Government should tell motorists about alternative routes, such as the Mushin-Isolo bridge, then taking the two way service lane in front of Afprint, passing through the Emzor Pharmaceutical road to Osolo way, then bursting out on the Airport Road and making a U-turn on the newly constructed bridge which will lead you directly to the Airport.
Directional road signs need to be erected as far away as the Iyana Itire and Ilasa bus stops and around the Mushin- Isolo road (on both sides) to warn motorists about this diversion.

That is just the sane thing to do. If a route is blocked alternatives should be created.

I don't know if it's illiteracy that is our problem or it's just simply stubbornness. A bridge isn't in it's right shape, government barricaded it for our safety and some unscrupulous elements will go at night to remove the barricade, for what reason?

On the second hand could it be that the government didn't provide an alternative means other than the bridge ?

A notable and high ranking Nigerian senator told me pop and plain that Danbatta refused to give him a slot. It was after so much pressure and trouble he was able to get just one slot. So I'll suggest you spread your tentacles to other agencies. There are lots of them that pay way better than ncc. Good luck with your search.
