There's this Yoruba man we do business with...in my land, very sensitive about our dealings. He trust us to the point he can pay completely and expect his goods intact.
Any time he kinda disappoint, we even find a reason for him without any explanation from him.

I was having issue and mine was becoming severe..... I started relieving myself from worrying about issues of life and being happy. I don't even know when it stopped. Sometimes, when it wants to skip, I breathe it down.... I checked my BP then regularly too.
