Impossible!!!! N300 million target no b a days job broda! #1Word: Banks R wicked!

Wow! Seems i have been arguing blindly. But look at it from this perspective; I know there's a lot of pressure in banks within economic viable cities like Abuja, Lagos and Ph. In other cities like Ilorin, Bauchi, Ibadan, Uyo and co, is it still impossible to go unscathed?

No am not saying it's impossible but it will be easier for a camel to go through a needle's eye

That sounds more like its impossible? I will like to know how you have come to the conclusion i.e. shed more light. Are you a banker?

Yes if she isn't a marketer else there is the resign option .
The targets make it almost impossible and most of the men up there who can drop that cash and look away are more randy than goats

Are you saying a smart lady that knows her onions can't subtly change the situation to her favour by getting the money and not opening her legs? Don't forget the money is for investment with the bank and it's not like it's going into her private account.

Just having a casual argument with some friends that came over to my place this morning;

Is it possible for a female bank marketer to meet her financial targets without getting caught under the customer's loins? Yes, most of these ladies are usually under pressure of their jobs and pushed into it but is it possible to maneuver your way? What are the chances that you will meet the targets without having to sleep with any customer? Don't forget some of them literally take the bank to these people in their offices and homes.

A particular example given by one was; A lady bank marketer claimed to bring in N150 million from a single customer without giving him something in return i.e. open her legs! How possible is that?

Bankers in the house, please help us shed more light on this.

I think laying down all the cards prior to start any commitments/ relationship is better than being shocked all the time when u found something ur partner didn't told u abt...but some ppol can't be open like others..before they spill their beans, u shud gained their trust first.

Sure, I quite agree with you on the issue of trust. I mean you have to be sure the person can be trusted with your pasts because you don't want someone running off like a town-crier with your dirty-linens!

But what if there are inconsistencies in the person's account of their past? For example, ...maybe like a month ago he already said he didn't have any sexual intimacy with Lady X while dating her, and then later he returns to make reference to a sexual experience with the same Lady X that he once said they never had any intimacy? How do you joggle that?
Romance / Do You Expect Honesty From Your Partner On His Or Her Past? by NOIBMUUL(m): 1:13pm On Dec 09, 2015
Hello peeps, just a quick sampling of your opinions.

Do you pick offense when your lady (gf, fiancée or wife) is dishonest with you about her past sexual relationships? Not that their past will influence how you behave or treat them anyway, because that will be unfair as we all have our pasts too. But being honest i.e. coming clean can be a honourable thing to do and also an indication that you are willing to leave the past in the past.

For me, being dishonest about something or trying to hide the truth just shows unwillingness to discontinue those things and a major redflag for me. And yes please, this also applies to the men too and not just the ladies.

Maybe I am overly intuitive or like we say "over cacu dey worry me!" But that's just me. What's your own take on it? Share your sentiments and lets discuss.

**Thanks in anticipation of your matured and constructive opinions.

Crime / Re: Small Kuramo Close To Lekki Beach Is Currently Taking Lives by NOIBMUUL(m): 8:26pm On Nov 25, 2015
Lincoln275:
Dear nairalanders its in pain and despair am letting out the obnoxious and heinous crime activities carried out by hoodlums in my place of residence ARO TOWN, BEHIND BALE'S HOUSE, LEKKI BEACH ROAD, JAKANDE ROUND ABOUT.

My name is Bayo a graduate of Accounting of the University of Lagos, I have practically lived in "ARO TOWN" opposite lekki beach for more than eight years plus.
Owing to the peaceful and serene attributes of the environment, "ARO TOWN" has been highly & desperately sought after, by working class personels for the benefit of human safety.
For a good number of years human safety in "ARO TOWN" has been pretty, excellent and remarkably enjoyable. Not until the migration/intrusion of former KURAMO prostitutes into "ARO TOWN" which has led to continious burglary and theft in the community.

On the 8th of November, 2015 at about 2:59 a.m an array of heavily armed men found their way into my family residence at " ARO TOWN " off lekki beach road , behind Bale's house and made do with various gadgets, like laptops, phones e.t.c. thereafter my siblings and I were told to strip off our clothes at moribound i. e gun point, It actually felt like a dream , only to discover it was reality when the gang leader took hold of my younger one and molested her in our very front. Afterwhich they escaped through the back door running towards house of refuge "SMALL KURAMO" .
My family members and I tried calling the police, but apparently our efforts was futile knowingfully well the police may likely be at "SMALL KURAMO" which has been a normal trend for policemen within that axis.

Dear nairalanders I am much more pained and burden about the continious robbery attacks in "ARO TOWN" which has seriously intensified after the incidence in my family and residence.
Effort from community leaders "Bale"chancellors. to remedy the robbery attack caused by the "KURAMO COMMUNITY" has been to no avail. But one thing is for sure "injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere".
Dear Nairalanders and Lagosians We solicits your support and prayers to scale through this hurdles, beacuse each nights that passes by seems like a year gone.
We are increasingly burden by growing number of robbery attacks and theft in "ARO TOWN" also We beseech and implore every Nairalanders and Lagosians to please forward this message to appropriate Quarter, beacuse every night that passes by in ARO TOWN is far from been guarantee but simply in the harms of CHRIST JESUS. SHALOM!

