Abuzola:

Bring your list and lets compare absurdities in the Bible to Islam's Quran! By the way, did you try that trick with the lighter yet? How does saying "alahu akbaru' feel with your lips burning? Just imagine what its going to be like when you're burning all over  in the hell your own book assures you of grin

You keep coming up with ridiculous assertions about the Bible and everytime, anybody that takes you up on it trashes you and you run to another thread and say the same again. Then they face your Quran and you get angry!

Abeg make we hear word. But if you think you have the liver, bring the absurdities and this time, you will find that truly, Muhammad had one real prophesy when he said "Christians and Jews are men of learning who are not given to arrogance" and "Arabs/Muslims are "ignorant unlearned hypocrites" and that you, black man Abuz, are a raisin head with a donkey's brain."

I didn't say so. Your Muhammad and Quran said so!  grin I would have said it was a goat's own but then, I'm not the holy prophet

For a book that claims to be 'holy' this bible sure encourages/ glorifies some disgusting and unnecessary violence. Why is this?
Why?

Did your parents and teachers leave you to your own devices when growing up or did they attempt to correct you when you did wrong?

If your answer is that they left you to your own devices, now you know "you had irresponsible teachers" and "why you turned out like this."
If you answer they tried to discipline you, you'll understand why "any loving father needs to instill discipline". Unfortunately in your own case, you rebelled and turned out like this.

Pele!

Abu_Mighty:

Everyone is welcome to read the Bible and get answers from it. Some are reading for the first time whist some have been reading for eons. However, the book of Job says "it is not age or experience that brings knowledge or understanding BUT the Spirit of God in a man". That Spirit could be "likened" to experience, divine gifts or epiphanies.

Most "Believers" (not church goer Christians) you will find are people who read and then come out at times to say "I do not get this part". Here, others step in and share their understanding. Even if not solved, at least more knowledge has been passed and everyone gains from it. Its not "solomon had 1000 wives so we too must have".

The reason for all this is that the Bible tells us to question everything starting with itself. The Bible even quotes God Himself saying if you have a problem with Him and believe that your case is strong, come close and state your reasons - if they are strong, you will be justified. That is like a father speaking to His children. Thats why we do not defend Jesus or grow hot when He is reviled - because we know He understands.

Your background made you say na wa - because your Quran must not be questioned or wondered about and this has been drummed into you since birth and has become your life. We believe anything that cannot be questioned has something to hide and that if Jehovah truly is who He says He is, He will not be afraid to be questioned or asked for proof. You believe you are defending God and Muhammad. Why can't Allah defend Himself if he indeed is who He claims to be? Why can't you question your prophet? Questioning him means you want truth not to be a zombie that recites and accepts without questions. In school, didn't you ask questions? Till now, don't you wonder at issues? So why is it only Islam ON EARTH that says No, you must not ask questions or doubt or wonder or try to find out. Just accept anything we say and even lie for us. Lies for God? doesn't that sound fishy.

I keep saying God bless you because I really like your spirit and playfulness and I believe inside, you are a very good person but you need to start asking sincere questions AND answering them truthfully.

So it is not WA!

Yes Sir:

the Bible says:

Prov 23:13-14 "Withhold not discipline from the child; for if you strike and punish him with the [reedlike] rod, he will not die. You shall whip him with the rod and deliver his life from Sheol (Hades, the place of the dead)."

NOW if you decide to beat up KunleOshob because he doesn't support tithing and you think that is evil and want it out of him, you may find him capable of handling himself or/and end up spending a weekend behind bars in which case it is you that might lose some evil. cheesy

Tonye-T,

Sorry to say this but its not necessary to check the Hebrew for everything. Please remember that "In a multitude of words, there is folly" and we've overflogged this matter. If you still have doubts over this issue, maybe its worth it taking the matter to God in prayer knowing He answers sincere questioning prayers.

Personally though, my thought is that Ttalks has solved your problem

Thank you - brilliant post there smiley

@Tonye-T:

Iniquity is evil! So is transgression! A life style that tends to going to Hell is evil! Basically, everything on the list TTalks has presented is not what you'd plan for your life or that or your child - Why not?

Please stop looking for meanings that are not there.

