God forbids abortion! Mukina2 and I dont believe in taking life but in creating one. As a matter of fact she likes babies. ![]() I believe in God. I dont believe the big slam theory and evolution theory. Even if I must accept them, it will only make sense to accept it with the fact that God caused the big slam and God put the evolution process in place. But am not a very religious person. so ba ng is censored to slam, na wa o |
Which Muki? Are we talking of the same Mukina2? No wahala sef, you cousin can have her as soon as she delivers my fourth child. Or cant you see she is pregnant? ![]() |
^^I can not fault many of the things you wrote. Fact is I agree with most of them apart from few I consider as exaggerations. But my take is that it is still too early to crown Tinubu or anyone as Yoruba leader. |
They should write a protest letter through their State Governors to NYSC Director. I want to know which of the southern states Governors will not support them. It is obvious that the Federal Government cannot guarantee the safety of these guys. Why put them at such risk? |

dayokanu:Politics is dynamics. How powerful was Tinubu in 1999 politically? Am not denying Tinubu's credit in putting forward Fashola in 2007. I have said that much in my earlier post. But this is 2011. Can you still say Fashola is nobody politically? Yes Tinubu helped Aregbe and Fayemi won their elections. But You cant rule Fasola's testimony in Lagos as being a plus to Amosun and Ajimobi's recent victories. |
dayokanu:I respect Tinubu's foresight and I for one thank him for insisting that Fashola was the right man for the job in 2007. I didn't support Fashola then cos i didn't like the way he was forced on the party. I supported Jimi Agbaje. But today am glad Fashola won, and It is also the reason i didn't so criticize the lack of proper primaries in ACN during the last election. I am also glad Tinubu fought PDP out of SW. I am not denying him his due credit. It is the reason I also said he is the leading contender. But to me, he is yet to emerge as the True Yoruba leader. He still has a long way to go, to be a Yoruba leader is more than just winning elections. Let's compare notes in 2005 or 2009. Too early to anoint him as the Yoruba leader IMO. Katsumoto:You example holds true until the world come to identify a particular lieutenant as the brain box behind apple. And if he should move out of Apple and start his own company, you guess is as good as mine as to what will happen to many of the Apple customers that know him and his new company. For instance if there is a free and fair election for a SW Premier today btw Fashola and Tinubu. Can you bet on Tinubu wining Fashola ? |
^I guess they have come to realize that the Commander in Chief of the Armed forces and all the Nigerian security forces can not save them from the wrath of Boko Haram. I see no reason why any Youth copper from the South should accept to serve in any of the Northern Boko haram infested states. And about time the Southern Governors put a stop to it too, because it is obvious that our C-in-C and security forces cannot guaranty the safety of these people. |
IMO, a True Yoruba leader is yet to emerge. Definitely not Fasoranti or HID Awolowo. Tinubu, though the leading contender at the moment still doesnt command the respect and followership of majority of Yorubas IMO, ACN success in the SW in the last election has more of Fasola factors on it than Tinubu leadership. |

The fear of boko haram is the beginning of executives apologies. |
Yuguda and Goje apologise to Boko Haram The Bauchi State governor and the former Gombe State governor react to statements by the radical Islamic sect that it would hunt them down Governor Isa Yuguda of Bauchi State and Senator Danjuma Goje from Gombe State have publicly appologised to radical Islamic sect, Boko Haram, for any rights violations suffered during the military crackdown on its leaders in 2009. "I apologise to the members of Jama'atu Ahlussunnah lidda'awati wal Jihad for perceived injustices caused them as they have the full rights to be protected by the law," Yuguda said in a statement on Saturday."I hope this will further the healing of the trauma on Jama'atu Ahlussunnah, and open the door to meaningful dialogue that will end hostilities and usher peace for which the religion of Islam is all about." Goje, the former governor of Gombe, said: "as a true Muslim, who believes in peace and brotherhood, I hereby tender my public apology to the organisation for any wrong done to it in the course of performing my duty as the then governor of Gombe State". Boko Haram, which also goes by the name Jama'atu Ahlussunnah lidda'awati wal Jihad, is based in Borno State, but has also been active in nearby Bauchi and Gombe. It has claimed responsibility for series of attacks on security operatives and politicians in the region. Yuguda and Goje were apparently responding to Boko Haram's demand for apologies as a precondition for dialogue with government. In a recent media report, Abu Zaid, the spokesman for Boko Haram, had said the sect would hunt down the governors of Borno, Bauchi and Gombe. "We would not relent in our efforts of searching for them until they come out publicly and apologize," he allegedly said. Governor Kashim Shettima of Borno State had already offered amnesty any member of the sect who renounces violence. However, Boko Haram has continued to demand for a wider application of Sharia Law in the north. http://dailytimes.com.ng/article/yuguda-and-goje-apologise-boko-haram |
They better leave the man alone and find solution to Boko haram problem. |
Good meetings. But we want actions please. |
