You can check out Thomas Newman's score in a recent film like "The Adjustment Bureau" and the upcoming films like "The Debt" and "The Help".

But If I were a filmmaker, I'll have a touch of Christopher Nolan, Quentin Tarantino (BLOOD) [size=3pt]just kidding[/size]    and Hans Zimmer or Thomas Newman's musical scores.

I wonder why Thomas Newman hasn't won an Academy (Oscar) Award yet.

FAST FIVE has made $525.6 million worldwide so far. Impressive.

Another Cannes film festival ends and still the Nigerian film industry has nothing to offer. It's just a pity.

Your film has to be released in the U.S. in order to get an Oscar or a Golden Globe nomination.

The 2011 Cannes Palme d'Or winner THE TREE OF LIFE is now showing at limited theaters in the U.S. It gets a wide release on July 8 2011.

RIO (2011) Some of the songs in this movie were pretty cool and I also liked the carnival scene. Not a bad movie anyway.

I need to watch 'Apocalypse Now', 'The Thin Red Line' and 'Platoon' again. It's been a long time since I saw them.

TERMINATOR 3: RISE OF THE MACHINES SUCKED BIG TIME.

The role is yet to be confirmed but I'm hoping she gets it at the end of the day.

FEAR OF THE BLACK HAT (1994) This mockumentary was funnier than CB4 (1993).

Terminator 2: Judgment Day is still the best in the Terminator series. The T-1000 character (played by Robert Patrick) scared the hell out of me when I was a kid.

Vieira is talking about Star Trek 2: The Wrath of Khan (1982). It's not bad.

Resident Evil (2002) is still the best in its film franchise. The animated Resident Evil: Degeneration is another good one.

The only film I'm sure will be out next week in the U.K. is X-MEN: FIRST CLASS on June 1 2011.

Transformers 3 should be around ending of June.

Yeah! Very rare. But X-Men 2, Spider-Man 2 and Terminator 2 were much better than their first. The follow-ups were disappointing.
