My experience has been bliss and still is.... Love knows no age difference..... If you're an adult and found love in a more mature woman and she's all you desire why say no..... Besides peer pressure which to me is bare minimum...nothing will stop me from sticking with her.... I'm 30+ she's 48+

Some business lessons I learnt from building a house:

-Assemble the right team.

-Fire faster than you hire. If he doesn't fit in, let him go immediately. A trial is enough.

-Roll up your sleeves and enter the market. Know the prices or better still, buy the materials yourself.

-Be there. Monitor it yourself. It is difficult for people to reproduce exactly your idea or thoughts if you are not there to direct and supervise.

-Use the best quality in the market.

-Don't drag a bad work. Kill it at the early stages. If it is not good, stop it immediately.

- Pay them impromptu visit to ensure they are adhering to the signed agreement e.g the number of persons to live in the house

-Don't drag with your tenants for rent. Kill it at the early stages, If they are not a good rent paying tenants, stop it immediately.
