IF ARRESTED BY POLICE ?

Read this :

YOU MAY NEED THIS SOMEDAY...

So I decided to share this because I realized there are many people out there that need it, so I implore you to kindly see it to the end and I promise you that it would be worth your time.
Earlier yesterday (15/06/17) while returning from somewhere I was stopped by a Police officer probably because I was having a backpack with me.

So the dude stopped me and demanded to see what's in the bag, I showed it to him and he found a laptop there. I don't know maybe that gave him the impression that I'm a yahoo boy or something but after several attempts to power the PC and it's not coming up so I told him the battery was down.

Then he asked for my ID Card, which I showed him, then he requested for my phone. Now I know some of you are gonna say the CP of police said No officer has the right to a citizen phone, Yeah! I knew about that but I don't really think it's going to work with a typical Nigeria Police officer who's on a mission to get something from you, so I just obliged and gave him the phone after unlocking it, the dude practically launched my whatsapp app and read almost all the chats, he keeps going at it until he came across my chat with a friend where I said "300$ PayPal" and Yipee! That gave me out as a Yahoo boy. He was so keen on that fact that discussing about a dollar means I'm a yahoo guy. After so many attempts to reason with him failed, he led me to their station and demanded for a whooping sum of #50,000 for bail. I swear I don't know why but I had to laugh when he mentioned that sum.

So I was like I don't have that kind of money and he told me to call my family, I replied by saying they aren't in lag (actually that was a lie, I had to say that because I had no intention of having anyone worried over me).

After spending up to 3hours in the station, I saw an old friend who is probably a sergeant or something so I told him all what happened and he promised to help out. This guy went in and came back to tell me that they've accepted to release me on #30,000 bail. I was so filled with rage, disappointment, fear all at the same time.

But for God so good, I was scrolling through my phone and I saw a pix my phone downloaded from whatsapp probably because my Auto download was on. In the pix is some words that read thus: "have you ever been harassed by a police officer? Charged unnecessarily? Or anything of such, if so call any of these number". I punched the digits on my phone and dialled the number, that call was directly to the CP office after reporting everything that transpired between the Inspector, the person asked me which division of the police station I was, I told him and he ended the call.

Some few minutes after that I was summoned from where I am by the DPO himself and after explaining things to him he apologised on behalf of his officers and told the man that arrested me that the CP has already made a decision on him, meanwhile I couldn't wait and listen to the rest of the story since I was in haste to break my fast.

I realized many people have experienced so many injustice at the hands of these Men in Black, many are still experiencing it and many will still experience it. I decided to give the contact I dialed out to people as many as possible. Yeah.

The numbers are: 0805-700-0002 and 0805-700-0001. (0805-700-0003 is for WhatsApp ONLY). I don't know how far this message will go but if it ever get to you, please don't hesitate to share it with others.
SportsMarcus Rashford Gives His Opinion On Messi Versus Ronaldo Debate by odogwu9(op): 5:56pm On Jun 11, 2018
Marcus Rashford has given his honest opinion on the Messi v Ronaldo debate
by Dov Rawson
Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi will undoubtedly go down in history as two of the finest footballers to ever play the game.
The magnificent duo - who have each won five Ballon d'Or awards - are both in their thirties and are now entering the twilight years of their career.
Ronaldo is reportedly unhappy with Real Madrid president Florentino Perez and could be heading for the exit door this summer.
The 33-year-old Portuguese forward, who is set to star at the 2018 World Cup, will have plenty of interested parties.
Manchester United might be interested in bringing Ronaldo back to Old Trafford but there is plenty of competition for attacking places.
Marcus Rashford exploded onto the scene as an 18-year-old under Louis van Gaal but has not fared so well under Jose Mourinho.
The 20-year-old England international spoke to CNN and weighed in on the Ronaldo v Messi debate
ALL TIME BEST PLAYER?
Rashford received a signed shirt with a personalised message from Ronaldo after Man United beat Spurs in the FA Cup semi-final in April.
Preparing for the World Cup, Rashford offered his honest opinion when asked who the best player of all-time is.
"I'd have to say Messi, some of the stuff that he does is unbelievable," said Rashford to CNN .
"I'm a big fan of Ronaldo as well - but I think Messi is the greatest ever."
Rashford has definitely just lost some brownie points with the Real Madrid legend.
After picking up the UEFA Player of the Year award in 2017, Ronaldo tipped the Man United youngster to follow in his footsteps.
Ronaldo said: "I see some [players] with great potential: Asensio, Mbappe, Neymar, Dembele, Hazard, Rashford... and some others. In the next generation there are at least 10 players with very, very great potential."
Meanwhile, Ronaldo is the favourite to win the 2018 Ballon d'Or after winning his third consecutive Champions League trophy under Zinedine Zidane.
But much will depend on what happens in Russia this summer.
Messi will be desperate to win his first piece of silverware with Argentina - and he'll be acutely aware that this could be his final opportunity.

5-Minute Management Course

Lesson 1:

A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing up her shower, when the doorbell rings.

The wife quickly wraps herself in a towel and runs downstairs.

When she opens the door, there stands Bob , the next-door neighbor..

Before she says a word, Bob says, 'I'll give you $800 to drop that towel.'

After thinking for a moment, the woman drops her towel and stands naked in front of Bob, after a few seconds, Bob hands her $800 and leaves.

The woman wraps back up in the towel and goes back upstairs.

When she gets to the bathroom, her husband asks, 'Who was that?'

'It was Bob the next door neighbor,' she replies.

'Great,' the husband says, 'did he say anything about the $800 he owes me?'

Moral of the story:

If you share critical information pertaining to credit and risk with your shareholders in time, you may be in a position to prevent avoidable exposure.

Lesson 2:

A priest offered a Nun a lift.

She got in and crossed her legs, forcing her gown to reveal a leg.

The priest nearly had an accident.

After controlling the car, he stealthily slid his hand up her leg.

The nun said, 'Father, remember Psalm 129?'

The priest removed his hand. But, changing gears, he let his hand slide up her leg again.
The nun once again said, 'Father, remember Psalm 129?'

The priest apologized 'Sorry sister but the flesh is weak.'

Arriving at the convent, the nun sighed heavily and went on her way.

On his arrival at the church, the priest rushed to look up Psalm 129. It said, 'Go forth and seek, further up, you will find glory.'

Moral of the story:
If you are not well informed in your job, you might miss a great opportunity.

Lesson 3:

A sales rep, an administration clerk, and the manager are walking to lunch when they find an antique oil lamp.

They rub it and a Genie comes out.
The Genie says, 'I'll give each of you just one wish.'

