N600B in 10 months is N6trillion. so at the end of the year, our whole federal budget goes to workers? That's a joke. Just to "Augment"? not even the whole salary. Nigeria, I hail thee
Do u understand English? Assignment for u: Find out the meaning of the word 'annually' and make five sentences with it.

I tire oh. Is that the best way to address the issue? I swear, if this happened in Nigeria, I will personally take this case up along litigation path. If the girl were to be of a class above her, can she even think of this rubbish? Nonsense.

Everything about Ojukwu was indeed first class, from attending the best primary school to the best secondary school in the world to the best university in the world to using the best cars, marrying the prettiest ladies, flying the best jets of his time, fighting for the best army (Biafran army ) leading the best country that the world did not want to see, to dying in the best hospitals and getting the best burials ever in Africa.
And how has this enviable life positively affected his kinsmen?

to u it is not spectacular, to me it is a brilliant suggestion...

to ur question, he claimed GEJ adopted d method, do u think otherwise? if yes, give reasons why u think otherwise instead of asking a question he already answered in his comment.
Pls, is not that I think otherwise, I say HE HAD NEVER ADOPTED SUCH METHOD. He should prove his point with examples because I said such never existed in this country. Also, the Idea may sound brilliant to u, but I look beyond just that cos it is easier said than done.

in hiss post, he gave a good formula... why not talk about that instead of trying to force a debate of GEJ vs Buhari?
The formula might be a very good one, but my question still remains: did GEJ adopt that method? He reserves the right to give his respect to whoever, but certainly not because of the foregoing. And besides, there is nothing spectacular about that approach cos alot of other factors must come into play. Remember, he is talking about integrating the recruitment process in order to check cases of candidates applying in several organisation at the same time.

I know million others who will do same

Or does it mean that the modules and the structure of website is not professional designed? Pardon my ignorance and grammatical blunda. Meanwhile, am xpecting to see the figures without round off.
The announcement is an update (my thought) and am sure the actual figure will be made public as at when due.

Why the exact figures? i.e 50,000.. 20,000.. 150,000? I havent heard any approximately figures. i.e 50,215.. 20,197... 151,121.. Statisticians where are thou? Cox the figures are unreliable.
Is an approximate figure rounded off to the nearest 10,000. Because even as this was being announced, more candidates were still submitting applications. Or are u expecting to see figure like 550124? Although, I am not a statistician, I know that this is statistically incorrect.

Acidosis:
This is the reason why I will always respect GOODLUCK JONATHAN who made a provision for the coalition of all the forces in the area of employment. You don't allow these forces throw out vacancies sequentially, and then allow the same set of Airforce applicants try NPF tomorrow, and then, the same people apply for Navy next week, and Army in the coming months.

Make the vacancies available at the same time. For instance, 10,000 for Police, 10,000 for Navy, 50,000 Army, 20,000 Civil defence, etc. Put these in a single site and allow applicants apply ONLY to 1 agency!

This would greatly limit the repetitive applications, lessen the burden on these agencies, and of course, increase the chances of applicants.

Simple common sense.

Without this formula, we'll keep receiving 1 million applications yearly.

If they've all publicize the vacancies on a single database, the Police wouldn't have gotten more than 80,000 applications, civil defence 90,000, etc.
What is this one saying? Are u by any chance saying that vacancies for recruitment into all the security services were advertised simultaneously during GEJ administration? Better get ur facts right before u start displaying ignorance of history.

I love your integrity alot it made me to be proud of my country despite the reckless attitude of many of our leaders. When few elites believed in you,the masses believed greatly in your integrity of purpose. We were confident that if we vote for you,our money will not be for entertainment of the few privileged. We are praying for your success & God's willing you will succeed to convince the doubting thomaes .

