justi4jesu: Sadly the legal age of marriage in Iran is set at 13 for girls and 15 for boys.

However, the same Act allows girls below 13 and boys below 15 to be wed but conditioned on the consent of their father and the permission of a court judge.

In addition, there are reports that Iranian legal affairs committee is pushing to lower the legal age of marriage for girls back to 9 years of age.

Pls, give me a link with enough evidences that Mary married at that age and not some 'it was said'! All through my research on this issue, I discovered that it was only assumption based on the fact that most scholars believed that 'ancient Jewish tradition' normally give their girls out at 12 and not that there were documented evidences. They disguise and kill innocent Nigerians, their fellow Nigerians. If you think only the security agencies can fight these insurgents, you are on a frolic of utopianism. We are at such perilous times where you go to the market and you are not sure if the seller is not boko-haram, a boko-haram spy or a boko-haram sympathizer. Or the innocent seller is not sure whether the buyer is boko-haram. You are in a traffic and the next motorist could be driving a car bomb. You wake up in the Morning and you don't knw that the man you said "Inakwana" to is Boko-haram. You are in an 18 passenger bus and you are sure of only your self. The person sitting next to you could be an Improvised Explosive. What a life, what a country. The natural liberty of the ordinary Nigerian is eroded by fellow Nigerians. The life of innocent Nigerians is taken ingloriously on a massive scale on daily basis by fellow Nigerians for no just cause. How did we get here? Is this Nigeria really Our Fatherland?

Maybe she said that to you to avoid any sexual relationship with you during courtship. There's something called secondary virginity you know. Like you have sex before and then realize your sin repent and decide to zip up until you're married. Maybe that's what she did.

Well honestly she no try. She woulda told u the honest truth. That she wanted to wait until marriage before sex. But I guess she thought u wouldn't have wanted to wait.
And I'm sorry if u married her for virginity. Too bad for you. For better or worse.

Or if the virginity is so important to you. Divorce is an option. Let's say the marriage is null and void because the conditions under which you contracted the marriage are non-existent.