'Me first! Me first!' says the admin clerk 'I want to be in the Bahamas , driving a speedboat, without a care in the world.'
Puff! She's gone.

'Me next! Me next!' says the sales rep. 'I want to be in Hawaii , relaxing on the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of Pina Coladas and the love of my life.'
Puff! He's gone.

'OK, you're up,' the Genie says to the manager.
The manager says, 'I want those two back in the office after lunch'

Moral of the story:
Always let your boss have the first say.

Lesson 4

An eagle was sitting on a tree resting, doing nothing.

A small rabbit saw the eagle and asked him, 'Can I also sit like you and do nothing?'
The eagle answered: 'Sure, why not.'

So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the eagle and rested. All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it.

Moral of the story:
To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up.

Lesson 5

A turkey was chatting with a bull.

'I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree' sighed the turkey, 'but I haven't got the energy.'
'Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?' replied the bull. They're packed with nutrients..'

The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, and found it actually gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree.

The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch.

Finally after a fourth night, the turkey was proudly perched at the top of the tree.

He was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot him out of the tree.

Moral of the story:
Bull Shit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there.

Lesson 6

A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field.

While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him.

As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was.

The dung was actually thawing him out!

He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy.
A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate.

Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him.

Morals of the story:
(1) Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy.

(2) Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your
friend.

(3 ) And when you're in deep shit, it's best to keep
your mouth shut!

PoliticsBefore I Will Be Jailed I Will Expose The Hidden Truth-obj by odogwu9(op):
The Yoruba Ronu Leadership Forum has said that President Muhammadu Buhari has been more democratic than the three previous presidents before him, including Olusegun Obasanjo.

Mr Akin Malaolu, the Secretary-General of the forum said this in a statement on Saturday in Abuja.

The Forum was reacting to recent alarm by Obasanjo that plans were being plotted to frame him by the Buhari-led APC government.

Malaolu, who described Obasanjo’s alarm as strange, said: “if anything at all was tormenting him, it must be karma that knows his face and has his addresses.” "If Civil Society Organisations call for Nigeria’s anti corruption agencies to urgently revisit the 16 billion dollars Obasanjo Electricity and Power Development Contracts, will that now be deemed that Buhari is plotting to kill Obasanjo.

“When Obasanjo was calling on Nigerians not to re-elect Buhari come 2019, there was nothing seen as wrong with his inciting and national destabilisation acts and declarations,” Malaolu said.

He recalled that when Obasanjo was in power, nobody could have tried to do to him what he had been doing to bring down successive governments.

According to him, it is now obvious that the posthumous national recognition and honour given Chief M.K.O. Abiola by Buhari and the declaration of June 12, as Democracy Day have become the rudest shock for Obasanjo to bear.
He added that Obasanjo had forgotten that he and many officers were unwilling guests at the country’s diverse detention facilities because of their unbecoming and national destabilisation acts during late Gen. Sani Abacha’s military regime.

The forum’s scribe, however, said that it was time to let the likes of Obasanjo to understand that without them, Nigeria would be a better country to live in.

“We must caution Nigerians not to allow themselves get hoodwinked by liars in the country, who know how to turn things around and make it seem like they loved the truth for the sake of the truth.

“Nigerians must not be quick to believe what Obasanjo said, because lies spread quicker than the truth,” he said.

Politics21 Igp's And 7 Dg's Retired For Idris To Emerge As Igp-disturbing Facts by odogwu9(op): 9:51am On Jun 09, 2018
Many might have forgotten that the current IG , Idris (aka transmission transmission) was the CP of Kano State when Buhari polled 2 Million votes and Jonathan only 150,000 in the last 2015 election.
The then INEC Returning Officer in Kano was burnt to death together with his family in their home, immediately after the election and the result announced.

Till date no arrest nor anything found as the cause of the fire .

NOW HEAR THIS:-
As if it is a payback for a job well done,CP Idris was promoted to IGP over 12 other senior CPs, over 22 senior AIGs, and of course over the 7 most senior DIG police officers to become IGP immediately Buhari was sworn in.

Every other officer that was senior to CP Idris was retired just to make way for the now IG Idris to occupy this highest position.

Corruption is not only when you embezzled money.
There are several forms of corruption that has become cankerworm in our governance, nepotism is one of them.

More Facts
Idris Ibrahim was a CP in Kano during the 2015 election. That was in March 2015. How did he become Inspector Gen by March, 2016?
CP - AIG - DIG - IGP. Classical corruption from Buhari. FACTS DON'T LIE
Here is the list of the AIGs that were retired to make former Kano state commissioner of police, Idris Ibrahim, the IGP:

1 Bala A Hassan
2.Yahaya Garba Ardo
3. Irmiya F Yarima
4. Danladi Y Mshebwala
5. Tambari Y. Mohammed
6..Bala Magaji Nasarawa
7. MUsa Abdulsalam
8. Adisa Bolanta
9. Mohammed J Gana
10. Umaru Abubakar Manko
11. Lawal Tanko
12. Olufemi A. Adenaike
13. Johson A Ogunsakin
14. Adenrele T. Shinaba
15. James O. Caulcrick
16 Olufefemi David Ogumbayode
17. Edgar T Nanakumo
18. Kalafite H. Adeyemi
19. Patrick D Dokumor
20. Mbu Joseph Mbu
21. Sabo Ibrahim Ringim.

21of them
ALL the 7 DIGs were also retired. That was a lot of heads to roll for one man's. Remember also that Kano INEC returning officer, with his whole family, was burnt to death. Till date the case has not seen the light of day. All the registered voters in Kano for 2015 presidential election voted 100% for APC. No single invalid vote, no card reader malfunction.

Please note that I am not saying anything other than supplying facts.

FamilyMy Mum Dresses Up Before Me-story Of Man Addicted To Masturbation. .. by odogwu9(op): 5:28pm On Jun 07, 2018
"MY MUM DRESSES UP BEFORE ME"!

I counselled a young guy who was addicted to masturbation. He told me he can't do without masturbation.
One thing that struck me in his confession was when he said:
''My mum caused all this for me''.

Curiosity got hold of me and I asked him, how?
He said:
"I started masturbation when I was 4 years old; my mum has always been dressing up naked before me, I am used to seeing her unclothedness. I am not moved to have sex with her, but I always long to see mature ladies naked just the way I always see my mum dressing up naked before me."

"I still remember seeing her unclothedness regularly till I was 8 years; and my dad do shout at her:
'Send this boy out before you dress,' but my mum would always reply by saying:
'Will my son sleep with me? Stop planting evil thoughts in his heart.'

