Joe50: still expensiveExpensive or not, their signal is fast and steady at my end Faster and steadier than AIRTEL's by far ![]() |
Goddex: Something told me the hypocrites ACN/CPC moderators were going to move this thread to front page even with no clear source.Mumu Diya,Yaradua,OBJ etal were roped into a concocted coup plot whilst Alams is a convicted felon who stole state funds but now recieves pardon aka amnesty courtesy of Ebele's conclave which let off white smoke through Aso Rock's chimney Ask Alams why he ran to Nigeria from the UK disguised as a woman? To prove it beyond doubt, let him go and test his newly acquired 'pardon' in UK where he's still a wanted felon |
As AIRTEL is slow and the network so erratic nowadays, does anyone know whether the GLO modems, routers and mini routers plans work on Andriods as I use my phone as a modem a lot? I don't want another subscribe to a BB plan but use in an Andriod part 2 drama which GLO put so many of us through last month Thanks N:B Note attached image

Goddex: Tinubu is by far a much bigger thief than Alams but isSenile Justification of 'shebi there that are bigger crooks are walking free' The same thing Okupe was doing this morning on Channels TV Is it the SW people that will go and arrest Tinubu? Why couldn't the FG nail him and every polticrook they charge to court through EFCC? Alams was convicted by a law court for embezzlement yet he's now a 'free' man Only in Nigeria As Pastor Tunde Bakare [the one true God bless you sir] said before ebele was sworn in; THE DESTINY OF GOODLUCK JONATHAN IS TO BANKRUPT NIGERIA In retrospect, he was so spot on. |
Joey82: “That is an action that has been taken by the National Council of States and I have no apology for that.” Mr. Jonathan said. “We must begin to respect and honour our institutions. I don’t need to defend the action that has been taken.”How is granting a treasury looter amnesty [another word for presidential pardon] not an aberration? ![]() Something for which you need to hide your head in shame for is now a given ![]() Who said anything about Alams been from Bayelsa or not? No far from it, he's a thief of state resources, whether repentant or not Buhari wept sometimes in April 2011 Now we Nigerians wail in March 2013 |
Afam4evaIsASlut: You monkeys will die swinging from the tree of ignorance ....Buhari , OBJ, IBB , Abubakar were not there Only Gowon and Shagari |
ITbomb: People need to understand that it is not the FG as per Executive arm of government that single handedly gave the pardon .Buhari , OBJ, IBB , Abubakar were not there Only Gowon and Shagari |
ckkris: NA means Nigerian ArmyPhuck you bit@h Na ya pap dem go hold for treason Where did I ask for the Army to take over bit@h? Are you not aware that Nigeria is in a me$$ today because of them? Read my post and comprehend you dumb government hack |
Billyonaire: State Pardon, just like Political Amnesty are political panacea. I understand that many people will be focusing on Alameseigha more than other beneficiaries, so I will like to ask. Was Alams the most corrupt Governor then ? Why was his case different ? I think his arrest and conviction was politically motivated by OBJ to send a message to his opponents, OBJ was also doing same to Mike Adenuga, (although Mike ran away to UK, to avoid arrest), OBJ was arresting these guys to send a message to IBB, Atiku etc. Alams from that experience was inspired to derive a political philosophy which he carefully opines: "There are only two entities you can not fight, God and Government" and I agree. This state pardon, just like the amnesty programme, is a worthy step.Justifying the unjustifiable Senile Foolishness at its best ![]() The same attitude of Doyin Okupe earlier on Channels TV this morning Chasing shadows and leaving the substance Steal all you like knowing one day a lootocrat like Ebele will arise to pardon your sins forgetting that a government is only as safe as the people it oversees keep the peace TUNDE BAKARE, THE ALMIGHTY GOD BLESS YOU SIR When you spoke earlier, it seemed like sour grapes from losing the election but it is clearer than daylight that, THE DESTINY OF EBELE JONATHAN IS TO BANKRUPT NIGERIA |
nagoma: So if a Senator has not achieved , it would be okay for Jona not to have capacity? You can tolerate a clueless senator but not a clueless senate However, having a clueless president, is a time bomb of destruction Gbawe.:Fact is Ebele would NEVER BE ELECTED INTO SUCH A SENSITIVE OFFICE in any serious nation. ![]() |
Unknown Member: FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A WHILE, PRESIDENT JONATHAN HAS LET ME DOWN....Just the first time in a while? ![]() I pray the NA has the ball$ to take the needful and necessary action N:B NA stands for National Assembly not Nigerian Army |
LASG pointed this out some time back that FERMA and the Ministry of Transport are playing politics with this bridge Even channels TV did a report that the repairs done where mainly cosmetic Nigeria and her decrepit infrastructure ![]() Recall that the FG through the minister over ruled the LASG when they wanted to shut down the bridge for repairs last year The simple solution is for the FG to outsource the bridge's management to the LASG barring which you call upon whatever you believe in before& during the time you pass through the bridge |
jeron1: Politics is politics... All what's Jonathan is trying to do is gettin support for his ambitions come 2015... He is trying to win the heart of few over many just for his return to Aso rockPolitics has implications, local and global, especially international implications Alams was convicted for stealing state funds while the rest where convicted for planning a phantom coup, let's not forget that I've known Ebele was clueless and corrupt, but this move is befuddling I hope Ibori will be apologised to ,get a state pardon and his loot returned when he finishes his time in gaol Welcome to Nigeria, where all you need to live the life of a rock star is be a government official |
Anenih aka Mr Fix It, Oyerinde mess dey smell for ya yansh! Federal AG investigating a local state murder As Abami Eda talk, GOVERNMENT MAGIC! |