We should start telling our selves The truth , buhari is not that messiah we are waiting for, in what way can u compare gej administration and buhari government huh The comparison is much, we common Nigerians are tired of shenge mantra...
Certainly, not comparable just the way 10 months and 6 yrs cannot be compared. Or are you expecting achievements of that magnitude within this period? To me, considering the revenue generated in the past administration, nothing was even achieved.

my dear 90% of ordinary Nigerians that voted for that duara dullard are seriously regretting it, search ur heart and tell me, if we are to hold election today, will u vote for shenge huh Buharu says dat he is fighting poverty yet according2 the Business Day Newspaper Nigerians are ”getting poorer 4 the first time since 1999”... What buhari & APC failed 2disclose 2the Nigerian people during the campaign is that what he meant by ”change” was a change from light 2darkness.

Everyday what u will hear Is either fulani marauders killing farmers or fuel queues, or the missing budget, in this era of global economic meltdown, we don't need old brain like buhari, the man is reasoning with analogue mind, he has bungalow mind... We should go for tourism ministerial slot and leave that seat to better hand who will lead us to stardom.... U can't compare previous administration than this charade nah...
I am not easily discouraged by the temporary hardship because I am fully aware of what the country had gone through prior to the present administration. I am also aware of the crumbling price of crude oil at the international market. If the ongoing revelation is anything to go by, then the continuity of the previous administration would have been very catastrophic.

why should I vote for him huh He lack knowledge to rule Nigeria of nowadays, he should cut his travelling expense, hypocrites around him should tell him the truth, 2019 Nigeria will reject dis fraud
The majority that voted him did that for a purpose and they are not complaining yet. And if the same majority decides to retain him by 2019 so shall it be. If u describe this as fraud, then the previous administration must be fraud raised to the power of infinity.

Champella:
The more than 400 first class graduates you just posted is purely an exaggeration.

Why don't you see it this way that admitting very sound candidates translate to quality graduates. A case of "Gabbage-in Gabbage-out".

A similar case would be that of Barcelona signing quality players to win so many trophies. Does it mean that they are favoured by UEFA or the Spanish Football Federation over other football clubs?
Sound candidates indeed. Note that most of these candidates of public universities were rejected by public universities.

Whether you nitpick the "silly excuses" or not, my point is made. Stop glorifying mediocrity in learning the lingua franca. It must not always be that it is competing with the local language. You should be encouraged to be proficient in it on its own without resorting to argumentums like "what about our local language".
We all have preferences and I am not under any obligation to have the same preference with u and vice versa. A typical Hausa Muslim prefers to be more proficient in Arabic than in English. Is that a case? Yes English is our official language and I am not disputing that. If I have the opportunity to learn it, I Will certainly avail myself otherwise I don't give a damn as long as I can explain whatsoever it is and be understood. I have a language which I speak fluently and I can't stress myself just to be proficient in a borrowed one.

The beneficiaries of this man's crime are somewhere relaxing and some gorrilas are here praying for his freedom. I don't think some of them even know the amount of money involved. The budgets of many states are far less than 2billion US Dollars for God's sake. These are some of the things responsible for the present hardship.

Akpos' next door
neighbour had a baby.
Unfortunately, the
little baby was born
with no ears. When
they arrived home from the hospital, the
parents invited Akpos'
family to come over
and see their new
baby.
Akpos' parents were very afraid their son
would have some silly
words to say about
the baby. So, Akpos'
dad had a long talk
with Akpos before going to the
neighbours house. He
said, "Now son, that
poor baby was born
without any ears. I
want you to be on your best behaviour
and not say one word
about his ears, or I'm
really going to beat
you when we get
back home." "I promise not to
mention his ears at
all," said Akpos.
At the neighbour's
house, Akpos leaned
over the crib and touched the baby's
hand. He looked at his
mother and said, "Oh,
what a beautiful little
baby!"
The mother, who had braced herself for
Akpos' comments,
was pleasantly
surprised and said,
"Thank you very
much, Akpos." Akpos then continued,
"This baby has perfect
little hands and
perfect little feet. Just
look at his pretty little
eyes! Did his doctor say he can see
clearly?"
The mother who was
a bit surprised,
replied, "Yes, his
doctor said he has a good vision. Why do
you ask?"
Akpos said, "Well, it's
a good thing, cause if
he can't see, he won't
be able to wear glasses."
Very funny