"Anytime I see my mum's naked body, I long to see ladies' naked bodies..
I then went into sex at age 10 and till now I am not free from sex, heavy pornography and masturbation...''

Dear parents, I hope you are not guilty of this? You are dressing up before your 2 years old son/daughter; you say he/she doesn't know anything yet? That's very cruel.

Some couples will be having sex while their close-to-2-years old child will be in their room with them; they'll feel and think that he/she can only see, he/she can't understand.

Sir/Ma'am, that your child does not need to understand. Seeing your unclothedness or seeing you and your spouse making love is enough to plant abnormal sexual fantasies and urge in that child. Remember, it is now a jet world!
How will you destroy your own children with your own carelessness?
Don't let your children see your unclothedness.
Don't make love in the presence of your child no matter the age.
The scene sticks to the memory, they may want to explore and experiment what they are seeing.

Stop making free home-made 'sex clips or video' for your children to watch.
Mummy, sit properly.
Dress properly too.
Stop sitting as if you are in the labour room; parting your legs for your son to see your inner tight and pant.
Be very careful!

Daddy, don't wear ordinary boxer at home, you sit down, your 'thing' is dangling and your daughter is seeing it. There are things you should not wear beyond your bedroom, just for your spouse. Don't say because you want to enjoy your freedom in your house. It's not your house alone, it's a family house/home. You are putting your children into sexual bondage through these acts. The initiation starts from home.

Mummy, wearing ordinary bra around the house in the presence of your sons is dangerous. Yes, they won't lust after you, but you might be messing up with their sensuality; and increasing their curiosity to see the breasts of ladies out there.
Let's stop being 'pornographic materials' to our children. Raising sexually pure children, it begins at home.' It begins with me and you.

My Counsel:
Thank you very much for the issues raised in family porn. It is still our responsibility to build virtue into our family. We need to learn from others.

Thank you

PoliticsAround This Time In 2015-political Flashbacks by odogwu9(op): 1:25pm On Jun 07, 2018
Around this time in 2015!

Around this time in 2015
Tinubu said Buhari was the best Person to lead Nigeria but today for the first time in decades Tinubu's party in Lagos has parallel Primaries thanks to Buhari's leadership.

Around this time in 2015, TY Danjuma told us Buhari was a good leader..today Danjuma's people are under seige and he says the army under Buhari is giving cover to those who are slaughtering Danjuma's people in the Middle Belt.

Around this time in 2015 Wole Soyinka told us that we can take a leap of faith with Buhari. Today he is asking the United Nations to stop ethnic cleansing in Nigeria under Buhari's leadership.

Around this time in 2015, Pastor Bakare told us we can expect a better Nigeria under Buhari. Today Pastor Bakare is advising Nigerians to look for a better leader who will restructure Nigeria.

Around this time in 2015, Prof Tam David-West promised Nigerians that Buhari will make petrol #45 per liter, today Petrol is #145 per liter and Buhari has spent #1.4trillion on fuel subsidy which he claimed was a fraud.

Around this time in 2015, Sai Baba supporters swore that Buhari will declare his assets publicly and produce his WAEC certificate...till date he has done neither.

About this time in 2015 Fashola said a serious Govt will fix power problem in Nigeria within 6 months yet 3 years after they have have not added one megawatt to the grid

About this time in 2015 Buhari said naira will be #1 to $1 yet he has messed it up from #187 in 2015 to $1 to #365 to $1 in 2018

About this time in 2015 Buhari promised insecurity especially Boko Haram insurgency will end in 3 months but in 3 years he has added the herdsmen militia which is by far more dreaded and deathly than Boko Haram and human lives in Nigeria have become meaningless and valueless under his watch.

While Benue Govt/people were burying their 72 loved ones in a mass grave Buhari was in Kano celebrating marriages, clinking glasses with his eyes on 2019

Yet again, while the catholic family of Benue State was burying their 2 priests and 17 parishioners murdered in cold blood by herdsmen while worshipping in a mass Buhari was campaigning for 2019 with his campaign support group in Aso Rock.

In 2015 by this time OBJ was campaigning for Buhari because for him then it was any thing but Jonathan, today he’s seen what a grave judgement he passed and what afflictions he wrecked on the nation.

PoliticsBuhari Has Terribly Disappointed Those Who Thought He Had Changed - Osuntokun by odogwu9(op): 6:09pm On Jun 06, 2018
Former political Adviser to president Olusegun Obasanjo, Akin Osuntokun, has claimed that President Muhammadu Buhari disappointed the people who supported his candidacy in 2015. Osuntokun who also served in the Umaru Yar’Adua administration as the director-general of the News Agency of Nigeria .

He argued that the people who supported Buhari knew that he had these shortcomings and inadequacies that he has exhibited but decided to give him a chance in hope that he would make a true change. He told Vanguard: “You see, you cannot give what you don’t have. Buhari’s government is a reflection of the totality of his personality. The tragedy of Nigeria is that many people, the intelligentsia, the people who supported him knew that he had these shortcomings and inadequacies that he has exhibited, they had seen it in him before. Regardless, they said let us give him an opportunity, just as you are asking now to maybe mend his ways or try and remedy what has made his incumbency less appealing. Each one of those people has been terribly disappointed and they say so openly. “I didn’t support him, I had always been very critical of him and the way he has turned out is the way I had projected him, so I had never deluded myself. Those who chose to turn a blind eye to his shortcoming have themselves to blame. If one year to the presidential election and one who said that an attack on Boko Haram is an attack on the North, why should anybody be blinded to that kind of revelation of the kind of president he would be.

