Thanks a lot bro.

The question was to Oga Northeastern and any other person. If others don get experiences, they can say.

People will not trade for me. I will do it myself.
No vex, na now I enter house.

You don't need any of those Nigerian brokers, their spreads are wider and your money is not insured. I use ETX capital, you can use the popular FCA regulated brokers in the UK.

The first and only important step is to DIY as swilo is doing and you have indicated to do same. Just follow am small small you go soon become pro.

Off all the top 400 billionaires on Forbes, no one made their money from trading forex. Well regulated and insured forex brokers have gone under on account of losses, yet one fellow is on Nairaland claiming pro.

He has been doing this for about a decade and still can’t boast of a steady account. He has blown the other account with a couple of bucks on it. The only one he has now is this contest account.

He is lucky that he’s in Nigeria, if it were in saner climes, I’ll report him for soliciting.

Bros, nor dey fall your hand like this na. You dey wear any optical organ enhancer? Spectacles or "goggles"?

Please go back to my post on UACN and check the time frame on which I did the analysis.

Check and confirm that it was YEARLY time frame I used. Then please come back to your post and correct that your misleading information.

Thank you.
Why the lies?

Even your pm to that guy went unanswered.

The simple question I always ask is how can you be analyzing what you don’t know?

Given that prices tend to move together on the NSE, how could you be giving a buy recommendation on some companies and a sell on others?

You don’t know what you’re doing. You called for the head of the most efficient company on the NSE, a major contributor to the ASI, and endorsed less efficient companies like UACN and access to be better.

You don’t know what you’re doing and you now laced that ignorance with seeking proprietary gains. You called for investors to scam, once you were found out, you went to pull the charts of Palladium in hindsight. You had also wanted to sell metastock subscription to someone here.

Seeking money is unheard of here, that is not what we set out to achieve here. You are just rambling in this free space with your vindictive tendencies that have done you great harm.

You want a call from me? Do I sound like someone that is seeking for validation or who to scam?

Chief pm sender, continue in your folly of seeking validation to scam folks.

meshpips:
Greetings everyone,

@agbalowomeri or @rabbidorracle one of the two of you asked me to do a time - analysis for a particular stock in the past.

I have a trade recommendation actionable at market open on Monday. Projected to yield 30% (minimum) profit on or before the third week of October.

Kindly send me a message (DM or via whatsapp whichever you prefer) and I will give you the details of the stock.

Thank you.
He he, send you a dm for what? You can see that one already rejected your offer and one would touch the nonsense you think you have to offer. The MO here is to drop your recommendation and go and sleep and while at it, wait for backlash if it goes wrong.

Like you have been told before, how can you be analyzing what you know nothing about? There is no stock that’ll give you 30% before oct 1. If any stock returns 30%, many others in that sector and other fundamentally strong stocks would give similar returns.

Folks call out others to help them analyze a stock and they do it and drop their findings here, the last was the call on BBM to do an analysis on Uacn and caverton. He did it and drop his findings here. You that no one called framed one up and started a hide and seek. Like pa Emma told you, he has never seen where people are begged to come and make money.

If you understood this Mkt, you should have known that we are entering another quiet period until q3 starts hitting the market in October. You should also have known that people start taking position for div in Nov, anyways, we’re still waiting for the most efficient bank in Nigeria and the toast of investors to touch 19 naira and UACN to hit 24 naira because it traded at 70+ in 2013.

If you are a nurse, you can get the green card from nigeria if you pass the necessary exams and meet the other requirements. The same is true for migrating to the UK, the UK option is faster than the US. See the link below for more information

I will advice you read up on fundamental analysis of stocks rather than just TA alone . It will help you to understand stock investment better.
He he, the spread na die. Place a trade on a standard lot and you'll start at about $700 in red.

The higher the liquidity between pairs, the thinner the spread, that is why the EURUSD has the thinnest spread.

meshpips:
The US rate is used as the prime lending rate globally. This rate cut will have a domino effect on all other rates globally within the coming weeks and months.

They are having a big challenge with getting inflation back above 2% in the US. The only method that has been used to do this is by cutting rates - the reverse of what the Fed Chairman (Lockher or what's his name again) did in the 80's.

They might also want to try tinkering on the employment figures. Reason this month's non - farm payroll will be of great interest to the erudite investor.

Interesting times we are currently in.
I can see that in your quest to build credibility here, like you were advised to, you have resorted to bringing conversations that are most relevant on the forex thread here with the haughty assumption that folks here are not conversant with them. When did the Fed fund's rate become the global benchmark for international transaction? Have you heard of LIBOR before?

Why would a mere 25 bp cut in the fed funds rates have a domino effect on the rates of other countries? Are you aware that there was an inverted yield curve in the US in Q1 of this year? Didn't you see the forecast for today at 2.25%? In fact, the rate was at 1.50% at the beginning of last year, so ain't nothing surprising in the cut. Go and look at the performance of the dollar against other pairs, the average loss is about 100 pips, so there is nothing special here oga.

When the US started raising rates in 2016, the BoJ moved rates to negative territory and it is still there. The BOE decreased its rate in 2017, leveled it up in 2018, and went 25bps up in 2019, look at the last MPC vote, all nine members voted for a hold, so no rate cut is coming from Carny and his gangs. Go look at what Draghi and his own gang did, what about the SNB? So, there is no established correlation between the movement in rates of the major economies.

We have seen the Bernanke QE era, the Draghi "do whatever it takes" regime, the conservative Carney move from the BOC to the BOE, and the crazy Abenomics, so don't come and blow the effects of a mere 25bps out of proportion in the false hope that you're enlightening some novices here.

