OK, I recently earned a doctorate degree with plans of leaving the banking industry for the academic world. This conference will in no small measure boost my CV as an aspiring academic. This is because it will be my first international conference on my area if study.

Will that response help?
Did you just say that you are a banker?

JusticeSeeker:
Help advice a friend in the cyberspace. I got this from Saharareporters.com "
Please advise, a friend of mine male is married to female judge. For sometimes now according to my friend , his wife has refused to perform her duty as married woman and starved him of sex though he provides for the family financially & morally. She doesn't cook or take care of my friend and the 2 kids. She is always threatening to deal with him, fighting and abusing my friend with reckless abandon . My friend wants a divorce and award of the custody of the kids as the fight and the abuse is getting too much. Should he approach the NJC first or go to court direct. Thanks"
Court straight. This is a civil matter. Does she perform her official duties in your friends house?

The CJN's case is not the same. He is being accused in official capacity. So in this case he has to go to NJC.

Thats the law. Sorry

JUSTICE ONNOGHEN: A WORD FOR THE FACEBOOK LAWYERS

First, Onnoghen has not denied the weighty allegations against him.

He hasn't said that those acts are no corrupt acts.

His only defence has been "ignorance" and "forgetfulness".

He hasn't even pleaded political witch haunt; you have been the one pleading it for him.

The head of the judiciary, which incidentally is what Onnoghen is, should be the first to inform Nigerians that ignorance is not an excuse in law.

You are here excusing the CJN. You are here adducing all the conspiracy theories, and pleading "political motivation" as though those make an obvious corrupt practice and infraction to become any less offense.

You are not even bothered about the curious humungous lodgements made in dollars, and the manner in which they were made? You never bothered that these could be payments for judgements bought? You never bothered that he chose not to mention those accounts and funds therein because he could not explain how he possibly could have made such staggering mind-numbing fortunes from his work and position?

You still wonder why we support PMB? He's the only man that would never be swayed by your irresponsible wailing. He's the only Nigerian that would not be cowed by your organised protests to forestall the right actions from taking place. You did it when Justice Ademola, Justice Ngwuta, Justice Ajumogobia and co were exposed; you took up arms, you shouted desecration of the judiciary and blew all those big big grammar, but today, we know what has happened to them. Some started collapsing in the dock.

If Justice Walter Onnoghen has a case to answer, and it does look like he has, brother, your shouting and wailing can never force PMB to intervene. Don't forget that he has ear infections. Till date, the infections have not been cured, so he will hardly understand that you are even wailing.

Nigerian judiciary is smelling. If PMB does not back its clean-up and clensing, then we are doomed forever.

Let Justice Onnoghen face his problem.
If it's politically motivated, let him tell court:
"I AM GUILTY, BUT MY TRIAL IS POLITICALLY MOTIVATED!"

Charles Kaye Okoye
I am fully in support of cleansing. Let the law be followed to the letter. If the law says he has to first appear at NJC then let it be so.

Approaching it from any other way would make it look like a witch hunt.

Also accusing those supporting the CJN of being Facebook lawyers is uncalled for. The same person making this statement has already passed judgement when judgement has not yet been given. What does that make him?

they are in Congo to arrest the president too abi?
If Buhari decides to become a dictator and kick against the democratic process, then they will move in to secure their people and assets.

That's the essence of the Congress resolution.

You should read it deeply. You as a foot soldier with 30k won't understand the implications because it is way above your pay grade but the Nigerian government does.

I am done with you.

Are you aware they've surrounded Nigeria with bases already? Google for the thread on Nairaland.

Warning! : my opinion wouldn't be popular.

I wish Atiku could win.... with the loss of 2 consecutive incumbents, our leaders would take us more seriously.

BUT he can't win with the realities on ground.

I really felt Buhari would be a positive change, different....but his incompetence is really worrying.

PMB showed signs of dementia in the Delta rally. This is a sign that the man is obviously not in charge. The answers he gives in interviews..... shocked

But what's the alternative? We have a kleptomaniac who has no one's interest at heart.

I support neither APC / PDP at this point. I am a neutral. I admire Tinubu though, he might / might not be a thief, but he's a great leader
Osinbajo has shown capabilities whenever Buhari has been absent.

stop being stupid, its even on FP Embassy didnt issue Atiku any visa , he was included as an aide in a group of delegates and Senate President's immunity covers him, he does not need visa as a boi boi

Reno Omokri had to stay far away from them because he wasnt part of delegates , if reno followed them up and down it would no longer be delegates , it'll be political gathering and thus Atiku would / might have been arrested
According to diplomatic agreements, the US can ask the Nigerian government to revoke the immunity of any diplomat.

Nigeria will then decide if they will or will not revoke the immunity. If Nigeria refuses, the US will stop the diplomat from entering their country or ask the diplomat to leave if already present.

I am very much ashamed to read this rubbish you wrote and even more so to be quoting and correcting you.

Bros dont be an olodo. The Visa class for diplomats is A1 or A2 Visa, G1 to G4. Visa exemption is for select countries and Nigeria is not among.

Stop embarrassing yourself on Nairaland biko. If you at least visit the travel section on Nairaland you would know a lot about Visas.