It was only when he became the candidate of the APC that he started moderating and denying some of the things that he said. So, he had shown himself sufficiently enough for people to know the end result. “However, human beings are creations of hope and they said let us give him the latitude, and as Wole Soyinka said it is like giving somebody a loan for him to redeem a debt and unfortunately rather than redeeming it, he has defaulted spectacularly. “What is he going to do? When you don’t accept the reality but rather you are in denial. When you deny reality, your potential for redemption is a non starter. If the president is saying that the Fulani militia come from Libya and that they are not Nigerians, why would I expect anything different? “And as I said if his own governors who are themselves not saints could recently accuse the NNPC of malfeasance, and the same NNPC is the same organisation he has inserted himself right, left and centre; purged out the leadership of the NNPC to introduce extreme political lopsidedness, nepotism, exercising the power of the minister of petroleum, you have the GMD from Bauchi, the chief of staff on the board, you have almost a total takeover of NNPC and what has been the result? It is one of the results that you have seen now; that your own governors, APC governors are accusing that organisation that you have taken over, that should be a model of what the anti-corruption that you are preaching, explicitly accusing that organisation of fraud. So, where is the potential to expect anything different? “Some months ago, the president was in Kano and said that he was happy at the large crowd because the people from the South would see that his own people from the North have not deserted him. This is what the president of Nigeria said. Not long ago, he went to Bauchi where he was reporting Obasanjo to them and said that when Lai Mohammed wanted to respond to Obasanjo’s Memo that he said, ‘no don’t respond to him because you are from the same constituency.’ They call it dog whistle. When you are speaking in coded language to an audience that will be able to get what you are saying. That Obasanjo is after me, that the Yoruba are after me.”
PoliticsWho Will Clip The Wings Of The Stinging Bees, Saraki And Dogara? By Churchill Ok by odogwu9(op): 6:00pm On Jun 06, 2018
The Nigerian National Assembly (NASS) is like a colony of bees led by the queen, the Senate President, flying and farting, polluting our democracy, arming gangs, and threatening to sink anyone who dares to challenge their over bloated powers. They are like the bee that hath honey in her mouth and a sting in her tail. These oversized bees specialize in stinging the poor instead of making honey for them. They live in an oversized colony and can do anything to defend their nests vigorously by stinging and pursuing threats to hive safety. They are a threat to our Democracy.

In his message to Nigerians on Democracy Day, the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki, urged Nigerians to “speak out with strong voices on issues that constitute a danger to the nation’s democracy.” A few days later, some of the Offa “daredevil” robbers accepted the charge by revealing that they are ‘political thugs’ sponsored by Saraki and Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed. If this is true (as if we don’t know the truth), then Saraki’s use of dangerously armed thugs to intimidate political opposition to “win” elections is robbery and constitutes a threat to Democracy.

If some of the gang members who confessed to being associated with Senator Saraki can be this vicious in killing 17 innocent citizens, imagine what they will do to political opponents. Nigerians “must, [therefore] preserve democracy at all costs” as Saraki rightly said, but I will add, by cutting off his overgrown wings. The overgrown wings of the Senate President and the Speaker of the House of Representative of Nigeria (irrespective of who occupies those positions) have to be waned. Saraki and Dogara belong to the species of bees that specializes in stinging the opposition.

Paraphrasing Franklin Roosevelt, this small group of selfish men has clipped our wings in order to feather their own nest. To stop the queen of the colony of bees from flying and stinging, some beekeepers clip away part of their wings. The idea is that when the swarm of bees realizes the queen isn’t with them, it returns to the hive. Dino, Ben Bruce, Shehu Sani, Apkabio and Ekweremadu are floating around as butterflies, but they are stinging Nigerian democracy like a wild bee. Cutting their queen’s wing and sending them back to the hive will impede the growth of corruption.

When the flower blooms, the bees come uninvited. The flowers at the NASS has been blooming over the years since David Mark stabilized the unrest from members through a combination of draconian laws and oversized allowances. Members of the NASS who are too curious and poke their nose in the business of the queen of the bees, Saraki and his deputy Dogara have been stung, viciously for their curiosity. Speaker Dogara presides over the affairs of the “good for nothing” House by smiling around like a puppy being caressed by unseen hands as he flirts with members in the course of spreading official corruption

The legislative arm of the government is one of the central tenets of democracy. In addition to making laws, they check the excesses of the executive arm. But when it constitutes itself to a blackmailing tool, it becomes a threat to democracy. Instead of working for their constituents, the members of the NASS are serving their interest alone. Until will end this impunity in the NASS that has constituted itself into a stand-alone opaque government, bigger than the country, we won’t be able to achieve the progressive goals education reform, improved power generation, job creation and ending poverty

The NASS will do anything to protect their corrupt members and those that are breaking Nigerian laws. They will launch attacks at the incompetent Nigerian Police Force; refuse to pass the budget in order to force the hands of the executive arm of government (Okonjo-Iweala is a witness); cut off “oxygen” (AKA ‘owo’) from non-compliant members; keep attacking those who dare investigate, prosecute or challenge the impunity of the Senate President; vilifies opposition and shuts down the operations of media houses that dare voice a suspicion at the leadership.

A clipping of the Saraki and Drogaa’s wings is, therefore, long overdue. What David Mark started in the Senate, Bukola Saraki has elevated to a new level. The NASS rather than checking the excesses of the Buhari led administration have constituted themselves to an autocratic republic. The lawmakers perpetrated their corrupt acts in the oversight of Ministries, Departments, and Agencies. With the help of Finance Minister, Kemi Adeosun, the NASS leadership under Bukola Saraki and Drogba have settled themselves with phony projects worth more than one hundred and fifty Billion Naira.

It's bad enough that the executive arm of the federal government is a conduit for siphoning public funds. The anti-corruption war of the Nigerian Presidency is like cobwebs, which may catch small flies, but let wasps and hornets break through. It is futile, therefore, to believe that the executive is capable of clipping the wings of the members of the NASS. They have always and will keep escaping through the net opened by some elements within the executive itself. Also, thanks to “Senate Rules” and “House Rules”, the corrupt setup of the NASS has in effect turned it into a massive source of siphoning public fund “legally” and unchallenged.

Finally, whether the link between Saraki and the notorious Offa robbers is substantiated by the incompetent Nigerian Police Force, or whether he is giving a “soft landing” in exchange for his loyalty, Saraki’s wing will not be waned. The flowers in APC appear to be dying, while it is blooming in SDP and ADC, as it is being watered in PDP. Very soon, the bees in the NASS led by Saraki and Dogara with abandon APC for a new hive in one of these parties. Once in a new political party, Saraki and Dogara’s colony of bees will retain the impulse to swarm and sting.

Clipping the wings of a corrupt swarm of bees is, therefore, indispensable for the national progress. Like the bumble bee, they were never meant to fly. But because our quasi-democracy is founded on “chop-I-chop” philosophy, they thrive by sharing the national wealth. The only way to permanently clip the wings of these bees is by making sure that they don’t get back to the NASS by 2019. We, therefore, need a virgin queen and fresh bees in the Nigerian Senate and not this present colony ran by over-corrupt former governors.

Everyone should have a voice in politics not because Saraki asked us to but because it is our inalienable right as citizens of Nigeria. Let us stand up, get involved in order to inject fresh influx of ideas in the Nigerian democratic experiment. We should not leave our legislative arm of government to men that have turned themselves to stinging bees. Join hands and let us take our government back.

Together, we can.

