hi everyone,

i really really badly want to lose some kilos, about 15kg.

i have tried to diet, i have tried to work out, (not been utterly faithful though) but no way, instead i find myself increasing in size.

can anyone suggest a diet pill i can use to kick start this my weight loss journey. i want something safe that wont jeopardize my health and also wont interfere with my chances of having another child when i am ready.

i need answers . if a woman has a miscarriage, are there any chances that conceiving again could be a problem for her, must she go thru flushing even when the doctors advised there was no need for that regarding the circumstances of the miscarraige.

i would like to travel to the UK this easter with my husband and two children aged 3 yrs and 6 yrs.

we are presently getting together our documents and hope to submit by the end of this week or early next week.

but some people are advising against requesting for the entire family at once, our passports are stamped with the african country visit we made two years ago, so we dont have UK visa before and our passports are almost virgin.will this be a minus for us?

i have a good job, my husband also has a good job and practices his proffession (law). So we have evidence that we can sponsor ourselves comfortably.

Yesterday, I decided to visit a dear elderly friend who I heard had an operation. I didnt know what form of operation he had but went anyway to see him. What I saw shocked me to my roots and will not be forgotten in a hurry. I entered the sitting room to see my dear friend with his left leg amputated just under the knee. You can avoid being defrauded by these ATM fraudsters. Go get a verve card which is chip and PIN. It is certainly more secure. But please be careful on how you expose your card details and you PIN. If you still use a magnetic stripe card please ask your bank for a change to chip and pin. If you dont really understand what i mean, go to your bank and ask questions. It is best to protect yourself than allow yourself to get hurt and then looking for redress.
