if you wish to use the listed items above, get yourself an external charger to charge the battery when there is nepa light or gen.

one charging with gen, the load might be too much for the gen so you want to be sure your gen is big enough to carry the charger

1hp =745.7watts i.e not up to kw
Therefore the kva of inverter am supposed to use is 1 or 1.5kva
now I Google something and it's telling me that 250w solar panel produce 30kwh so I thought 1pc of 250w panel will be ok for 1hp pump ONLY.
PLS make I understand the maths

Lol, Google will always tell you want you want to hear.
However I am telling you what you need to know to make your system work effectively.

On the 250w panel, I have not really sat Down to calculate its output in "kWh" before, but I will take note of it.

Irrespective of the wattage of the 1hp pumping machine, there is what is called "surge current". It is the amount of current the pump will draw when it starts, before gradually returning to it normal operations current.

If you decide to go for a 1kva or 1.5kva system, you would not have enough allowance/tolerance to accumulate for the induction current of your pumping machine.

Your budget is quite small,putting to consideration the cost of solar panels.

if I am to be malleable to your budget, I would advice you buy 2pcs 250w panel, 100amps battery, an mppt controller would be best(but your budget would cover for pwm) then inverter.

Other Snr men let them shook mouth as well.
I would like a different opinion anyway.

you would need 2.5kva inverter, 2pcs 200A battery, 4pcs 250w solar panel, 6ll, 0a charge controller. etc

however, the cost can be reduced if you opt in for a smaller pumping machine.
