Just tell him that his problem can be spiritual that he should be prayerful and seek deliverance that does not negate God teachings.
If he is a Muslim, I recommend him to undergo RUKYAH(deliverance from any kind of evil) from a Sunni Muslim. No cost at all. I wish him good luck.

I concur with all what you posted.
That of teeth and glowing face is confirmed and correct because I have tried it. After applying it on my face, then after about one hour the pimples on my face will starts falling off as I wipe it with my hand. My face was so smooth then until I stopped it lately.
Now, I will be back into it as usual.
