Here is a man who was in prison in a foreign land for years
Here is a man who amidst the confinement still looks chubby and plump even while in PRISON
whereas low life Nigerians trying to survive who didn't steal up-to a pinch of what he stole are malnourished in Nigerian prisons, maltreated, dehumanized, starved, beaten and sentenced to long prison terms while some are lynched.
But here is a man who after all he did, came out looking pompous, well fed and well treated annd has the guts to pull up a media press release.

I can categorically and authoritatively tell everyone who cares to know that there wasn't ANY election in Ummuneochi LGA where I come from. Even my sister and some other people I know who were meant to work as Ad-hoc staff came back around 12:30pm to tell us there was no work because there was no election in thr places they were posted and when they left their places, people were there arguing and quarreling about results and other issues.

Needless to say, it was rigged all in favour of PDP. This is to compliment their bid to systematically right the 2019 governorship and National Assembly elections because the base of all elections is the LGA and their wards. if they succeed in maneuvering the LGA chairmen under their party, the wards would be a small clan to conquer. PDP n rigging are like 5&6 since 1999

BTW.... May any corrupt politician who have used our national funds mapped out for defence, building of hospitals, education, electricity and infrastructural development as well as payment of salary to enrich himself, his family and close allies die in a foreign land on his/her to spend the loot in terms of his medicals or enjoyment. May they not survive it to come back to Nigeria in one piece. May the hospitals they run to abroad fail them since they refused to give us and Nigerians in general a hospital as good or better than the ones they are rushing to go to for treatment even with our resources.

This new law gets kleg, Its very simple. Lets assume that election is conducted in Kwara state, we all know that APC and PDP are on ground and it is also known fact that other light weight political parties will participate in the election.

Now, if PDP sees that APC is gaining ground on election day, PDP might use thug to assassinate a light weight ACCORD party candidate, hence, the loser will go to court and claim that the election is null and void because ACCORD PARTY candidate died before the announcement of result.

This amendment will create another avenue for lawyers to chop more money and encourage political assassination.

U misunderstood the proposed amendment. Siting your example, if an accord party candidate died before election or announcement of result, Accord party will be given 14days to run a fresh primary within itself and INEC will continue the electoral process within 21days. The election will not be null and void simply because an Accord candidate died before announcement of result.


BTW: The clause 3(c) is a subtle way of bringing us back to the past. How could they make such amendment. this means the politicians can still rig the election like they have always done in the past. This clause downsized the importance of the card reader and hence makes it unimportant as well as creates room for the old method of rigging elections coming back. PLEASE REMOVE CLAUSE 3(c). It is against the progress of democracy and the positive usage of the card readers.

Obviously, GEJ is a pacesetter. He has set an example in PDP by publicly congratulating his victorious counterpart. This example was copied abroad by Hilary Clinton after the USA elections and back to home by Jegede. It seems PDP is beginning to have Morals after the heroic and peaceful exit of GEJ. This is nice for Nigeria's democracy.
