Article 4 of the 10 Principles for the Establishment of Monolithic Leadership System stipulates a mandatory provision that "People shall faithfully revere the Great Leader and comrade Kim Il Sung". If this is not state religion, I wonder what it is.

In 1977, $2.8 billion was discovered missing in the NNPC. Guess who was Minister of Petroleum?

Muhammadu Buhari.

Bukola Saraki's father, Olusola, was the senate leader at the time and he headed the committee that was set up to trace the missing money. The money was traced to the Midland bank (U.K) fixed account of Buhari who was Minister of petroleum and head of NNPC then. The Olusola committee presented the report to the House towards end of the shagari regime BUT the House decided to act on it after general elections.

However, on December 31, 1983, Buhari hid under the political commotion that followed the election results to overthrow the Shagari government.

Olusola Saraki granted an interview to Vera Ifudu, an NTA reporter and told her how the missing money had been traced to Buhari's bank account. But Buhari sacked Vera Ifudu immediately from NTA! She challenged her dismissal in court and won. Court also ordered she should be compensated.

Fast forward to Abacha Era. Buhari was appointed as PTF chairman and he brought his family members as consultants and contractors to the PTF. Obasanjo assumed Presidency in 1999 and set up an interim management for the PTF to audit its activities. He was shocked by the outcome.

In November 2000, Obasanjo directed that the PTF should be scrapped and its headquarters handed over to anti-corruption agencies. OBJ discovered that Buhari's PTF paid out over 9 billion naira to contractors WITH NO WORK DONE! But he covered up because of "army arrangement".

Then the Senate exposed how the then SGF, Lawal Babachir used N270m to cut grass in IDP camps, Buhari's government cleared him of any wrong doing, the government also cleared Ibrahim Magu of the weighty corruption allegations leveled against him, in fact, Muhammadu Buhari officially wrote the Senate that both men are clean.

Then when Ikoyi orphaned money once again exposed how corrupt this government is, he suspended Babachir that he cleared twice of the same allegation. Up till this moment the report of the probe panel is not known to the public.

A witness told the court that Buhari's lawyer who was representing him in the certificate suit gave the presiding judge, Justice Adeniyi Ademola N500,000 at the period the case was still on but they said it wasn't a bribe but a gift. Just recently one of Buhari's ministers, Ibe Kachikwu tactically exposed the biggest single corruption case in the history of this country, a whooping $25bn fraud in a government of saints?

If Buhari that is the petroleum minister can approve contracts worth $25bn without due process and transparency, then why are we still talking about anti graft war under this government?

The president should immediately appoint a substantive minister of petroleum or hand over the portfolio to the vice president for proper supervision. NNPC should also be made to follow the procurement process and approval threshold set by BPP for other MDAS. Any procurement of goods above N100m and procurement of works above N1b should be approved by the FEC. They don't deserve any exemption.

The president also need to investigate and deal with the unacceptable level of insubordination in his government. Heads of agencies should never be allowed to boycott or bypass their supervising ministers in any way. The circumstances leading to the minister of state for petroleum being denied access to the president should also be investigated. There should be no government within the government.

I was sitting in front of my house one.morning when these white garment people came to preach and pray. When they were done, they started talking to people, i was on my own when one came to tell me that I have spirit husband, I always have sex in my dream, I won't progress and all sort of rubbish sha. He then told me to bring 5k for red, white, yellow candles, holy water, turari isegun, lofinda.
My friend came to see me that morning and one of them called her aside and told her somethings too also told her not to tell anyone. I was even too ashamed to tell her mine. She gave them 1k and told them she'll visit them.
It was after they left that we started discussing and realised that they told everyone the same thing exactly. I felt sooo stupid and to think that I almost stole 5k from my mumsy. I wouldn't have forgiven myself ever.
