chaircover: This is really sad and I really feel for the poster.
I don't think this man loves you or ever did but somehow you missed the warning signs. You say that you supported and laboured for him so maybe he was kind of pushed into marriage & it wasn't from the bottom of his heart.
He has lost all respect for you and doesn't really care that you find out about his cheating. His not sleeping with you is another glaring sign that he wants out so maybe you should let him free; he may or may not come back but if you think about it, all you have now is a ring on your finger but no marriage.
Sit down and think about your choices, aspirations, future and of course your children and think of a way forward with or without him; that is entirely your decision to make. I pray that you are able to get through this. I agree with every other things in your post but the bold. There is nothing for her sit and think about. Her marriage has lost meaning and value from the start, and seems to be getting only worse. The OP should take a break, get out of her husband's house and look after herself and children. Whatever other consideration that will be made should come later. |

OP
Only you understand what you are going through in your marriage and only you can decide if ending it is the best choice.
For such a weighty matter, I will advice you inform/involve his and your family. |

I think your accusation is baseless.
To the best of my knowledge on this site, only 2 people can ban a user; the admin and the super-moderator, and iice is not one of the two. |
A new word, Shade-ism. I don't know why people get so worked up over nothing. So much self-esteem issues. Just love yourself. No one is better than you, eff them! Anyway, lots of pretty girls in the video, Shadeism or no shadeism. http://vimeo.com/16210769
Interesting video. Boils down to complex, IMO. I always agree with the notion that no one can make you feel inferior without your consent. |

OP
Most African men dont show their emotions openly and you will need to earn their trust to know many of the issues on their mind.
For instance, growing up as a young boy you are told not to cry out like girls and many of us have learnt how to talk less and bottle our emotions while growing up.
I rarely cry and when I do, definitely not in the presence of people. Only once as an I adult I openly wept, and that was when I lost my best friend unexpectedly. |
