Yes, it will always do better in the long run but how would you be paying your bills in that long run? That is why I mentioned common sense.

Even while you invest, it's a good idea to still have cash ready or access to cash to grab certain opportunities when they come.

I recently bought a really cheap property at distress sale. Two plots of land with uncompleted building on it. I almost lost out on the deal even with my ready cash. Imagine if I didn't have cash or waiting to liquidate an investment?

I will be building an olosho/ashawo joint there(heard the girls pay as high as 5k per day for a room) where people can come relax, drink and carry olosho. This is why I have been spending more time reading posts in the bear palour olosho thread. Just to understand my would be customers.
There are other business you can do not setting up a brothel

Romance / Re: Abuja Is The Sex Capital Of Nigeria by OBelz(f): 4:30am On Jun 09, 2021
Yes, Abuja and some other cities are the capital of prostitute in Nigeria, it can be lucrative, that is why it goes on.

The top performers can earn in the region of $400 a night, depending on Location.

It is a short term career. I know several women who were doing questionable paid activities, strippers, pole dancer, masseuse (untrained and topless) etc. to pay their way through school or meet a debt they owe. They earn in the region of $60 00 to $12000 a year. I don't really ask them what they did: I know it involved sex and payment and certainly not drugs, but it isn't the sort of thing you ask.

They all went on to have respectable careers, though one is more reticent about working in a bank than being a former sex worker.

What I would say is none of them are proud of what they did and wouldn't recommend the life, and are now on the conservative side of dress and sexual matters and happily married.

On the other hand they aren't angst ridden about it: it was "something they did" at a different time.

Earning money through sex isn't viewed as respectable and there are more fulfilling ways to earn a living.

I don't even think the majority of women work the streets in the first world, it is pre- arranged appointments by phone, through an "agency". There is always the risk of assault and disease.

I think in the end it is about how badly they need the money.

Some prostitutes aren't, if they're doing it for drug money or being forced into it. But assuming we're talking about escorts who choose to do the job they're doing, it's a combination of factors, economic and social, and the reasons vary from country to country, but here are some of the reasons:

1: They're self-employed.
Prostitutes don't have a regular job with a salary, which means they don't have a reliable income. They're not guaranteed to have appointments whenever they want them, and the overhead on an appointment can be pretty sizeable - it's the same reason plumbers and mechanics and personal trainers are expensive, because you're not just paying them for one hour of time. They also have other costs - most escort services take a cut of what you bring in, and many escorts have security arrangements in place to reduce the risk of something happening to them.

2: Their work can be dangerous.
Higher class escorts generally take steps to make sure that there's a papertrail linking them to their punter, and more importantly that their punter knows this, but when you meet a stranger for sex there is always some degree of risk - and risky professions cost more.

3: Their work can be illegal.
In many countries, prostitution is illegal, which carries associated risks. It may also be necessary for escorts to "grease the wheels" in order to keep operating. In countries where it isn't illegal, they have to pay taxes on their earnings, which means having an accountant.

4: They often retire early.
Like athletes and dancers, escorts generally retire much earlier than a lot of other professions - and unlike athletes and dancers, they don't have something nice and explainable to put on their CV for the gap. It's important for them to build up savings to provide them some security while they look to reskill.

5: They charge what the market will bear.
Expensive escorts charge a lot of money because people are willing to pay a lot of money. Since in many places it's illegal, the market isn't well regulated, so it's at the whim of the market forces - if people keep paying a lot, escorts will keep charging a lot.

It's a blessing in disguise. Let him go.

When you marry a man, you're also marrying his family. Don't think that you only have to deal with him - you will have to deal with his mom too.

And you may be fine with catering to his financial needs now but it's not sustainable. It will build resentment, especially when children join the mix.

Come to think about it, I wonder if he's taking advantage of you because you're providing for him financially.

My view of the current crypto pump:
-If you have recovered your losses cut your holdings to some stable coin to prevent Crying in the following corrections
-if you made handsome gain in the pump, take profit before others do so to your detriment
