough to post in the politics section. The proponent (Gary Taubes) makes a lot of statements that are not supported by mainstream medicine.
