Anyone who has lived in Lagos for the last 30 years will not deny the contribution Tinubu made to it's development.

I have noticed that it's mostly people in the south east that tend to have deep-seated animosity and jealousy towards Lagos State instead of using the time to tackle the problems of the south east.

In Lagos you can buy petrol at the official rate of N165 on a good day but in the south east a petrol station will sell petrol to you at N220 and still they will under-dispense petrol to use because they have adjusted their pumps.

Most of the tertiary schools in the south east are rubbish and award their certificates on cash-and-carry basis to the highest bidder.

The roads are littered with policemen and touts harassing motorists and traders for money...everything in that region is about extortion of citizens.

Since they learnt about kidnapping for ransom in the south east they have taken it to a new level even more that the Niger delta militants who started it in Nigeria

Mr man you need to first worry about how to 'pack the shit in your backyard' instead of giving yourself High BP because Tinubu is contesting to become president of Nigeria!

You should be more concerened about the havoc the sit-at-home is wreaking on the economy of the south east instead of concerning yourself with the affairs of Lagos State.

Concern yourself with the poor state of the Enugu-Onitsha and Enugu-Port Harcourt Express ways inspite of the fact that contract fpr construction of those roads have been awarded and cash disbursed 10 times over!

Concern yourself with the fact that some businesses are relocating form the unfriendly business atmosphere in the south east and no businessman wants to site new a factory in that region!

Concern yourself with the fact that the south east has the lowest number of registered voters of any region in Nigeria and this is one of the reasons why it cannot demand the presidency from the PDP which it has blindly supported for over 16 years!

I could go on but I need to go and run my business; I'm in Lagos where there is freedom to run my business not the south east where able bodied people are forced to stay at home on a Monday the busiest day of the week!

Go to Garriki, Topland and Awkunanaw in Enugu state and see flood during rainy season; go to Obinagu in Awka, Anambra State and see flood ruring rainy season, go to Wetheral Road in Owerri and see flood during raining season.

Go to Ado-Ekiti, Nasarawain Nasarawa State, Farin-Gada in Jos, Plateau State, Aba Road in Port Harcourt, some parts in Yola, Adamawa State, Ota and Sagamu in Ogun State etc they all have their share of floods during rainy season!

I'm in need of up to 5M(or even less) - 10M but it's like it's never possible. I know most businessmen of today kickstarted with loans from banks. I run 3 savings acct with some top Nigerian banks(First, GTB, UBA) and i don't even know which of them to contact for such(even though i run zero accts but mostly move huge money especially with First and GTB) or if there are microfinance that can rather help. I don't have any meaningful property that can be used as collateral but the business(es) i'm trying to setup can be then rather used.

If you had any experience then you should know that when your putting tiles in a bungalow that previously had ordinary flooring then the old flooring has to be completely striped off.

The sitting room alone which is quite large consumed about a quarter of a tipper load of sharp sand and almost 12 bags of cement.

The tiles at the time cost N2,150 per square meter (One square meter of 60 by 60 tile is about 2 full pieces and 1/4)

Please go and find out the price of roofing sheets, bags of nails, facing board etc before you come here to expose your ignorance even though you claim to be a builder but it's very clear to me that your just doing marketing for the actual builders meanwhile you do not have a firm understanding of what your marketing.
