Some fools are already crying here,Ife central. AREGBE ride on. |
ujoinme: Wild jubilation at Ife Central.-photos by premium times newsGet it right. That is a ward in Ife central and not the whole of Ife central. The woman at the first picture even made me laugh more with her mouth wide open. Her tooth is a fundamental case too. Anyway, AREGBE ride on. |
banky222: omisore in early leadPlease find something concrete to write about. I pity you. AREGBE ride on. |
soladnet14: Why are you disturbing urself over these arrest tins, are u in Osun in 2011 when ACN drove all PDP members away; that was why Osun was the only State APC won. The only thing that unite our politicians is CORRUPTION and thats what is happening now. Survival of the fittest.Stop saying rubbish. Where did APC chased PDP in 2011 during the presidential election in the state of Osun? You just want to cover the fact that people voted massively for Ribadu. In fact it was very peaceful. |
Taiwoaremu: puff puff bieng shared to electorate to vote for apc in my polling unit.....reporting frm iwoArrant nonsense. PDP are also distributing money and puff puff for the voters in order to vote for them. My brother received #4000 with 2bowl of rice but didn't vote for PDP. AREGBE ride on. |
Herodion: Which workers did he pay upfront? Didn't he owe them salaries? or what are you talking about? It is because GEJ is holding up the state's allocations. But yet Aregbe is still not owning them salaries. Workers are receiving 13months salary and not 12. Truth be told. |
If you come to the state of Osun and hear PDP propaganda, you will cry to God to deliver us from these PDP propaganda and their politics playing GEJ. Considering what is on ground before Aregbe came into office and after he came into office. You just wonder that did(PDP) they have heart? Are they human? Are they blind? Are they deaf? Are the paralysed? Are they mentally challenged?....... So many questions will just pop up minds. What Aregbe is doing in Osun state is very very commendable. He has transformed the state from village into modern city. If PDP are blind, they are not deaf, and even if they are deaf, they are not paralysed to go on an excursion to where Aregbe has completed his projects and where he hasn't. If they visit those projects and still complain, then i think they are mentally challenged for real. When they(PDP) are in government in the state, what have they done? What development have we witnessed in the state? All they do was to share the state's allocations. No tangible development. And someone say we should not vote for Aregbe. Aregbe shall be the governor elect for another 4years by the grace of God. AMEN In fact,i am not voting for APC but i am voting for Mr. Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola. I'm not interested in party but the candidates they presented. He change the name of the state from Osun State to State of Osun because the people Osun West(Ife/Ijesha) Senatorial District are clamouring for the creation of a Federal State. I AM SUPPORTING HIM BECAUSE HE IS THE BEST THING TO HAVE EVER HAPPEN TO THE STATE OF OSUN.PEACE OUT TO EVERYBODY. |
GEJ GEJ GEJ!!! He has been playing politics with the allocations of the State of Osun since he is afraid Aregbe will win. GEJ may deny this but let him come out and tell us the reason he is not paying State of Osun's allocations for the past 3 months. The PDP in Osun knows about this too. Because they are saying where is Aregbe getting all the money he paying all the workers despite the fact that State's allocations are not yet been paid. By this time tomorrow by the grace of God,the people of Osun shall be jubilating that the people's governor Aregbe has been elected with a landslide victory. AMEN |
isi4: I taught some niggas said both the DSS, Police and others are working for PDPYes they are working for PDP. Yesterday, after DSS arrested two INEC officials trying to smuggle already casted ballot boxes of about 100 of which all were PDP. The DSS director at Osogbo first admitted that they did arrest two INEC officials and later said it was a lie even when reporters have already broadcasted it on radios and televisions. |
myspnigeria: Maybe u intentionally left this out. Just maybe ====>>>>> One of Aregbe's numerous new schools in Atakumosa west...Why r d students on d floorYour propanganda will be irrelevant. Those students sitting on the floor are those that do not have chairs to sit on. Incase you don't know, during examinations in schools, there will be no sharing of chair by students. |
dotman19: If Ogbeni Aregbesola wants to convince me toAre you from the State of Osun.? |
Researchers have published a study that shows college students combining caffeinated drinks with booze don’t realize how intoxicated they really are. In a study published in the Journal of Adolescent Health, researchers at the Institute for Social Research at the University of Michigan have concluded that mixing alcohol and energy drinks poses a serious public health risk, especially among college students. "We found that college students tended to drink more heavily, become more intoxicated, and have more negative drinking consequences on days they used both energy drinks and alcohol, compared to days they only used alcohol," said Megan Patrick, a research assistant professor and co- author of the study. According to the study, students who either drank alcohol and energy drinks on the same day or who combined the two at the same time wound up spending more time drinking – thus consuming more alcohol – than they would have without the caffeinated drinks. The result of spending more hours drinking raised users' blood alcohol levels to higher peaks. But because of the stimulant effects of the energy drinks, the users reported that they felt less drunk than they actually were. "This can have serious potential health impacts, for example if people don't realize how intoxicated they actually are and decide to drive home," Patrick said. But a similar study conducted by the Department of Community Health at the Boston University School of Public Health found that it wasn’t necessarily the combination of alcohol and caffeine that posed a risk, but the profile of the drinkers themselves that led to negative consequences. "It appears that the consumption of caffeinated alcoholic beverages has a direct effect on increasing risk by masking intoxication and making it easier for youth to consume more alcohol,” said Dr. Michael Siegel, one of the authors of the Boston University’s study. “It also appears that consumption of alcohol with caffeine may itself be a marker for youth who engage in riskier behavior.” |
