Back to the matter: if u have a company named PDP nigeria ltd and some othere persons are impersonating your companys name, what will u do? Will u watch while the New company carries on business in your Old companies name?

No, I will not tolerate impersonation, but I will not take the laws into my hand, will rather let a competent court of law determine the case, I can even seek for damages for the impersonation.

But old PDP locking the new PDP's secretariat against court order is wrong and portends great danger for the future.

If it is very clear and obvious that the new party is impersonating the old one, then it should be an easy case to win except there is more to it than meet the eyes.