A yoruba adage says, "you have not suffered and yet you say you've wisened up; who TAUGHT you?"

I think it was IMHOTEP who pointed out that when a person is sincere, God pushes into such person's path a series of harsh experiences which cleanse him of the innate "evil" in us. Personal suffering seems to have the effect of helping us find/have emphathy for others who we see go through what we have ourselves faced and suffered. Our past experiences became DISCIPLINE which PURIFIES us for service.

Another way to say this is David the King fought (DISCIPLINE) and "suffered" to get his throne and wealth. He built Israel into an empire. His son Solomon had wealth, wisdon, knowledge and power handed to him on a platter of gold. He lost his father's empire!

Look then at the words "physical punishment, blows and wounds AND beatings" as the suffering (training coming from God or a parent) that cleanses and purifies you from within that you might be a wiser, more responsible person.

this is a personal experience, i used to work with a man who is about 50 years of age, i cant give his name cos of client privacy issue but all i can say is that he is autistic and has a mild challenging behavior.if anyone tells this man his/her date of birth,in less than half a second he would tell you precisely what day of the week you were born!!!if you now try to outsmart him by telling him he didnt get it right,he woulld get upset and start recounting events which supposedly happened to common folks with dates and locations included 30,40,50,60,70,80,90 and even one hundred years ago!!!!!as if thats not enough, he would tell you what happend to their children,grandchildren!!!etcetera, though no one had tried to verify his accounts, the world is vast!!!
@trukoments:

What you have described is not uncommon with people who have strong ties to the occult (family/past/love-life) in the form of divination spirits. The idea is possession with a knowledge demon that is very boastful. Such would find it very easy to control a person who seems (according to your definition) not totally in control of himself. If you could, I would suggest an experiment - take the person to a church during their praise worship. You just might be surprised to find your client becoming very vocal and violent and saying things that would amaze you.

And yes, the world is vast and satan has no other task but to convince people of anything and everything that will make it difficult to get on God's side. Tricks such as the above are elementary in the occult and help propagate "false theories" like re-incarnation. Such a demon would have access to information that would seem impossible to possess where it not a re-incarnation or such like phenomena

Seriously though, DeepSight, how do I produce a guy that is in another guy many times over by now. Oh ok, I just had an epiphany - MavenBox is Elijah! There, there's your proof.

Leave this thing please. Its starting to look more of desperation than anything else
Christianity EtcRe: Reincarnation - Deepsight, Let's Talk Here by nuclearboy(m): 7:57pm On Jan 27, 2010
Don't spoon feed us, DeepSight, we are adults and won't accept "this food" from you. Poison ivy is not "food".

What we have said is that Elijah didn't die and ascended with his body - where to, I refuse to speculate on since I have no outright scriptural or otherwise backing for such answer. You are the only one I see on this thread who has stated (claimed) knowledge of where Elijah is so you ought answer the question. And from the message in your posts, it seems you believe Elijah was "transubtutated" into John's Mam, body and all.

As an aside, those OT women must have been very strong - imagine carrying a hairy elderly prophet inside you for 9 months; plus Elijah was very rude too. Probably cussed her each time she made him uncomfortable inside her.

Your problem with departure from the world is this - what happened to the body because, Sir, you do not depart from the world till you leave your body! And I do not give a rats nuts if Elijah lives in a rhombus cloud today - it is you that says he departed the world in the context of re-incarnation so tell me where his body is because he needs must drop one body before he can occupy another else he is divine!

Deep Sight:
Quote from Nuclearboy -

I am going to hope feverishly that this last attempt will sail through to you all; and enable you to recognise just how pedantic you are all being with this point.
What is a reincarnation? It is the act of coming back into the world as a new born baby.
It need hardly be said that in order to return, one must first depart.
Thus the departure (or transition) is what is key.
Now the standard means of departing this world is death; it is therefore not wrong when we define reincarnation in terms of “a previously dead person.” That remains a correct definition, because as far as we know, humans only depart the world via death.
But where it is claimed that a person did not die, but “ascended” to another realm – this causes no problems because it is clear that what is critical is the departure – without which we cannot speak of a return.

