Meister:It's main advantage over those other phones you posted is build quality and overall premium appeal. While the others will perform much better, they'll look as ordinary as any phone out there fully wrapped in plastic build. The phantom though will have a curved screen and a glass body with metallic frame. |
Clearly didn't do your research before putting this out coz the first Phantom phone wasn't the "Z", it was the Phantom A and quickly followed by the Phantom A+ and then the "Z" which was the 3rd. |
I think you guys in Nigeria are being over priced with these tecno phones. Here in UG that phone is currently at around 1M retail price which translates to about 110k naira. And that's for an 8GB/256GB model. The redmi however is not officially available from redmi so retailers that ship in their own units are selling at exorbitant prices of around 1.5M shs which translates to about 180k naira. But if I'm being offered both phones at the same price I'll take the redmi. No question. |
This shouldn't be more than 40k. Coz you add an extra 10k and you can get yourself a brand new redmi 9 with better processor, battery etc. |
skywalker240:Link for what? I've literally posted a pic for you to see |
selfdefence:it's all true. Just waiting for the release date and official announcement |
chariisGRACE:But it's only been used on the camon 17 pro and Infinix Note 10 pro. Anyway its a good chip and wouldn't mind having it used more frequently ![]() |
What do y'all think?

Hey guys, so theres an official image render of the upcoming Tecno "flagship device" Here's the confirmed specs. Full HD+ Super AMOLED display Curved edge screen 6.8 inches Dual font selfie cameras. 50mp main camera with a tripple camera set up. The body is made of Corning Gorilla glass 5 screen, an aluminium frame and Gorilla glass back. The phone is powered by a Helio G95, 8GB ram and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Battery is 4500mah with 33W fast charging. |
Take it to the nearest xiaomi service centre in your region... |
Oppo has overall best quality. |
Imagine buying an itel laptop. Lol... ![]() |
Having used a high refresh rate before, I can tell you that it's not the same as using a usual 60hz screen. However to me what's more important than the refresh rate is the type of display and pixel resolution. So I'd rather have a 60hz OLED 1080p display than having a 90hz IPS 720p. |
johnkey:dude, wtf!!! |
johnkey:I hope you're 16y/o too, coz otherwise we might be having a problem here. ![]() |
Redmi 9 for the better display, Note 8i for the cheaper price (unless if u consider the 3/32GB version of the redmi 9 which is probably cheaper) |
I hope she sees this bro |
I'm planning on buying a 4K 50 inch TV this black Friday. Already got some money on the side, just waiting for a good deal. |
oluadex99:if u check user reviews on gsmarena you may never buy a phone at all. It's always full of people just complaining non-stop |
pompeiimagnus:Do u know that before Covid -the US stock markets were at all all time high? -unemployment among African Americans was at record low. -Unemplyment generally was the lowest since around the 70's -Prison reforms for black Americans. -Biggest tax cuts in history which led to small and middle income families making the highest annual revenues ever. Among other things that I don't know very well about. But all I know is that in terms of governance his government was doing okay. He himself as an individual is very controversial and aggressive, but his policies were working just fine. |
Ehhh, it seems Biden is headed for the win. As a trump supporter that makes me very sad ![]() |
This spark 5pro is totally NOT worth the price. It's using an A25 processor for heaven's sake. You'd be better off with the Infinix Hot 10 that has G70, offering over twice the processing power and yet at the same price point. Or add some more money and get a redmi 9 with full HD display. |
I personally opt to stay clear of these 2nd hand phones. Unless I'm buying it directly from the person who has been using it and I know him and trust him. Otherwise most of these refurbished phones come with issues like unofficial software, poor battery, replaced screens that aren't as durable as the original... Etc. I'd advise anyone to just buy the latest midrange phone. After all the performance is usually just about the same. The main advantage of the old flagships is that they usually have very good camera and their screens are high quality display like Oled, Amoled...with features like high refresh rate, 2K resolution. |
If you're to buy this, don't dare install any games on it to avoid any lagging. Strictly calls, texting and social media. |
Mgtowmonk:bro, a true MGTOW doesn't go around seeking women online and begging for contacts just coz he saw a pic. Please value yourself a little. Not saying you shouldn't pursue women but from what I see, you're making this a priority and don't realise that she's nothing but a distraction to you. At least drop the "monk" tittle coz being one means that you're intentionally abstaining from any sexual encounters. |
NuclearReactor:here in Uganda that phone is sold for about 320$ for the 6/128GB. There's no way of getting it any cheaper. |
Leonidas8:no, this time its type C. Though I personally would prefer a better display over a Type C |
