Don't worry much about it. The status will eventually change to "we are reviewing the additional documents you provided...". Give it some time.

Hello Bros, it shows replacement needed. This is quite strange. I’d want to mention that the ADR letter gave me a link to use for my response, which I’ve done. Should I equally use the upload bottom on my profile to upload the same files?

Please I need a guide here. I received an ADR for Background Declaration form 24th May which was a Friday, I submitted the forms on 27th May which was the following Monday. But up till date, I’ve not received any acknowledgement whatsoever about the ADR submission. My profile still states that they are expecting Additional Documents from me. What can I do in this circumstance?

If I get an ADR, do I need to fill out the form, print them, sign and then scan back before transmitting or is there another way of handling the document filling, signing and transmitting?

1. It means your file was transferred from Canada to Accra for further processing. Processing is not complete until you get PPR.

2. If above answer applies, question 2 is redundant.

3. Schedule A is usually issued to those who have visa refusal. If you declared this in your application, you will be issued this.

4. If the error is insignificant, let it be. If it significant, correct it in the ADR and raise a CSE explaining that an error was made earlier

What if I don’t have copies of my rejection or visa refusal letters, what do I do. I stated in my application that I had some refusals already and even mentioned the reason for the refusals and the year of refusals in my application.

All the refusals were to the UK: 2007, 2015 and 2017

Please if I get ADR from Accra, does it mean that my file processing has been completed in Canada, and awaiting issuance of PPR from Accra.

If my file have been successfully accessed in Canada, why is Accra requesting Schedule A in ADR?

Fourthly, assuming I spot an insignificant error in my application, is it necessary to make the change in the ADR or simply allow the status quo to remain?

The person should have received an Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) message in their application. Next is to wait for Medicals passed and Biometrics instruction which from current trends, take about 30-45 days. Sometime in April, he/she will be notified of this.

After submission of application, how long does it take to acknowledge payment and start reviewing the applicants application? Someone submitted since 8th March and said nothing has changed after submission. I told him they should have at least acknowledged receipt of payment. Any ideas please?