So I am exhausted that persons can make an issue between a “death” and a “departure.” (transition/ ascension. Etc) As I have said a zillion times already, in the context of the reincarnation discourse they are the same thing because to return, one must first depart. By death. By Luftansa. By voodoo. Whatever.
Your definition above! Elijah went with his body INTACT! When he came back, where do you suppose he left that body? On Lufthansa? Or maybe Arabia's hordes cut him out of it on his way back to this "plane" in Elizabeth's bedroom? Or would you suggest he entered Elizabeth with his body masked inside that of Little John? Look rather at the transfiguration where he came back and was seen - He still had the body.

So please don't go feverish on us. Rather try align your thoughts with what is actually penned down in the Bible you are quoting. I personally am waiting to see how OOI turns out.

Alright, let's see who is making a mockery of logic.

Answer me these two questions only and the matter must rest -
 1. Is death a transition?
 2. Is ascension a transition?
Simple.
^^^^ Brilliant ehn? Ok, so lets re-phrase the question?

[1] Men are animals
[2] Pigs are animals

Are men pigs? Simple!

@Viaro: Nope, its me that is OUT of trouble now cheesy. No more scratching my pate wondering what language you're changing gear in
Christianity EtcRe: Reincarnation - Deepsight, Let's Talk Here by nuclearboy(m): 6:46pm On Jan 27, 2010
@Viaro;

Welcome. All my dictionaries have finished downloading so I'm ready now whatever language you choose to use  cheesy

@DeepSight:

Please refrain from using me as attestation of reason in your posts. I'd be a poor certificate since I was arguing that you were moving the goal posts. I said 'ascension is a transition. Death also is a transition. BUT YOUR OWN DEFINITION (bandied between you and Viaro) of Re-incarnation is birth-death-rebirth NOT transition-transition-transition. If death is a transition, then birth also is a transition and re-birth also is a transition!

Considered as above (in entirety), I was trying to say this is ridiculous - transition - transition - transition. Everything ends in life. We both know that! Where do "your" transitions end? in more transitions! But that is not even the question - it is where does it start? with "transitions" too! That, I see as meaningless since you earlier posited it starts with God but now decided it starts with transitions! Capische?

For clarity, I do not believe Death and Ascension mean the same for that would suppose I believe Jesus is dead. You think that?

I notice you've left out Abraham's exemption from re-incarnation and the fact that even the "ascended" Elijah showed up at the transfiguration! Would you say Elijah is Omnipresent since re-incarnation doesn't seek us to believe in multiple simultaneous instances? oh, I forgot - his importance had to be emphasized so he 'temporarily' became omnipresent, abi?
Christianity EtcRe: Reincarnation - Deepsight, Let's Talk Here by nuclearboy(m): 5:16pm On Jan 27, 2010
But again you miss my point and again I sincerely believe it is deliberate i.e. you are "actually" not missing any part of it. What I say is that whist you make sense, you do so in a purely legalistic manner - conjecture! You are using your "lawyerly" skills to argue an obvious fallacy and advance it as "truth". if that were not so, why do you need to interpret the word?

Why not accept the simple direct "resurrection" message the Bible passes or just say you do not believe the Bible? Why say "yes, there's resurrection there but I also see re-incarnation behind it and to show this, I have to "interpret"". This "re-incarnation" issue started when you asked ME in the other thread if I believed in it and then added that Jesus obviously advanced it. Now I wonder if it wasn't just a ploy to lure us and allow you practice "litigation".

Somewhere inside me, a voice says you find this that you do funny and interesting, - an "intellectual" game of chess, coming from behind (with only the minimal standing) to win. I have had the misfortune to have lawyers practice their act against me or before me (luckily not in court) and oftentimes wonder if it isn't some form of advanced 'sadomasochism" or attrition or "whatever" that law school passes on.

Well, you did get Viaro to leave (never saw that before) and MavenBox too has gone silent. Maybe its time for me to join them. but not because your imagination has me stymied. This is all because I don't know how to continue saying white simply means white. But in my Bible, I see resurrection and not re-incarnation.