{DINO MELAYE ACCUSES NNPC OF ALLEGED FINANCIAL CORRUPTION
Senator Dino Melaye, has exposed another massive corruption that is currently ongoing under President Muhammadu Buhari’s watch.
.
Dino alleged that the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, is operating an illegal account with Keystone Bank, with a current balance of $137 million.
.
Melaye who raised a point of order during a plenary, disclosed that the NNPC domiciled the Brass LNG Ltd, Joint Venture Company, JVC, account at Keystone Bank, instead of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, as required by the law.
.
While some individuals and Government appointees will continue to steal, we have decided to continue to expose corruption in public life. I call the attention of the Nigerian Senate to a suspected, colossal, monumental corruption in NNPC.
.
A company was registered with the name ‘Brass LNG Limited’, with the Federal Government having controlling shares. We have some Italians, Belgians, and French, as shareholders with the Federal Government, with a controlling share of about 50 percent.
.
It is a known fact that once you have a joint venture, the account of such joint venture will be domiciled with the Central Bank of Nigeria. But in this case, that was not what happened. In private, the account was opened with Keystone Bank; this account has no BVN, and there have been periodic withdrawals.
.
The last withdrawal from the account was to the tune of $4 million. As I speak to you, the balance of that account as of today is $137 million”, he alarmed.}...
PoliticsIf You Really Want To Know The Truth About Why Nigeria Remained One Nation- Ffk by odogwu9(op): 2:59am On Jun 06, 2018
Femi Fani-Kayode

IF YOU REALLY WANT TO KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT WHY NIGERIA REMAINED ONE NATION, WHO WAS BEHIND IT AND WHY, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING.

I HAVE DONE MY RESERACH AND I CAN CONFIRM THAT EVERYTHING THAT THE WRITER HAS WRITTEN IS FACTUAL AND HISTORICALLY ACCURATE. PLEASE READ, COPY AND SHARE:

"If you thought oil was discovered in Nigeria in 1959, you could pass your high school economics with that information. It was actually discovered 50 years earlier.

Did you know that Oil from the Territory was sold for almost 50 years before the approach of Independence in 1960 forced the disclosure of Oloibiri by Britain? Even at that, the quantities were concealed from the newly Independent Nigerian Governments, until the Counter Coup of July, 1966, when the North packed their baggage to head back North in the famous ARABA putsch.

The then British High Commissioner to Nigeria, of course on the promptings and direction of his home Government, zoomed in upon Gowon halfway, and prevailed on him to reverse the decision of moving the North out of Nigeria, at a time Gowon already hoisted the Arewa Flag in a temporary Capital, Ilorin.

In the hurry to announce this reversal, the Gowon’s speech that was originally designed to take out the North, was poorly edited, leaving a portion that should have been expunged and so distorting the concluding part from the body of the speech.

That unexpunged portion is the celebrated Gowonian faux pas in which he in one breathe declared that "Everything considered, the basis of Nigeria's Unity was no more", yet going ahead in the next breathe to proclaim that "To keep Nigeria One is a task that must be done".

It was in the heat of the ARABA (Northern Secession) move that the British whispered into the ears of the fledgeling Gowon Government, the huge quantities oil that Eastern Nigeria would have, if the North left, and so would become the poor neighbour of the South, particularly Eastern Region.

In a series of dubious underhanded exchanges that followed rapidly, the British practically took over the handling of the crises all the way to when it became War in July 1967, from the poor School Certificate-holder soldier, Yakubu Gowon (Gowon went for tertiary education only after he was overthrown in 1975 by his July 1966 comrade-in-crime, Murtala Mohammed).

In that dark period, Gowon signed off the entire oil/gas reserves of Eastern Nigeria to the British for 50 years, more or less, contracting the War to Britain.

The British which held those concessions via Shell, had to parcel out substantial blocs of their holdings to the other World Powers and Permanent Members of the UN Security Council.

Thus the entry of Gulf Oil and Mobil (US) Elf (France), Agip (Italy). Soviet Union had oil at home and so didnt need oil blocs. What Russia (USSR) got was an open order to supply the hardware for the War, including MIG Jet Fighters, Ilushyn Battle Tanks, AK 47 Riffles, all at double of prevailing market prices.

This oil blocs bribe was the basis of the cooperation of the then World Powers with Britain and its stooge, Northern Nigeria, to kill 3.5 million Easterners in a simple Self-determination disputate, substantially resolved in Aburi, January 1967.

Back to Willinks Commission.

Could it be because of the Special love the the British had for the Niger Delta that the Commission Recommended the preferential accelerated development of the Area. Dead no. So much had been taken.

The people would soon find out. The Development was an upfront bribe and containment Strategy to help calm would-be frayed nerves.

Unfortunately, the North-led Government that took over in 1960 from the British, abandoned that proactive scheme (partly because the whole truth as to the quantities of crude and money involved was not disclosed to them by the British departing arrangers).

Some of the findings of the LNC on reasons Isaac Boro and his Niger Delta Peoples Volunteer Force, (yes NDPVF did not begin with Asari) declared the Defunct Niger Delta Republic, had to do with this "detail" of British concealments, some of which are still in force.

Those who are still in doubt should find out whether Shell was not Headquartered in Owerri for 42 solid years up till 1960 in the place still called Shell Camp to date (now broken into several large premises' including the Government House, Rockview Hotel, Alvan Ikoku College of Education, the Federal Medical Center, the Mobile Police Camp and a number of other Governmental institutions).

It was Premier Michael Okpara who bought the large premises off Shell in 1961 on behalf of the the then Eastern Region, after Shell moved to Port Harcourt in the dawn of this grand pretence at a distinct Niger Delta that had nothing to do with Igbo, which has now been confirmed by Junaid Mohammed when he charged at Jonathan with the rebuke that the Niger Delta was a creation of the North to manage its interests in Eastern Nigeria!.

Those who wish to interrogate this claim of 50-years-oil-sale-before-Oloibiri should get on SPDC website so they can see for themselves that it was in 1936 that a certain Company called Shell D'Arcy (Shell's predecessor) came under Crown Regulation, to pay more to the Crown probably because of the impending Second World War.

Prior to that time, Shell D'Arcy had the same kind of Charter as the Royal Niger Company (later UAC, UNILEVER).

Those Charters were issued about same period at the turn of the 19th Century, before your Nigeria was created in 1914.

Do the arithmetic. Nigeria was purely a business venture of the British and everything that became our "Constitution" took their roots from that Main Object to date".
RomanceRe: Help, An Older Lady Is Obsessed With Me by odogwu9(m): 6:06pm On Jun 04, 2018
Troubledmind:
I'm 23, and this lady should be in her 40s, she has a daughter who is almost my age, but she's not married, from the look of things, she had her at a young age, she started pestering me when she bought a new phone and she invited me to set it up for her, including fb and whatsapp, i did, and she collected my number, thats how she started inviting me over every sunday, sometimes I'll come and meet her alone at home, and she'd be half naked, rubbing cream on her body, I'd offer to wait outside but She'll tell me its no biggy, sometimes she'd try to take a selfie with me and her wet nipples will be protruding out of her wrapper and pushing against my chest, I'll be so tensed and hot.

