manny4life: This is what "cutting corners" gets Dana Airlines. The Insurance Carrier should launch an investigation, should they find serious negligence and deficit on their part, they should not pay. In addition, I hope Dana Air understand that this ICAO Compensation does not exempt them from both criminal and civil lawsuits. Hopefully, by the time they're left hanging, they'll go bankrupt and shut down.