Finally, ascension is a transition. Death also is a transition. BUT YOUR OWN DEFINITION (bandied between you and Viaro) of Re-incarnation is birth-death-rebirth NOT transition-transition-transition. If death is a transition, then birth also is a transition and re-birth also is a transition! I hope you can see where your imagination will lead to if left unchecked or without boundaries
Christianity EtcRe: Reincarnation - Deepsight, Let's Talk Here by nuclearboy(m): 4:08pm On Jan 27, 2010
I fear that you're taking this too far, DeepSight and that especially when everything you base your words on may be interpreted in any number of ways. This repeated "very plain words of Jesus" has become quite tiresome and is beneath you (at least in the sight of such as me who have shown respect for your reasoning). It is not based on anything more than a decision to interpret issues to suit yourself.

That was why I thought it better to state the obvious contradictions in the re-incarnation theory according to the Bible rather than leaving it open to "twisting". And you come back by postulating that "ascension and death mean the same thing". What an interpretation? shocked What of Abraham and the thief? What criteria "exempted" these? You sincerely think anyone is convinced of these things that you make up as we go along?

Try to stay within this world, universe and galaxy this time please. I haven't understood enough of math and here you are going on about "zillions of worlds and planes". Your words of adjuration to receive like a child na "wonderment" shocked - Is this coming from OOI and zillions of planes and retrofitting planets for habitation by increasing spirituality of re-incarnated "radiations" of God

@Tudor;

The originating post has not said the Haiti quake was a good thing.

Look at it this way - It happened - something good came out of it for her friends - that neither adds to nor takes from the disaster this was. People see things like this usually from a personal point of view and you can bet your a, e that almost anyone who (living in haiti with their entire family) didn't lose anyone or "anything of much value" would be ecstatic and thanking God or whatever they believe in for blessing/protecting/helping them.

Would you rather we find such and kill them to "console" those who lost everything and everyone?

Just as these thank their "God" they didn't lose, so the poster is grateful for what her friends got - without poking fun at the others!

BTW: You keep saying you don't believe. Religion is all about belief. What are you doing here discussing "nothing" or lets call it " " ?

^^^ They are not extra-terrestials. They are you and me.

The very fact that you are born (enter the world) and that you die (exit the world) is enough for the contemplative man to recognise that he is coimng from somewhere and going somewhere.

This presupposes a pre and post existence and illuminates earthlife as transitory only.
Where does it (plane of existence) start and where does it end? Please be specific since you are proposing this as answer to my query.

BTW, the human race has been consistently growing in size. Are you then also positing that we all have been doing "anko" and developing at the same time into this world? note that this would mean ultimately that at least one world (your start plane/position/transitory initiator) would ultimately end up empty! Then what? Infinity collapses?

DeepSight, do you have to go to this extent to self-justify! Next we'll hear the angelic host is the next step along the way to " "! You'll have to help fill in the blank space as I wonder what the final step in this your journey through "transitions" would be.

I have one question for you which I ask only because your last post was concise and not noisy - What is the population of the world today? What was the population of the world 5, 000 years ago? no idea? Guess! What happened Sir? Where did all the extra people come from or do you suppose they were plants or animals in a previous existence? Then why isn't the plant/animal kingdom diminished etc etc etc?

Re-incarnation would suggest re-cycling the same "peoples" over and over, wouldn't it? Where are the new ones coming from?

As Imhotep wisely said (I hope I got the message), "Thought can be a problem and separate us from reality"

The earlier u realize that the Quran or Hadeeth are not like the Bible in which u quote the way u like, the better for u. It is wrong to quote a verse without the entire context. ok?
Here is the full verse of the Hadeeth u quoted:
Volume 1, Book 12, Number 770:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

The people said, "O Allah's Apostle! Shall we see our Lord on the Day of Resurrection?" He replied, "Do you have any doubt in seeing the full moon on a clear (not cloudy) night?" They replied, "No, O Allah's Apostle!" He said, "Do you have any doubt in seeing the sun when there are no clouds?" They replied in the negative. He said, "You will see Allah (your Lord) in the same way. On the Day of Resurrection, people will be gathered and He will order the people to follow what they used to worship. So some of them will follow the sun, some will follow the moon, and some will follow other deities; and only this nation (Muslims) will be left with its hypocrites. Allah will come to them and say, 'I am Your Lord.' They will say, 'We shall stay in this place till our Lord comes to us and when our Lord will come, we will recognize Him. Then Allah will come to them again and say, 'I am your Lord.' They will say, 'You are our Lord.' Allah will call them, and As-Sirat (a bridge) will be laid across Hell and I (Muhammad) shall be the first amongst the Apostles to cross it with my followers. Nobody except the Apostles will then be able to speak and they will be saying then, 'O Allah! Save us. O Allah Save us.'