I once thought of unclothing her and doing the thing, but I'll always talk myself out of it, that maybe she's just jovial and what if thats not what she wants, what if i try and she accuse me of trying to rape her, what of my girlfriend? so i kept my distance by lying to her that i am out of town.

She kept checking me at home but will never find me because i told my siblings to alert me whenever she's spotted in the vicinity so i can hide or lock the gate.

This helped me get over the temptation and her, until yesterday, i was coming from a party and i ran into her, it was too late to hide because she already saw me, she approached and we got somewhere to sit and ordered drinks, we talked about life and she bluntly accused me of avoiding her, that guys my age easily take things for granted, she kept talking until is promised to make it up to her, i regret making that promise, today she sent me a message on whatsapp, calling me my love, i thought she's joking until she told me, she's alone and needs company tonight.

I have a girlfriend, i love her so much i don't want to hurt her, i don't want to have any form of intimacy with someone old enough to be my mum, but this woman is rich, i have benefitted from her and i wouldn't want to loose either of them, please advice me
You are selfish, greedy and possibly daft .,u want to have ur cake and eat it,,u don't want to loose her and u don't want to loose ur gf.,u beta choose one..confused soul

THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE NEVER READ BEFORE OR PROBABLY HEARD TOO! PAY ATTENTION TO EACH ONE AND CAREFULLY THINK ABOUT THEM ALL...!!!

THE THIRTY-ONE (31) SILENT FACTS ABOUT THE RAPTURE*

1. It is going to be the next greatest event that will shock all the continents of the world. Matt 24:40-42.

2. It is going to take place suddenly, abruptly, unexpectedly, without warning and without prior notice. 1 Thess 5:2

3. There shall be no second version of the event. 1 Thess 5:4

4. A greater percentage of Christians may be taken unawares. Matt 24:38-39

5. Careless Christians who miss the event will have no other similar gracious opportunity. Matt 13:49-50

6. The event shall have no regard or respect for ecclesiastical titles or church leadership positions. Matt 5:20

7. It shall be a day when the sheep shall be separated from the goats. Matt 25:32-33.

8. The day shall differentiate between the Broad Way Christians and the Narrow Way Christians. Matt 7:13-14

9. The day shall separate sincerity from hypocrisy. Gal 5:21

10. The day shall differentiate between those who harbour secret sins from those who abhor secret sins. Gal 5:20-21

11. The day shall separate those whose lives are hidden in Christ from those who are hiding in the church. Luke 13:27

12. The day shall show a glaring, clear, conspicuous, demarcation between Christians who walk on the path of holiness from those who walk on the path of worldliness. Heb 12:14

13. It shall be a day of double emotion: joy for some and unimaginable, indescribable, uncontrollable regrets for others. Luke 13:28

14. It shall be a day of surprises- some “Big names” may miss the flight while some “Less known” may be on board. 1 Cor 1:27

15. Another surprise may be that a man or woman who had faithfully served the Lord for many years may defile his or her garment a few minutes before the sound of that summoning trumpet and miss the flight while a notorious sinner may surrender his or her life to Jesus within the same time frame and go to heaven. Ezekiel 3:20

16. This event may happen now, today, this week, this month, this year or next year! Matt 24:36

17. Wise Christians, like the five virgins that took extra oil, are expected to get ready, yes, to get prepared. Matt 25:1-13

18. After the event, all those who are bitter against one another, malicious, unforgiving, jealous, arrogant, haters, hypocrites, drunkards, fornicators, adulterers, adulteresses, murderers with weapons and murderers with tongue etc, shall have enough time to continue in their trade. Heb 12:14-15.

19. When the event is over there shall be revival among those who have chosen to stay behind not because there will be a second chance, no, but because the reality of the event would have struck them like a thunderbolt. But they will have to pay with their own blood. 2 Tim 4:3

20. When the event is over, those who are left behind shall no longer be safe to worship in their gigantic, fanciful and multi-billion Dollars/Naira cathedrals. Instead they shall seek safety in caves, bushes and abandoned and dilapidated but hidden structures. Rev 6:15-17

21. When this great event is over, each time those who will miss their flight manage to gather for worship, they will pay attention to only one sermon- whether they gather in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, North or South America; the sermon will only centre on “How to Meet the Divine Standard and Join the Other Saints”. Rev 14:6-7

22. It is also worthy to note that those who will be left behind will never have any business with comedians at their altars anymore. No! There shall no longer be gatherings for entertainments. Whenever, they manage to gather, it shall always be for serious religious business only. Luke 21:34

23. The prayer pattern of those who will be left behind will also undergo a radical change. They will not be praying for things anymore. They will only be praying for strength to withstand the tortures of the Anti-Christ and die bravely to join the other saints. None will be praying for jobs, marriages, etc. Rev 8:3-4

24. It is equally worthy of note that some of those who will miss their flight will not be able to endure the torture of the Anti Christ. They will receive the mark of the beast and thereby be doomed forever. Rev 14:9-11

25. When the ready saints are gone, all our denominational walls of partition will collapse. The man or woman who use to worship in Omega Fire, Jesus Chapel, Exousia Kingdom Gospel Centre, Deeper Life, for instance, will hide in the same place with those who worship in Christ Embassy, Church of God Mission, Assemblies of God, Word Aflame, Action Chapel, Winners Chapel, Lighthouse Chapel etc and nobody will remember to claim superiority anymore because then they will be facing a common enemy. Eph 4:1-6

26. When this event is over, each time believers who will miss their flight manage to gather anywhere for worship, there will be an atmosphere of sobriety. This rowdiness we witness today shall be no more. 1 Peter 4:7, 1 Peter 5:8

27. There shall also be a radical change in the attitude of those who will miss their flight towards Bible study. What we have now is an attitude characterized by a high degree of nonchalance and indifference, but when the ready saints are gone, those who will be left behind will begin to take their bible study seriously. 2 Tim 2:15

28. All the teens and youths who come to church to please their parents will repent after this great event; yes, they will begin to seek God for themselves.

Rev 19:5, Rev 20:12.

29. When the event is over, all those who will do any form of business in the schools, hospitals, banks, etc, will have to bear the mark of beast (666) or be hunted down and killed like common criminals. Rev 13:17

30. One of the gains of this reminder is that there may be someone reading this piece today who will take a firm decision to ensure that he/she gets on board that celestial flight travelling to glory.

