Okija_juju: Things Keshi should learn;

1. Super Eagles players can fall your hand at any minute.

2. AFCON was won by Nigeria because Oluwa was involved.

3. The Nigerian team had zero tactics in that match... The Kenyans held sway and repelled our attacks like they would flies.. They were taller so why did all our balls keep going up, up and up?!

4. Ahmed Musa is a wasteful Aboki..

Aboki is my friend!!
Romance / Re: Is This Actually Cheating? by NOIBMUUL(m): 9:57am On Mar 26, 2013
I don't consider any of them cheating. Technically.
Romance / Is This Actually Cheating? by NOIBMUUL(m): 9:54pm On Mar 25, 2013
1. You have a gf or bf that says no sex before marriage. You then go out to get some. Is this cheating?

2. You have sex with your bf or gf, and occasionally you still get some outside. Remember you're not yet legally married and thus not under any oath not to have sex if you so please. I mean if you can commit fornication with your bf or gf, why not with someone else? Isn't this hypocrisy? Is this cheating?

Went to a military school where punishment was like a culture for us;
1. frog jump,
2. pick pin,
3. agama,
4. plant your pots,
5. sitting on the air,
6. parabola,
7. dig your height,
8. rolling on the ground (after being bathed with buckets of water),
9. doubling (running) around the parade ground like 15-20 rounds,
10. cutting grass
11. felling of trees
12. spending the night in CB4 (cell)
13. digging a new gutter
Etc

Will update as I remember!
Politics / Re: Nigeria Is The Second Fastest Market For Champagne - N41bn Spent by NOIBMUUL(m): 12:18am On Mar 23, 2013
Rossikk: I thought they said 80% of Nigerians live on less than a dollar a day?

Just goes to show the dubious nature of 'World Bank statistics'.

Bro, do the maths. 80% living less than a dollar means 20% live above a dollar. That's 28million of 140million living above a dollar. If only 2million out of the 28million (20% living above of dollar) drank champagne every month... guess how much?

Romance / Re: Should I Take Her Back? by NOIBMUUL(m): 10:53pm On Mar 19, 2013
This is a good lesson for guys and ladies too. I mean who else should trust and stay with you in difficult times if not your friend, best friend and fiancee as it were?! These days nobody want to share people's burden but only their bread.

OP, your parents, friends and all those clamouring for you to take her back won't live together with you when you get married. You alone will bear your cross cos they're is definitely more from her where this one came from. So if she can deny you now over how much, 2m? Then she's not fit to be considered the mother of your kids let alone your life companion.

My 20 kobo; maintain your decision. No more friends, na fiends plenty!!!

Nairaland / General / Re: 10 Ways To Remain Poor by NOIBMUUL(m): 7:10pm On Mar 10, 2013
BedLam: HOW TO REMAIN POOR..

1. Never wake up early...

Keep stretching & turning in bed until you get too hungry to continue dozing if there are no bedbugs,
why hurry to get up??

2} Never plan how to spend your money..

Whenever you get money, start spending it right away and when it's finished, you try to count and
recall how you spent it..

3} Don't think of saving until you have real big money...

How can you save when you earn so little?? Those telling you to save are not sympathetic to your
burning needs..

4} Don't engage in activities usually reserved for the " uneducated "...

How can you a graduate
engage in petty trade or home based production?? That's for people who never went to school.

5} Don't think of starting a business until an angel comes from heaven & give U capital..

How do
they expect U to invest before U get millions of dollars?? Even though more than half the
businesses in your town were started with a few hundred dollar, you as a smart person can only
start with millons.

6} Complain about everything expect your own attitude:

Blame the system the government & the
banks that refuse to lend you money. They are all bad & do not want you to get rich.

7. Spend more than you earn.

To achieve this, buy consumer product on credit & keep borrowing
from friends & employers.

8. Compete in dressing.

Make sure wear the latest clothes among all workers in your offer..
Whenever your neighbour buys a new phone, u get one that is more expensive..

9. Get yourself a nice second hand car that costs more than three times your gross monthly pay..

10. Give your children everything they ask for since you're such a loving parent.

They should not
struggle for anything because you do not want them to suffer that way, they will grow up lazy &
hence poor enough to ensure they can't help you in old age...

I love the sarcastic delivery. Nice.

Phones / Re: Airtel Is The Best Telecoms Company In Nigeria by NOIBMUUL(m): 6:34am On Mar 05, 2013
Ademab: @OP I guess you spend all ur time iwithin the lagos metropolice. Else you won't be praising airtel like dis. I was using airtel(then vmobile) bfor i gaind admission to the university. From the first day in sch airtel netWAR started I had to throw away d sim and buy mtn. When mtn was becoming the snail of the people I switched to glo which was relatively better. Right nw I'm back to lag. And I'm rocking on Glo. Together we feel frEe to rule your world.(even if its a new world)

I even roam with Airtel in Madagascar, Kenya, Uganda. I just buy their one network voucher card and top up just like that. The only time I switch sim cards, from Airtel, is when I'm in Europe where I think they have better call rates and network.

Phones / Airtel Is The Best Telecoms Company In Nigeria by NOIBMUUL(m): 8:06pm On Mar 04, 2013
I might be wrong and this might be my biased opinion but Airtel is the best telecommunication network in Nigeria.

Airtel just soothes me: good tarrif, reliable network (relative) and enough data bundle. For my kind of lifestyle I have my visafone internet stick for out of office net access. So my phones are just basically as back-up. Network is not perfect in Nigeria but for me Airtel is relatively reliable. Most importantly, their data plans are transparent and flexible.

I can't touch a glo sim card again because of my not too good experience with them. I hate mtn so much I broke my sim. Seriously, why do people still use mtn? Etisalat is currently occupying one of my phones but I might have to discard it because of their hidden tarrifs.

For me Airtel is heads above water.

Romance / Re: What Are The Reasons For High Level Of 30 Years+ Single Ladies In Nigeria? by NOIBMUUL(m): 12:53am On Mar 02, 2013
I'll like to pitch my tent with what an elderly man once told me; if a lady is above 30 with no husband or is not already in a serious relationship then she should check her behaviour. And also if a man isn't married or in a serious relationship at the same age, he should get serious. Unfortunately, these traits are easily recognisable from some of the comments here!

We just need to re-align our values, carefully select our priorities and yes of course lead a realistic life.

I'm careful not to put blame on the family (parents) because 'pikin whey go spoil go spoil!!!'

Call me a car snob but this is not announcement worthy.

Which car have you bought? You probably still live with your parents.

I reserve the right not to like him-its my opinion. A guy whose 71st birthday will be marked with 71 hours of praise and prayers, where do u guys learn that from? Worshiping the preacher and forgetting God!

71hours to God not man. That's his way of celebrating not with wine and s..e..x or 'worldly' preference.

Romance / Re: 90% Of The Girls That Accepted To Date Me Are Virgins..what Does It Signify?!? by NOIBMUUL(m): 9:26am On Feb 24, 2013
egbeman1: Guys, am serious here, majority of the girls I dated are virgins including my present bf. But the issue here is that I dnt get to sex them, despite trying hard.
My present gf said we won't sex.
I tink am tired of meeting virgins. Why sud dey alwas come my way wen am not one? Pls how can I cope wit this cos I watch porn a lot just to drive satisfaction.

1. 90% from where I'm sitting means you're dating under 13!
2. However, if sex is a priority for you, which I think it shouldn't given your juvenile age, then visit the ladies with easy virtue.

I wish you Goodluck but be Patient.