There will be hooks like the thorns of Sa'dan in Hell. Have you seen the thorns of Sa'dan?" The people said, "Yes." He said, "These hooks will be like the thorns of Sa'dan but nobody except Allah knows their greatness in size and these will entangle the people according to their deeds; some of them will fall and stay in Hell forever; others will receive punishment (torn into small pieces) and will get out of Hell, till when Allah intends mercy on whomever He likes amongst the people of Hell, He will order the angels to take out of Hell those who worshipped none but Him alone. The angels will take them out by recognizing them from the traces of prostrations, for Allah has forbidden the (Hell) fire to eat away those traces. So they will come out of the Fire, it will eat away from the whole of the human body except the marks of the prostrations. At that time they will come out of the Fire as mere skeletons. The Water of Life will be poured on them and as a result they will grow like the seeds growing on the bank of flowing water. Then when Allah had finished from the Judgments amongst his creations, one man will be left between Hell and Paradise and he will be the last man from the people of Hell to enter paradise. He will be facing Hell, and will say, 'O Allah! Turn my face from the fire as its wind has dried me and its steam has burnt me.' Allah will ask him, "Will you ask for anything more in case this favor is granted to you?' He will say, "No by Your (Honor) Power!" And he will give to his Lord (Allah) what he will of the pledges and the covenants. Allah will then turn his face from the Fire. When he will face Paradise and will see its charm, he will remain quiet as long as Allah will. He then will say, 'O my Lord! Let me go to the gate of Paradise.' Allah will ask him, 'Didn't you give pledges and make covenants (to the effect) that you would not ask for anything more than what you requested at first?' He will say, 'O my Lord! Do not make me the most wretched, amongst Your creatures.' Allah will say, 'If this request is granted, will you then ask for anything else?' He will say, 'No! By Your Power! I shall not ask for anything else.' Then he will give to his Lord what He will of the pledges and the covenants. Allah will then let him go to the gate of Paradise. On reaching then and seeing its life, charm, and pleasure, he will remain quiet as long as Allah wills and then will say, 'O my Lord ! Let me enter Paradise.' Allah will say, May Allah be merciful unto you, O son of Adam! How treacherous you are! Haven't you made covenants and given pledges that you will not ask for anything more that what you have been given?' He will say, 'O my Lord! Do not make me the most wretched amongst Your creatures.' So Allah will laugh and allow him to enter Paradise and will ask him to request as much as he likes. He will do so till all his desires have been fulfilled . Then Allah will say, 'Request more of such and such things.' Allah will remind him and when all his desires and wishes; have been fulfilled, Allah will say "All this is granted to you and a similar amount besides." Abu Said Al-Khudri, said to Abu Huraira, 'Allah's Apostle said, "Allah said, 'That is for you and ten times more like it.' "Abu Huraira said, "I do not remember from Allah's Apostle except (his saying), 'All this is granted to you and a similar amount besides." Abu Sahd said, "I heard him saying, 'That is for you and ten times more the like of it."

I really like you but you jump too much. Which kind of trap have you set for yourself again here?  grin

Now that you have shown the ENTIRE HADITH, you have only one more thing to do: SHOW ME FROM THE ABOVE WHERE ONE MUSLIM WILL NOT ENTER HELL OR BURN!

From the above, some of you will be torn by Sadan's thorns and stay in hell forever! What a reward!  cheesy

Some will be torn into small pieces. Now, if "Allah" likes any of you (who are all inside HELL), He will ask his angels to take out those who worshiped none but Him alone. This means those who worshiped NONE but allah alone will be removed from FIRE, abi? ! Which means those who worshiped none but Allah would be inside fire!  grin

And the way his angels will know them is from the "koko" or marks of prostrations on their head. Why? Because they have TOTALLY BURNT and only their skeletons remain!