Rev 2:7, 2:11, 2:17, 2:29, 3:6, 3:13, 3:22.

31. However, one of the greatest tragedies of this reminder is that there may be someone too who is reading this piece today but who will see no need to heed this warning. A tragedy indeed! Rev 22:11-12

PoliticsCommemorations Of Biafra Heroes Day by odogwu9(op): 8:08pm On Jun 03, 2018
So yesterday, I decided to get a haircut only to find all hair salons closed.
It was Biafra heroes day celebration.
A day to commemorate the brave men and women of Biafra (present south east and South south Nigeria) who paid the ultimate price, fighting for their lives.
With my bushy hair, I contemplate the sacrifices made then and even now.
I consider the reasons.
Why did they fight??...why did they die??
Will they be proud of what we have become??
Can they ever rest in peace??
I've read many accounts of the Nigerian civil war, written by partakers and passive onlookers from both waring sides and still ask...is this what they fought for??

A fair society based on meritocracy you'll imagine should appeal to a southerner and a North man..
Still if we all want the same things, why fight against the same??
What is not contained in the account of either side is this...
That the firewood that gave birth to charcoal demands that charcoal be used to make the same fire.
If only she understands that charcoal can be used also to roast yam...a different form of heat, Just not the fire we need...but useful nevertheless.

So mediocrity leads...
Brain washed followers, measure success by the size of a man's mansion...the same size that should make us wonder at what great deficit they hide with something so banal.
Like 45million pounds for a wedding which some innocents will try to emulate.
So we chase after the end, the process not withstanding...all accomplices to a society that frustrates the due process and her products.

In the words of Chief Nwodo, the tail now wags the dog.
And who is to blame??
For when the lions eat grass to survive, they can as well be treated as goats.
As a friend tells me,... Until lions have their own historians, the tales of the hunt will always be about the valor of the hunters.
The failure of our family systems and parents in this important aspect of socialisation is evident.

In this relentless tragic comedy,
Tragedy is when a 16yrs old girl child with a child...the original minimum proudly shows whoever cares to see the picture of her baby daddy, standing in front of a Land cruiser...( key word, standing)..
Tragedy is where a country that attempts to drop all aspects of her colonial masters (mistress), down to currency and vehicle types somehow adopted her greatest symbols of corruption...with illegitimate warrant chiefs and divide and rule strategies...to even be called "fantastically corrupt" by the inventor's.
Tragedy is an endless list, but the only comedy therein is that somehow, we manage to keep laughing at it all.

Still one must not despair for too long for there's always hope.
If you given this child you cry for today, you'll starve her to death I tell you for you must have milk to nourish and nurture her.
Enrich your minds, and remember who you are...that you may equip your children for tomorrow.
True change truly begins with you...
And may you realize how powerful you are...you who partake in creation.

PoliticsIbrahim Bunu Tells The Truth To Authority. . by odogwu9(op): 3:35pm On May 25, 2018
IBRAHIM BUNU TELLS THE TRUTH TO AUTHORITY! Hey! Do you think you have seen Nigeria at her worse economic meltdown or seen the worse killings and religious wars yet? Well if you think so then just wait until our very dear PMB wins the 2019 presidential election then you'll know better... In the meantime, please ignore your hatred for reading and read this to the end because it is a wake-up call to all of us who wants things to get better in Nigeria. Written by IBRAHIM BUNU. Why are we blaming Buhari and Not Ourselves! In 2015, we changed a govt under which human beings and businesses fared well. The South watched as the Northern oligarchy, with the help of Lagos media, demonised the govt of the day, manipulated the electoral process to install a radical Islamist and we said nothing. 1. He appointed our Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Air Staff from his tribe/religion, we said nothing. 2. He appointed our National Security Adviser from his tribe/religion,we said nothing. 3. He followed it up with appointment of DG DSS from his village/ religion, we clapped for him. 4. He appointed Chairman EFCC from his tribe/religion; we kept quiet. 5. He appointed IGP from his religion and we said nothing. 6. He appointed Minister of Defence from his tribe and religion, we said nothing. 7. He appointed Minister of Interior from his tribe/religion, and we clapped for him. 8. He appointed CG Immigration from his tribe and religion, we were the more quiet. 9. He appointed CG Civil Defence from his own religion and region, we said nothing. 10. He appointed CG Prisons from his own tribe and religion and we hailed him. 11. He appointed DG NIA from his village, tribe and religion and we said it is his prerogative as President. 12. He appointed Chief of Defence Intelligence from his tribe and religion; we were the more quiet. 13. A man is elected President and he concentrated the appointments of heads of entire security agencies in the country in one religion and region and you didn't notice it was in furtherance of an agenda? 14. Why is he so interested in having all the security heads from his religion and region? 15. Generals Obasanjo and T.Y. Danjuma, President Buhari's major supporters, have come out publicly to speak on their fears for Nigeria. The elders know Nigeria is sliding into great danger. Any moment from now, like they called Chief Obasanjo names; they will call Gen. Danjuma too. They might tell you it's because PMB has stopped corruption that the General is angry and crying. They won't tell you that General Danjuma is a very rich Nigerian already that do not need anything from govt appointees. 17. Once President Buhari returned from London, after his last discharge from hospital, at the peak of IPOB agitation, he made a national broadcast and launched "Operation Python Dance" to deal with IPOB. His Attorney General applied to court to declare IPOB a terror group and proscribe it. IPOB never killed a single Nigerian to our knowledge. 18. Uptill this day, the President has not made any broadcast on fulani herdsmen and their militant wing, that have killed and pillaged Nigerians in their thousands. Their leaders come out to take responsibility for such killings and they are still walking free. No arrest. No prosecution. It is an agenda. 19. Who do we now blame? We were warned but we didn't heed the warnings. We needed change so badly and anything but Jonathan was fine. 20. Chief Femi Falana, Pastor Bakare and other rights advocates, you have let Nigerians down. You spoke so vehemently against GEJ but kept quiet in the face of tyranny, injustice and killing of Nigerians under PMB. God will request the blood of the Nigerians who have died in the hands of the emboldened herdsmen,at your hands. As General Danjuma said, we are in real danger in Nigeria. Silence is no longer golden! 2019 is fast approaching, a chance we'll have to correct our mistakes and right our wrongs and to salvage what we have left, so please.... Kindly swallow your pride for the sake of humanity and share this message after reading it so that other people read can do same and together we can make amends.

