If you live in the UK write a letter to Theresa May the home secetary requesting that Oyedepo be denied leave to enter the UK (give the title of the video on youtube so they can also view it), I have already written mine like a few other people I know. It will cost you about 0.30p for a stamp. |

I have written a letter to the Home Sec informing her that the Bishop is a man who brands children as witches and is seen assaulting a girl in a video recording (also included YouTube title of Video), I am requesting that she cancel any leave he has been granted to enter the UK and he be denied any entry into the UK in future! If you live in the UK this is one way to get back at Oyedepo! |

iotama22: Some of us may not like Bishop Oyedepo’s style because of some of his beliefs like not announcing church members’ deaths… I am waiting for the day he will pass away whether his death will not be announced! Bible says, “Do unto others what you would have them do to you.”
But with all due respect to our individual views on the allegation of child abuse or whatever we may call it against Bishop David Oyedepo, I do not see the merits of discussing it at all. Let me categorically say that the unction of God upon Bishop Oyedepo cannot be denied. For those of us that feel he is wrong by raising his hand against that child in the video, I suggest we read about Smith Wigglesworth and a book titled God’s Generals by Roberts Liardon… and we will understand that God allows his men to use different styles to exorcise.
Please let us not be carried away by the brouhaha of “human right” or “child abuse.” There is no point talking about this issue at all, especially to think that it happened like 4 years ago! God knows His styles and the kinds of judgments He dishes out against His men…
Our country is presently faced with grave issues and I think we should be discussing the solutions to these issues—fuel subsidy removal, insecurity, power outage, abnormal unemployment rate, unemployability, etc. not Bishop Oyedepo’s issue! This is my humble view, I stand to be corrected, albeit.
God bless us all! so you don't think that the fact that little children are made to kneel down in front of thousands and accused of witchcraft is a problem? I have that book you speak of like I have almost 100 other christian books and I can tell you that in my opinion Wigglesworth was a mentally ill man, but it wont be the last time that people have adored crazy people. |

Siena: Oyepode was wrong to have slapped the girl, he was wrong to have condemned her to hell. The typical "Do you know who I am" speaks volumes. He's no Bishop or MOG, he's a fraudulent BASTARD. Thank you a million times! He slapped her because she is a poor man's child and he is a millionaire and when he called her a witch she dared to challenge him, brilliant girl! He was furious so he slapped her. |

Am surprised that some people do not believe that Brazilian or Indian Human hair is really what is being used! Why do you think it costs so much? In fact the singer JEMILIA had a series in the UK where she was tracing the origin of all the hairs, it was shocking!
The Indian ones are mainly from Temples in India. Some of the hair was shown being picked from some kind of dump( the left overs) those are the cheaper ones. The program was called 'Whose Hair Is It Anyway (2008)'.
you can watch a lot of it on YouTube. |

tunnytox: I believe this is the time for all of us to try and gather as many signatures as possible of Nigerians who want the FG to REFORM THE NIGERIAN POLICE NOW!!!!! We need well meaning Nigerians to start the course lets it all gather momentum online, let's text each other, make use of Facebook etc. I hope to be able to start a website next year where people can log details of Nigerian Police brutality to us Nigerians on daily basis, we will present this to the international community to assist us to put pressure on the Nigerian government to reform the Nigerian Police. it has been hard to reform the police due to politics. There is only one major reformation that will help the police; let every state have their own police, the central police formula has failed woefully. |

bigdoo: Well, the police can make mistakes in any country. This is not peculiar to Nigeria alone. I agree with you, just one difference, if this happens in The Uk the family can seek and get justice, but in Nigeria nobody will be arrested, charged dismissed or jailed! No one will be held responsible. |

I found this information on his website 'To be prepared for the work, he read over forty thousand books, and Jesus appeared to him over one thousand times and taught him the mistakes and mysteries of Christianity, making his teaching ministry striking and revolutionary! On the 11th July, 1994 by 8:37pm, God specially anointed him with fire … an experience that burnt part of his face and part of his hair. from then on, literally all manner of miracles began to follow his prayer and words.' Wow do people really believe these things? No wonder Nigeria is so screwed up, people believe even obvious lies! |

I see you have other children who have graduated from University so you want the same for him, but maybe you are just pressuring him to get the degree, University is not for everybody, ask him if there is anything else he wishes to pursue and support him in his choice as long as it is not illegal, people don't need university degrees to be successful.
I spent 5 years studying for a degree and I cannot remember anything I learnt, never worked with my degree and feel like I wasted 5 years of my life! |