Please take this further by sending to LindaIkeji (lindaikeji@gmail.com /Not sure if this is correct though. Please double check). Hopefully it will get her attention and appear on the pages of her blog. It will also add to the recently growing cases of crime in Lagos and also reach a wider audience which can help influence/urge those in the right quarters to act. I have heard of killings and other barbaric acts around that area in Jakande, Lekki. God be with us.

NB: You could also reword the title to effectively pass the message across. Best!

OMG, whereas, in the UK, a fresh lecturer's starting salary is about £41,000 per annum ( Pls in the interest of health and safety, converting this to Naira without a four figure table is strongly discouraged)

When you pay tax, remove house rent, utility bills and co in the UK, the difference is not significant especially when you consider other bonuses naija lecturers get.

I watched with sadness how thousands of innocent people died in Nepal from that earth quake and it makes me wonder if God really finds joy in the death of people. The so called God is claimed to be alpha and omega but how come he sits dumbly and lazily and watch people they claim he worked so hard to create die like fowls Many Nigerians are deep into the belief of this dead God that they no longer use their brains when commenting on tragedies because they have all been brainwashed into believing their existence is owed to a fable God sold to them by Isrealites who are far worse in commiting crimes against humanity in terms of war and killing innocent people. A four month old baby survived the earth quake and i was surprised to see some people thanking God for her survival shocked
Thank God for killing over 5thousand people and saving a 4 months old Africans are so mentally lazy that they call an imaginary Dumb God in everything. FuCck the foolish God for watching innocents die while watching. that is if the furker called God even exist. IT SHALL NEVER BE WELL WITH GOD FOR HIS WICKEDNESS IF HE TRULY EXIST. nonsense undecided

Food / Re: 7 Things Not To Do After A Meal by NOIBMUUL(m): 6:56pm On Feb 18, 2015
2undexy:
Below are seven dangerous act to avoid after a meal.

1. Don't smoke.
Experiments from experts shows that smoking a ciggarette after meal is equivalent to smoking ten ciggrettes. (chances of cancer is higher).

2. Don't eat fruits immediately.
Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore, take fruits 1-2 hours after meal or 1 hour before meal.

3. Don't drink tea.
Because tea leaves contains a high content of acid. The substance will cause the protein contents in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.

4. Don't loosen your belt.
Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted and blocked. It's better to do that before eating or don't do it at all.

5. Don't bathe.
Bathing after meal will cause the increase of blood flow to the hand, legs and body, thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This could weaken the digestive system in our stomach.

6. Don't walk about.
People always say that after meal, walk a hundred steps and you will live till you become 99 years of age. In actual fact, this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.

7. Don't sleep immediately.
The food we intake will not b able to digest properly. Thus will to gastric and infection in our intestine.

So basically, we should eat and then start staring before we fall asleep?

Romance / Re: Am Confused....what Do I Tell My Prospective Husband? by NOIBMUUL(m): 1:33pm On Feb 12, 2015
Chinweblinkz:
I have had sleepless nights thinking about these; what do i tell my prospect husband about my mother?
I feel shameful to tell my friends and i decided to do it here because i believe no one knows me here and i feel safe doing it here.
No need to keep it to myself again, a problem shared is a problem solved.
Please do read and give me your suggestions.

-Am a young girl in my late teens,6.5ft tall and light skinned.
Although am not up to the 'great' twenty,i have had so many suitors but none of them fit my choice.
Its either they are too tall, financially inbalanced or not even Literate to my taste.
Recently a guy came asking for my hand in marriage and he is exactly my choice.
Not too tall, dark and an introvet with a booming business.
You may ask 'why am i in a hurry to get married?'
it had to do with my family background,my getting married would lessen the mouths my Dad feeds.
It will go in a long way to enlighten the yoke of the poor man.
Now the problem is; what do I tell my prospective husband about my mother?
My mother is mentally inbalanced and lives with her parents, the last time i went to visit her i returned home in tears.
She was so lean, her hair was brown and bushy almost growing to a dreadlock but she recognized I and my siblings.
Her elder sister is also sick in the head and it scares me to think it may run in thier blood and am afraid of telling my prospective husband because he and his family may come to the same conclusion and they may withdraw thier interest in me.
Should i dare it and tell him the truth?
Should i tell him my mother divorced my dad long ago?
Should i tell him she is dead?
Please am confused.
I need your help.
Thanks.

So you have all these problems in your family, yet you are selecting suitors? My dear, you cant eat your cake and have it. Life na give and take.

Anyway, my advise to you is to bare all your issues/problems before your prospective husband. And if I may advise, it is not in your power to select a spouse but rather draw closer to God and allow Him direct your path. Marriage might not even be an escape from your problems as you have proposed, it might compound it. Let God decide for you and never rush into making a life-long decision.

Shalom.

Hey Fijiano, exactly.

Please tell us how it happened.

It's a trick of the mind that you can try anytime. Unfortunately, must people don't know how strong the mind is simply because of the grip of religion. Just think of a person deeply or or stare in their picture for a while, it will arouse the mind of that person towards you. Just think of it as a telephone call with the soul as network.

Please note that the reason you stare or think deeply is just to focus your mind. With time and practise you can spend lesser time. Try it.
