All the OP said in her post was that her husband is loving and caring. And as far as am concerned all she does is sit on her bottom and lap all the love and attention without giving back anything in return.
Some people may not like what I’m saying because love to them is when a man is slaving for his wife. When love is not reciprocal, then its no longer love. OP has not been reciprocating her husband’s love which is why she has to come to nairaland to ask what to do in return for a loving husband.
My point is, what has the OP been doing to reciprocate the love and care she has gotten from a loving husband.

He replied, "of course, I see you in my future, as my wife." He also apologized for not seeing my mom while she was in town, noted that he does think meeting parents is a very serious thing and he just wants to be fully ready/it be the right time to do so. He also acknowledged that he knows he's been super-busy with his PHD program and he thanked me for being understanding because he knows it hasn't been easy for me. OP, if you go back to the previous page you'll have realized I was correct regarding the bolded part. I can relate with the accademic part of your man because I'm also a postgraduate student. The first year is very crucial, its like walking on a tight rope, tilting him over with a lot of marraige issues might not be in the best interest of both of you.
