1. What does it mean for a company to be incorporated??
2. I want to register a company that would be for service provision,supplies and general contracting(I mean getting and executing contracts) under what should I register ( LTD,PLC or INC, what is the difference)

3. What does share capital mean

4. Is it compulsory for me to have a share capital before I can register a company.

5. Please what are the benefits and also the liabilities that comes with registering a company

I made some comparison between LCD and plasma,i found out that plasma TVs develop some issues that are very crazy and finally decide to go for a 32" LCD from samsung,sony or LG between 55k and 62k.

Corp members from the south should remain in the south,they should serve in the south and the ones from the north should stay there,