slap1: T. A Orji wins hands down. That hediot...sometimes I forget he's still alive. Is T.A Orji that bad? I hope he is seeing this and improve/change and step up as soon as possible. I like your post. You make my day. A post on this thread also read thus, "the air breathe-in and out in Abia State;goats;fowls; and even lizards can testify to the fact that T.A Orji is the worst of all the current governors in 2013". I like this post too. |
I have never laugh like this on Nairaland before, not even once. All the people beside me at my workplace are looking at me as if i won a bet. How i wish all these non-performing governors listed on the thread are seeing this. Honestly,in this era of life not all people are pious but i think all southern governors perform better than their northern counterparts. |

A woman’s breasts are truly a symbol of her beauty and femininity. However, there are many natural and unnatural progressions of life that can lead to sagging breasts. Things like ageing, smoking, pregnancy, and excessive exercise can steal away an important part of your beauty and look. While you cannot battle against the natural causes, you can prevent excessive and premature breast sagging with the following tips: #1. Wear a proper fitting bra No other part of your body is as affected by gravity as your breasts. One of the most common reasons for sagging breasts is an ill-fitted bra. It is very crucial to pick a correct size bra, as it keeps the breast in shape and enhances your overall appearance. While trying on a bra, make sure that your breasts are not bouncy or spilling out. When the straps become lose, either tighten them or replace the brassiere. If you are not aware about your proper bra size, consult a professional and have your size properly measured. #2. Massage To keep your curvy bosoms in shape, apply some moisturiser daily. It will keep the skin supple and help your breasts retain their elasticity. Also, gently massage your breasts in a circular motion from upside down and vice versa. Do this for at least 10 minutes every day. This would help to increase blood circulation in the tissues, and would help in increasing the elasticity of your breasts. You can use aloe vera gel, almond oil, or any other vegetable oil for the massage #3. Healthy Diet A healthy diet is very essential to your attempts to avoid breast sagging. Your body needs balanced diet to build healthy cells, including the new breast tissues. Vitamins are very important for your body. Vitamin E and D are very important for healthy skin. Along with this, include Omega-3 fatty acids in your diet to reduce risks of breast cancer. Add a lot of green leafy vegetables, carrots, fishes, nuts, tomatoes, and whole grains, etc. in your diet. #4. Steady weight Maintain a stable weight by exercising regularly and eating a balanced diet. Weight fluctuations such as gaining and losing weight regularly can result in stretching out the skin tissues. This can affect the elasticity of the breasts. Always stick to your recommended weight to avoid sagging of your breasts along with many other health problems. Fluctuations in body weight can increase the tension on the connective tissues in the breasts. #5. Excessive exercise Anything in excess is bad, and so is excessive exercising. Running in particular can take a toll on the elasticity of your breasts. Women with larger size should be extra careful while exercising. The weight of larger breasts can cause harm to ligaments and connective tissues. So, avoid jogging for extended periods of time and always wear a supportive and a comfortable sports bra while exercising. Having said that, a correct fitness routine can help you to keep your breasts firm. Some pectoral workouts can help a lot, such as push-ups, chest presses, etc #6. Water intake Drink enough glasses of water every day to keep your body hydrated. Your skin tends to become wrinkled and saggy when it is dehydrated. So, keep your skin moist and hydrated to get rid of loose and saggy skin. Other than water, you can also rely on other liquids and citrus fruits to keep yourself hydrated. What else? Apart from these six there are many other ways to prevent sagging breast: Quit smoking and alcohol. Practice correct posture while sitting and standing. Get enough sleep. Replace your old bras on time. Always keep your breast skin moisturised. While, sagging breasts can leave you worried and less confident, these simple tips can help you get healthy and perfect breasts. http://www.bollywoodshaadis.com/article/lifestyle--health/health--fitness/6-proven-tips-to-avoid-breast-sagging |

Eze Promoe: [color=crimson]Can't you see how crude the report was presented.Bipi was democratically elected. So,if Amaechi were to re-shuffle his cabinet, that means he choose the people who he will be working with.Bipi is not necessary to be there but can he must be there when Amaechi brings the list to the Assembly. |
Rest In Peace to the deads. May God crush this boko haramers into extinction without an atom remaining. |
It is so good to know about these facts. But wait OoP,where did you get this? Or it is based on your assumptions? Thanks |
Oh my God!!! This must be a joke. How can he(Doyin) compare The Great Mandiba to President Jonathan? This dude must be high on alcohol like his boss for him to talk this rubbish.