Now, tell me what is different from what I said and what you have pasted.

ALLAH PROMISES YOU THAT HELLFIRE WILL SO BURN YOU THAT EVEN HIS ANGELS WILL NOT RECOGNISE YOU AGAIN. ONLY THE KOKO ON YOUR HEAD WILL THEY SEE.

please PRACTISE A LITTLE WITH A CIGARETTE LIGHTER SO YOU KNOW WHAT ALLAH HAS IN STORE FOR YOU  wink I suggest you practise burning your lips so that when next you say "allahu akbar', you know where you're headed for! grin

This argument like many others confirm to any rational mind that modern christianity is on a false doctrine. For several days, you have tried to explain to two "christians" the very words of their redeemer - Christ. Not complicated texts, simple very easy to understand text. What do you get? More aimless references that sidestep the meaning of Christ's words. If you try more complicated verses, you can imagine the outcome.

Paul said that when he was a child, he did childish things, but now that he is a man, he put away childish things. The religion of God will certainly prevail over the religion of men. What is the religion of God? Love, humility, charity and all godly virtues. The religion of men includes all religions - Christianity, Islam, Hindu etc that only know in part. Christ, the redeemer did not found any religion. He was confortable in the synagougue and anywhere. He only preached the coming of the kingdom of God. No matter what we believe, if you cannot practice Love, righteousness and follow peace with all men, you do not know God yet, you are still striving and scratching.

Now that the argument is in the open, rational minds will read the thread and many will learn from it. Continuing the discussions may be meaningless. My hope is that God will open the eyes of his elects to see the truth.

C.R.A.P! ARRANT RUBBISH!. NONSENSE WITH THE INGREDIENTS OF DELUSION! B.ULL.SH.IT NOT EVEN WELL DRESSED OR HIDDEN!

You are "showing christians" the meaning of words! Yet the bible says its words are not for any private interpretation! Viaro humored you by going the cyclical way in this. WHEN DID ELIJAH DIE FOR HIM TO BE RE-INCARNATED? SIMPLE QUESTION! WAS ABRAHAM "EXEMPTED" FROM RE-INCARNATION? EVEN SIMPLER! WHO ELSE WAS EXEMPTED? WHAT WERE YOU IN YOUR PAST LIFE?

Why intepret when there are other texts that make the issue clear? Why not address those direct texts that make nonsense out of your "theory". What a display of self-righteousness? huh cry cry cry

@Abuzola:

The Jews/Israelites comes from the line of Isaac, the legal son of the freeborn wife. The Arabs come from the line of Ishmael, the bastard son of the slave. A son is a son while a slave is indeed, a slave. No Jew is a slave but rather a Son. The Arabs can accept Sonship if they come to the side of the Jews -its your choice. Call Muhammad whatever you want but Jesus is not a slave.

And that is not even what I asked you. I said is it so difficult for you muslims to find an identity for yourself in the Quran that you have to go running into the Bible all the time? Is there no message in the Quran that can address your needs or why don't you stick to it rather than these asinine attempts to run down the Bible? If the Quran is inadequate, accept Jesus and become a son.

If your Quran fills your needs, keep reciting it but remember, the Islamic promise is that ALL muslims will burn in hell totally and it is the "head against floor"mark only that will remain after you have totally burnt. What you're still doing in Islam after reading that, I wonder!

@DeepSight:

Well I am not using or explaining "IFs". But you've gone out of your way to avoid replying me.

I stated earlier that your theory of Re-incarnation seems based on "interpreting" scriptures! But consider the examples which are explicitly stated and do NOT REQUIRE INTERPRETATION -

[1] Abraham, Lazarus and the rich guy. How does them been on another side of eternity help or stand against your case for re-incarnation seeing as re-incarnation does not support multiple simultaneous existence. If they are OR can be there for as long as Abraham would have been, they cannot be here too. Would you then say those three were "exempted'?
[2] The fact that Elijah DID NOT DIE seems to make the case of him literally being the Baptist fall to the ground. Your definition of re-incarnation REQUIRES DEATH before the fact of re-incarnation. Could you PLEASE AVOID GRAMMAR and show me where Elijah died for him to re-incarnate as John? If he didn't die, its obvious then that your interpretation of what our "God" says is wrong.
[3] The statement "Tonight, you'll be with me in Paradise"! If the thief would be in Paradise, how then would he re-incarnate i.e. what portion of him would be left to come back?
[4] The statement in Hebrews which you'd rather not consider remains a part of the Bible. Would you rather we re-write the scriptures to suit you?

