SeunWedsLinda: Good morning nairalanders. I'm sharing this here because I feel restless with this urgent need to end my relationship. I'll make the story as short as possible.
I started dating my girlfriend this time 2 years ago. The experience hasn't been bad because she's all I could wish for in a woman. Very pretty both facially and in physique. Respectful. Been there for me during my down times. Encourages me when things don't go my way. At some point, I thought she was gonna leave because of my financial state but no. She still stuck by me. Even helping me financially to bring me up to my feet.
However. Despite every attempts at steadying my financial imbalance, there was never any progress. We went for a crusade mid last year and the prophet called her out, was praying for her and she was falling under anointing. She was oblivious of what was happening then the man of God delivered a big prophesy that shocked me. He said she is possessed by a spirit which is out to ruin every man she's had something to do with in the past. That a lot of men have been destroyed. My heart raced faster and I couldn't figure out what to do at that point. When she finally got herself, she cleaned up and went home. Came to my house the following morning and asked me what happened. I told her everything the prophet said and she begged me not to leave her. Of course I didn't leave her. We still continued with the relationship. Don't blame me here guys. My belief was that no man or woman has the power to influence what happens to you. That success or financial breakthrough is the end product of hardwork and perseverance. That was why I took that prophesy with a pinch of salt.
Our lives continued. I kept encountering frustrations in my live goals and ambitions. Depts hanging round my neck with no hope in sight. Rents expiring with no plan for renewal. To the point that I had to borrow to feed. These were much that I decided to go see another prophet yesterday. This prophet is different from the first one that hosted a crusade we went for. I decided to go alone this time around and it's located in a different state. In the course of the ministration. The prophet called me out. He told me I should limit things I say to THAT GIRL (my girlfriend). He mentioned to me that my girlfriend is good and it's not her fault. That she is possessed by a spirit that is out to ruin. Responsible for restricting any favor that looks like it's coming my way. Every thing he told me was in tandem with my real life experiences. He prayed for me afterwards and I still went further to meet him. I needed some clarity on whether or not to continue with my relationship. He didn't urge that I breakup. But he advised I should just leave her and focus on my hustle. My girlfriend has been calling me since yesterday but I've not been picking. I'm confused guys. I know I will eventually pick and talk to her but how do I breakup? Where do I start from? I don't want to tell her what the prophet said about her. My mind is mess rn. Please advice me guys

But all the prophets u have met non was ready to help the poor girl.. They were just after you being careful... And you say they are prophets right?.. Okay it's well.. I rest my case

Before I knew it she started crying that she was sorry I should please forgive her I should give her a second chance that she would never misuse it I should please that's its not her fault that its the people she dated before meeting me that damaged her, then I told her if I'm to act by the way ladies have treated me before I met you I won't pamper you. At the end of the day I forgived her I didn't want her to feel I'm so easy to talk to and can be manipulated I gave her though time since she said she wants us back, I stopped caring for her like I used to although it took me time and discipline and commitment not to act on her demand because I'm a kind of person that doesn't know how to ignore peoples want mostly the people I love. To cut the whole story short, I ignore all her request ignore her monetary needs and gave her back a pinch of her own medicine although I decide to do that for a month to see her reaction not until yesterday when I spied her phone from my phone I hacked her WhatsApp and came across the chat of how her course mate gave her number to a guy and was telling her how caring the guy was and they started talking Infact she had become so comfortable with the guy to the point they are already talking of how to meet each other but during their chat she kept mentioning that her boyfriend does this for her and does this to her and my gf that has never told me of how me and her will come together to put money together to go on a date is already organizing that with the guy. The shit is getting sweet because I'm waiting for them to pick a venue they would go, then i will be there before them, then I would go and sit down there and wait for them I won't disrupt them or disturb them I would just make her see me then I move. I'm the only one that has been doing all the calls and checking up but she has never for once flashed, even when she misses my calls she will never call back. So I recently came back after I travelled cos I'm on my annual leave, I called her and told her I'll like to see her, she said she isn't always chanced but obliged to see me after she closes from work by 6pm then she'll drop by a certain rendezvous we agreed on. So by 5:30pm I got myself well dressed went to the ATM withdrew some cash, and waited for her but she closed from work and went directly back home without calling me, I waited till 7pm and since I didn't see her calls, I now called thrice, she wasn't answering, then I later called the fourth time and she picked the call and started blasting me with words like "why am I disturbing her life? am i that jobless? go find a job and all those profane words" I now asked her where she is and she responded that where she is it's not important to me" I should stop disturbing her life and go get something useful to engage in. Mehn after she insulted and embarrassed me on phone I just kukuma ended the call and went back home. I'm suspecting she's a lesbian. Honestly I'm so ashamed of myself, it's not easy coping with rejection or insults from female folks