Dis Guy: Only students who have attended that specific university/ resided in that Hall/town will be able to answer specific questions about their facilities, generally the prices are around the same really, +/- £350Thanks Dis Guy for your insight Its best one gets as many answers as possible to his questions because by the time Sept 2013 intendees swarm Nairaland, it will be harder getting swift replies And the more insights one can get, the better it helps to crystallize one's knowledge regarding eventual decisions I can afford even as high as 5,000 quid a year but for me, it about how much you can save while still getting quality seeing after graduation , one will still need money TOMES OF IT! And your Nigerian folks are looking toward you to 'deliver' financially ![]() No need to be a money miss road especially in the UK clamping down on immigration Going by your input, 350 quid a month points to 4200 quid a year, ain't that steep for decent budget housing? Though I believe price bands will have more of a regional rather than a national connotation e.g. London area housing will be much more expensive than the North East housing As I said earlier, thanks |

rafhell: THAT ASS NA HER ONLY ASSET. MAKE SHE DEY BROADCAST AM DEY GONah Not Omotola, Tonto D maybe but not Omo T who's one of Naija's finest of all time time And what's wrong with having her kind of figure especially after 4 children? ![]() If many men's wives a$$ speaks like Omo T's does after only 2 children, they 'll have a hard on for the rest of their lives ![]() |
Seun: What about milk? I've found that taking some drugs with milk seems to eliminate the bitter aftertaste. Milk is not acidic, so I guess it should be ok.Just what I wanted to post too Any insights from others about this? |
Good one Oga Fash Hope the loud mouthed Ibos will not make it a cesspit again But Gov Fash, no forget Ipaja and its environs O! Let a touch of governance reach 'em too. |
^^^^^^^^ I know about the size limit thing and my images are below 200kb (which ,if I recall is NL's max limit) Will try again when I get back to my PC Also please, forget not to comment on my question above i.e. what is the ideal price for a 50 week housing contract. Thanks to you and others for the replies. |
sweet-tease:We'll all grow old We'll all die someday too Too bad Kimmy doesn't understand this |
WTF Are you her husband Mr Novia? Did her husband complain to you? Bloody busybody Bring ya own wife picshure make we see and compare Even on a smartphone, all I see about Omotola is a$$ and a shapely figure A great a$$ at that. |
ochukoccna: I have a TECNO T8 phone which is unresponsive to touch,I can only receive incoming calls &read texts because of its physical buttons&volume control but not previous messagesI still dey wait answer O! Una thank you |
Whoa! Didn’t know I'd get this many replies so soon, thank you to all who've taken out time to reply Knowing Nigerians and our penchant for tardy/non-existent planning, I hope the information here is of benefit to those who just come here to sniff mostly for insights @ thread especially to those who've lived /are living in UK, how much is too much for accommodation? Attached are a North East Uni's accommodation offers [in 3 different halls] Going by my online research , I've discovered one [to which I'm currently leaning] which is privately owned costing about £3,000.00 for a 50 week contract (£3,250.00 for en suite) which has the facilities listed in the last image...is it commensurate to the facilities been offered? Non the less, research continues in case something better and more affordable can pop up even before I hit Heathrow @ mod, is it that images are not attachable in the travel section? I've been at it for about 5 times now yet no dice ![]() |
Stories like this reinforce the FACT that dying for Nigeria ,as she is presently, IS A WASTE OF YOUR ESSENCE AND BEING Remember GANI FAWEHINMI Forget not SAM OKPARAJI(Hope I spelt it right) |
I've always seen UK bound students on NL sometimes been advised NOT to take up university provided accommodation Why is this so seeing ,next to your studies, decent accommodation is about the most important choice to make Is it that they are more expensive and its cheaper to mash out your own accommodation? More stifling, seeing the student signs 'unbreakable' 40/50 week contracts and lives under university supervision? I would think there are more secure and include all bills unlike most privately rented ones but because some of us are already studying /graduated from UK schools, let us share from your insights Thanks |
Despite tbe ICC rap sheet against Uhuru, seems Kenyans have made their choice For AmeriKKKa to have congratulated Uhuru who ICC is chasing means Odinga should go sit down for he MAY NEVER BE Kenya's president in future |
In Nigeria it might be, outside Nigeria especially the West, the answer is NO RuuDie: I think people just generally miss the point. . .there is no such thing as "online dating" or "dating online". The purpose of this sites is to create a platform through which people can meet. The real or actual dating is in the physical, in the real world, outside cyberspace not in it!Great reply RuuDie |
50calibre: I knew its closure wasn't going to last, fashola being a man with common sense knows the revenue that market generates. The pervasive but delinquent Igbotic mindset that I can behave anyhow I deem fit with no recourse to decorum provided I've money Online ethnic warriors never seem to amaze one ![]() |
RIP mama luluosas |
FunmyKemmy: @ ochukoccnaI saw 2 LG models (with screens larger than Samsung's budget phones) under 20k at SLOT in Lagos but bought a Galaxy pocket DUOS seeing I already own an LG high end model Like I said, let your sister put the 20 Gs in her pocket and hit a phone dealer's shop and make her choice from a reputable brand If she can burrow your phone to check out the specs of what she's offered online before she makrs the purchase, that's even better PLEASE DON'T BUY TECNO Its cheaper but with time you'd be glad you didn't They also lack a great resale value The Chinese are trying but reputable Chinese brands like ZTE,Huawei budget phones are yet to flood Nigeria's market |