None of these requires any extensive scholarship as I wrote earlier. Enough of all this evasiveness into long winded theses! This must be the 4th I'm asking you to Biblically refute the above. I await your pleasure

Finally you have accepted that satan is "holy" to you. He is not holy to me and never will be.

All you need do is ask yourself why the Bible is more important to you and yours than even reading the Quran. Is it because you feel uncomfortable with the Quran that you need to make yourself feel better by running down the Bible? Every single one of the "rubbish" your pig ally has used here is a fallacy meant to just run down the Bible.

Recite your Quran and if you feel fear that it is not right, then come to Jesus rather than this idiotic attempts to run the Bible down.

The gun manufacturer has been inscribing the letters on their weapons which are high spec SNIPER rifles for over 2 decades; well before they started selling to these particular clients. The manufacturer believed the scripture quotes which have the word "LIGHT" in the verses pointed to as it were, exposure of targets and subsequent annihiliation. When noticed, there was a complaint made and a resolution was passed to stop the inscriptions ON THOSE MEANT FOR THIS CLIENT.

What more could any reasonable person request?

Seems funny inscribing anything aside model and serial numbers on weapons to me but they chose to do this which is within their right. OP here suggests its deliberate which is what is asinine.

@Malbron:

Please let me know the Biblical verses that support Jesus coming back as a baby. Twould be nice to learn something I've missed all these years. BTW, is it "simply Malbron" or "synthetic Marlboro"?

And yes O, this your vision is too much for me to comprehend - I'm not on "mal, ". Especially not the synthetic type that has glue additives. tongue

BTW, I agree that the Spirit lives on forever but my question for you, my brother, is when did Elijah DIE? I need Biblical support for your statement not dubious conjecture!

You ask me what everlasting life means to me - here goes! The body returns to Earth and the Spirit returns to God. That Spirit does not die but is not free to roam about. It is that Spirit that WILL BE RESURRECTED for judgment not re-incarnated. If it truly re-incarnates, which of the multitude of lives it goes through would you say is its life? All? so how does judgment work? God takes out a calculator and averages good and wrong to know what this Spirit deserves? What of its soul? does that follow the spirit around from man to dog to snake then back to man etc?

In the view of hundreds, Jesus ascended into heaven the way we see Spiderman taking off! That is what the Bible says (at least without synthetic "malboro" in the system). The Bible also says He will return LIKE this - AS HE WENT UP (IN CLOUDS OF GLORY). However, Mal, has given you a revelation that He will be born in Imesi-Ile, Osun state, Nigeria, grow up then jump up in a cloud of smoke and, yes, you guessed it, APPEAR to all mankind! When you say "suspended in the sky", are you considering the possibility that "Universal Pictures" or another major studio will use ropes to prop Him up for "action effects"?

Viaro very kindly corrected you before your knee followed your foot into your mouth when he said "birth-death-resurrection-judgment". I had been waiting for you to dance the la-la dance before showing you why even recitation majors can show more sense than some of us. Rather than discuss resurrection then try to sneak in re-incarnation in a multitude of words, show us ONE quote where re-incarnation is expressly supported in the Bible.

Finally, you say there are gospels NOT included in the Bible! Ok, I hear and one of them is that written by Nuclearboy and Chapter 1 verse 1 says, "Malboro mixed with Angel-dust and/or Glue washed down with firewater is bad for Malbron's interpretation of the Scriptures".

Enjoy your Sunday! BTW, why not take your interpretation to Mars or Jupiter and teach it to the life there?

@Chairman Viaro:

You and Maven should keep reminding me to agree with you everytime (until I have your babes' number tongue). Sadly, no one can have anything on a woman so I'm stuck in her case. Anyway 50% is better than 0% and you are more vitriolic
