This man that works with touts. They impounded my car for a car i did not commit. Ok, I thought he would be reasonable enough to talk to.. Instead this arrogant man tour the booklet they gave to me and asked them to send me for psychiatric evaluation test. I ended up paying #30,000 for a crime I didn't commit.
