u have dragged this more than necessary. the constitution says simple majority can elect a senate president but 2/3 majority can remove the senate president. the clause " simple majority" means that it is simple to elect a SP with just 55 of 109 senators.then next clause " 2/3 majority" means it is more difficult to remove the SP because it takes the 73 of 109 senators to do that. the constitution intends to ensure a strong sense of stability to the office of SP. now going by your analysis, do u want to remove SP by a more ridiculous simpler clause of 2/3 majority of a simple majority? haba! how does that sounds to u?

all cable bridges have at least two pylons or towers with cable suspending its deck but lekki only have one pylon or tower. what is it suspending here? it is either u use cable or pillars to suspend a bridge. using the two at same time as used in lekki bridge is just a waste of money for purpose of fancy. it is a beautiful bridge but don't call it suspension bridge technically.

i can see u are so foolish to understand what ex parte application means. this application was just filed on thursday this week which is different from the main substantial cases he won before against GTB which the bank took to supreme court awaiting the last judgement. ex exparte application is an urgent order one can file in a court against a second party without the knowledge of the second party. in this case attorney representing GTB somehow got the knowledge of this application and showed up in the court while application is still be processed.. it is normal for innoson to withdrew this application then. how does this translate to withdrawal. even it is GTB the will withdraw their case from surpreme court after this incidence.

why are all these afonjas jubilating over this? it is obvious you guys have zero jurisprudence. In a situation where getting an immediate order is urgent, you can petition the court without notifying and serving the other party. This is known as an ex parte motion or application.

But while filing this application and second party involved showed up it is normal to withdraw the ex parte application. mind you this application he wanted to file on thursday this week amidst efcc saga which is different from the substantial cases in several courts against gtb which innoson has been winning. there is no compromise here from the part of innoson. GTB is in trouble unless they come to terms with innoson.

i thot they said they set out a new deadline for BVN registration on 31 dec 2017? why confiscating people money before the deadline. i planned coming home by Nov ending to do the BVN registration. so what happens to me now. 90% of my money is in that account. what do i do now? because if i don't have access to my account when i come back i will be frustrated in nigeria.
