Jarus and I will conclude on the choice topic and the list of debaters hopefully before the end of tomorrow. Please Judges, indicate your availability for Saturday and Sunday please. Thanks. |
CrazyMan: My advise...stay away from their section. The bold is over-generalization. I know a lot of cool, calm and tolerant Muslims both on this forum and outside. As for Maclatunji, I reserve my comment. |
fredoooooo: na gbese when your opponent get michu , hazard , ba ,mertaesacker , tevez and fellainihehehe your opponent is not 3rd on the table for no reason, he was even 2nd before last week. He is my boy ![]() |

I couldn’t help but feel responsible for all the recent happening on this thread. I want to tender my unreserved apology to the organizers and all the people involved in this debate for my jokes. Those who know me in this forum know they are nothing more than jokes. I am not one to take advantage of being a judge to chase women, show partiality or be unfair in my assessment, neither am I a sexist. After listening to all the pleas on this thread and those who got in touch outside the thread, I wish to reconsider my stand, should the debate still hold as previously planned. I can assure the organizers and the participants of an unbiased judgment in my assessment. I therefore sincerely plead with everyone that we forget and let go of this episode and move on. Thank you. |
It's a free world. My decision to pull out of the debate shouldn't hinder you from Judging. Just don't go slagging off my name.
How convinient? Why wont I mention your name after you already qouted my jokes as the reason you are pulling out. Very funny. Excuse me jare. |
teeo: State ur reasons for this actionThe reason is why you have many posts hidden on this thread. efe and maclatunji thought I meant my jokes in the 2nd page and will be an unfair judge. For Efe I dont know her problem. For maclatunji i can understand. He has a personal issue with me and some mods that complained about the way he moderates Islam section, so he couldnt resist the opportunity to make a mountain out of the mouldhill of my jokes. |
If the organisers of this debate dont mind, I will like to step aside as a judge in this debate. I hope this decision makes efe and maclatunji happy. Cheers. |
@OAM4J, we have the first chance of amending the current constitution, but Tinubu and his peep have been unusually silent on pushing for rregionalsm through the democratic process of amending the said constitution. Lip service alone is unacceptable. I would have been impressed if these people spent as much financial, media, and human resources as they spent on Ondo election, towards the application of pressures on NASS to ensure that rregionalism and federalism are adequately addressed. Unfortunately, what have is a response which will ensure that the status quo is maintained. This sir, is unforgettable.
First chance ![]() There have been countless chances to put Nigeria right, but the few that benefit from the status quo will not let those chances and efforts work. So don't blame Tinubu if he has no faith in this particular effort. I for one is yet to be convinced that anything good/meaningful will come out from the constitutional amendment exercise. That said, there is no need presenting multiple proposals on regional integration to Nat Assembly. If the Nat Assembly is serious about regional integration, I am sure it will get the full support of Tinubu and SW. |
Katsumoto: One whole week to teach a new dance step? I don't think so.If you know azonto dance, then you'll know you need more than one week to learn and perfect it. Dont worry, idowu will teach you all you need to know about azonto, trust me the dance is far from your breakdance ![]() |
I dont know why OP picked on Tinubu, but am yet to know any other living Nigerian that has written or spoken for true federalism and regional integration like Asiwaju Tinubu. He started this campaign long time ago, while Obj was the president. He initiated Southern Governors Forum, before the North started theirs. That Ohaneze is using constitutional amendment opportunity to make their recommendation for regional integration does not mean SW must follow same line or that SW is against it. OP's claim will only be valid if he has any evidence of Asiwaju or SW opposing regional integration. |