The tall and short of this my rambling is that you are trying too hard to impress in the hopes of catching a big fish. As usual, you can continue living in self-denial and heed to the advice of those that are leading you astray. There is nothing that you need to know that I have not laid out here.

Why are you saying what you don’t know? How did a huge part leave with Sir FO?

There used to be NCI, and it wasn’t reported now and you say a huge part left with a majority shareholder?

NCI means FO has shares in a subsidiary that it does not control and therefore can not consolidate or add the subsidiary's account item by item but the profit.

So if the NCI is not there, we should see proceeds from the sale of the investment.

Bad books ke, he should do his thing and leave out seeking for investors to hoodwink. My posts are based on his activities here, for someone that doesn’t have a cscs account (I know because I can check) to come and be doing analysis paralysis just to mesmerize folks is evil. Lookup the offer he’s made here and go figure.

We trade the NSE here, dude says he doesn’t trade the NSE but seeks investors for his scheme. How can you be doing analysis for something you don’t understand. You’ll agree with me that experience is the best knowledge when it comes to investing in the NSE yet dude has no cscs account and he wants to teach actual investors how to trade.

The matter has been over flogged here but that doesn’t bar anyone to call out his scattergun analysis.

The WNBA all star game was this weekend, of all the espn reporters that covered the event, Chiney Ogwumike stood out because she’s a player, her analysis was flawless. What do we have here, person wey no get stock, say him be analyst so that he can scam people.

What he forgot is that in forex, they say patience is key, but you can get the outcome of some calls in seconds. On the NSE, patience is a Hobson choice. The outcome of some trades are not allowed to materialize before delisting, nationalization, etc kicks in.

Make him stop to look for people to scam, but if he does, he has no business here because that is what keeps him here

I think they are correct about the possibility of a bull run for the next few weeks.

@BullBearMkt made a post (which he later deleted) that the market has already eaten about 78% of the gains it made.

Question: What is the deepest level we can get for a 5 - point harmonic pattern?

it is a 76.4% (some use 78.6%) retrace of the XA leg and this is for the BUTTERFLY harmonic pattern.

So XA leg was bullish and now we have a point B at "around" 78% meaning we should be bullish until the commencement of the point C before a resumption of the bearish trend will take place.

For reasons best known to him, he deleted the post but I have put up a diagram that depicts what's likely to happen.
Scattered gun approach.

How can GTB get to your 19 naira with a bull run in the horizon? Yen yen yen. You’re getting comfortable here when you don’t have a cscs account.

I have been on the lookout and you still don’t have one. See, scammers only succeed where people want to make quick profit and like I told you in my first rebuttal, folks here have been through a lot and that experience have taught them to sniff scammers from afar.

Go and use your Lehman Brothers classified trading secret and make money for yourself. This is not the forex thread where kids and folks play together, everyone here is advanced.

Go and trade forex, no one needs you analysis here because you don’t even understand what you’re analyzing. You have made this place your abode because of the prospect of landing a big fish, after failing on the other thread and in real life. This life won’t take you anywhere. Go and hustle legit.

People here don’t understand all this garbage. Stop flirting with us until you purge yourself of this seeking for investors tendencies.

High rates are not good for the economy, that is why you get those rates in periods of high risks. It is better to have lower rates for the good of the economy and better standard of living

Penalty or fine for premature termination of your treasury bills will eat into your capital
tritritri:
Sir , As i said earlier , he won't lose a dam on his capital. they only charge little % on interest . you can reconfirm ,
You can lose your capital and you can have capital gain it all depends on what the interest rate is vis-a-vis when you made the investments. So both views are correct and I believe are based on the experience each person.

In my own case, I got a gain and this was with first bank. My branch is the stock exchange branch but I normally go to the HO to book Tbills. If you invested when rates were high and decide to terminate when rates have declined, you’ll gain even after paying the penalty. The opposite is true if rates trend up from when you invested, you’ll get a capital loss. You’ll be even if rates remain relatively stable.

Emma, I know you understand this but maybe didn’t consider it from that standpoint.

Your primary residence is not an investment.

You are just moving with the flow. Take it or leave it. Is mortgage the only payment in a house? At best, you see your primary residence as a piggy bank because you have no slightest clue about investment. The primary beneficiary of your primary residence should be your wards to create generational wealth. If you are not a real estate investor or "house-flipper", you are only banking on hope.
There are obvious reasons why banks dedicate a larger percentage of your premium to interest rates in the first few years.

Like I said, believe what you like. Do what you want. I am not here to convince or confuse. Take it or leave it.

/
Like I said earlier, you are still rambling. You have gone from tax, to other payments in a house, and then to investments. You obviously have no clue of what you are talking about.

The question put to you was simple, why is mortgage bad?

I make my comments, you take it or leave it. You are vomiting exactly what you are fed.
How many years out of mortgage is dedicated to paying the interest only? I am not here to educate you. Run your numbers. You take mortgages because you cannot afford outright payment. So you take a loan to buy a house. If you have cash( most people don't), buy your house. It will free up a lot of disposal income for other things. Worried about tax? Then you don't understand money. That's all.

It is funny that in trying to discredit me, you folks limited your options to only mortgage and renting. Are those the only two options?

Am I shocked by the responses? No. You should see the outburst when you tell people in the West that buying a new vehicle is one of the most idiotic things to do.
/
You are just rambling, I just wanted to know your line of reasoning. Whatever you do with money, the opportunity cost of the use of funds is what you look at. You said taking mortgage was bad and I made a relative analysis of why it might make more financial sense.

Even if you have the cash to buy a house, it makes no financial sense because those funds can be used to earn a higher return elsewhere.