Management Course: Lesson 2

CrimeNigerian Police Are Not Your Friends -Police In Imo State Especially Are Crimina by odogwu9(op): 8:20am On May 25, 2018
*Police in Imo turns criminals*

I am so shocked at what happened to me this evening. I was driving through 3rd inland road in Owerri at about 9:50pm when an ash coloured toyota sienna conveying 5 policemen over took me and stopped, asking me to park.

I parked and they asked me to come down. The next thing one of them did was to demand for my phone. I gave it to him. He scrolled through for over 18minuites and later asked me wait for him as he took my phone to their car. After 5mins again, he called me to Come collect my phone. Immediately I approached him, he asked one of his colleagues to search my car.
Oga, I Don see exhibit oooooo!, his colleague shouted. I was full of surprise as I walked closer to my car to see what he claims to be an exhibit.

Behold a pistol, the all surrounded me, calling me a thief. I told them I have never seen the gun in my life and that I was ready to go to the station with them to prove my innocence.

One of them they call blacky took me to a corner and told me that he is the only one that could save me. He asked me to give them N150,000 and walk away or risk been jailed for possession of fire arm.
At first, I pleaded to them to accept N50,000 as I was ready to make the transfer but they refused.
The other man who scrolled through my phone earlier to me that I have a balance of N614,000 in my account and I want to risk my life because of mere N150,000.

As God may have it, a lawyer friend of mine was driving pass through 3rd inland road heading towards full moon hotel. He saw me and stopped and I called him, Barrister! Am in trouble ooo. The policemen shouted down at me and asked the barrister to go his way that they will settle with me. But the barrister persisted to know what the problem was. The blacky of the guy who quickly called me aside again asking me to make the N50,000. At this time, I had already began to summon courage having seen my barrister friend around.
Immediately I tried explaining the matter to barrister Jude, the policemen hurriedly entered their Sienna and drove Away.

Sincerely I don't know what policemen in Owerri are turning into.

Everybody should be at alert now. The police are nolonger our friends but criminals.

Politics1966 Coup-igbos Vindicated. .. by odogwu9(op): 9:10pm On May 21, 2018
1966 Coup: “THE IGBOS NOW VINDICATED AND EXONERATED”
Olusegun Obasanjo.

"Let the truth be told. The People involved in that so called 1966 “Igbo coup” were:

1. Major Chukwuma Kaduna Nzeogwu (Midwest Region Igbo)

2. Major Adewale Ademoyega (Western Region – Yoruba), author of “Why we struck”

3. Capt. G. Adeleke (Western Region – Yoruba).

4. Maj. Ifeajuna (Midwestern Region – Igbo).

5. Lt. Fola Oyewole (Western Region – Yoruba), author of “The reluctant rebel”.

6. *Lt. Robert (Bob) Egbiko* (Midwestern Region – Ishan).

7. Lt. Tijani Katsina (Northern Region – Hausa/Fulani).

8. Lt. O. Olafemiyan (Western Region – Yoruba).

9. Capt. Gibson Jalo (Northern Region – Bachama).

10. Capt. Swanton (Northern Region – Middle Belt).

11. Lt. Hope Harris Eghagha (Midwest – Urhobo).

12. Lt. Dag Warribor (Midwest – Ijaw)

13. 2nd Lt. Saleh Dambo (Northern Nigeria -Hausa)

14. 2nd Lt. John Atom Kpera (Northern Nigeria-Tiv).

The reason for calling the 1966 Coup an Igbo exercise is because the government of Nigeria has refused teaching Nigerian History in our schools. And core North has been busy misinforming Nigerians that the 1966 coup was an Igbo coup.
……………………………………….................................
Yoruba – Igbo fact sheet. This article has no tribal sentiments. Pls add ur own facts if u have any. History will always tell us what happened.

1. Azikiwe defeated Awolowo to become the first Nigerian Premier of Western Nigeria (present Southwest plus Edo and Delta States). Awolowo instead of forming Opposition, rather formed Egbe Omo Yoruba and used it to intimidate Yorubas that won election on NCNC platform to cross carpet and join him against Azikiwe. This was the first parliamentary coup in Nigeria.

2. Awolowo from then on, started indoctrination of Yorubas against the “threat of Igbo domination”. That is how the incurable seed of fear of Igbos was sown in the psychic of Yorubas which Yorubas later sold to other groups through Yoruba control of the media for decades.

3. Alhaji Tafawa Balewa , Nigeria ‘s first Prime minister could not tolerate Awolowo’s treacherous and inordinate ambition of acquiring political power by all means and at any cost. So, he threw Awolowo into prison for treason.

4. Samuel Ladoke Akintola who replaced Awolowo as Premier of Western Nigeria tried to destroy Awolowo’s political grip on Yorubaland by forming a party to takeover Western Nigeria in alliance with the Hausa-Fulani oligarch who Awolowo despised as a backward race. Consequently, Yorubaland went ablaze in revolt against Akintola’s plot. Law and order completely broke down in Western Nigeria. Wole Soyinka wore a mask and forced announcers at Western Nigeria Broadcasting Corporation to declare that Akintola’s government was a fraud.

5. Yet, Tafawa Balewa refused to declare state of emergency in Western Nigeria in order to keep Akintola as a proxy for Hausa-Fulani interest. This was the MAIN reason Yoruba graduates in the Army were the brains behind the coup led by Chukwuma Nzeogwu who happened to be Igbo.

6. As Wole Soyinka and even Obasanjo acknowledged, Nzeogwu ‘s coup was widely accepted by a vast majority of Nigerians across regional, religious and ethnic divides. But the dissatisfied Hausa-Fulani oligarchy who had majority in Nigerian Army infantry used their puppets, Yakubu Gowon, Theophilus Danjuma and co to overthrow General Ironsi.

7. In order to win support of Yorubas, Gowon released Awolowo from prison. The Hausa-Fulani knew Awolowo’s fear of Igbo as the only group that stood against his ambition to power. Gowon therefore quickly made a deal with Awolowo which in effect was that power would rotate between the North and the West (Hausa-Fulani and Yoruba) in post war Nigeria if Awolowo convinced Yorubas to join the North in fighting Igbos.

8. The Nigerian Army was consequently split into two divisions: the northern sector division commanded by Hausa-Fulani and the southern sector division, commanded by Yorubas.

9. Lagos, a city built largely by Igbos and were Igbos invested heavily, was also ceded to Yorubas as a State even when there was no Abuja at the time (1967). 14. Awolowo was made Vice Chairman of Federal Executive Council and Finance Minister. All federal government owned banks in Nigeria at the time which included the Central Bank and First Bank, were under Awolowo and Yoruba management. It was a deal Awolowo could not resist. The man was an unscrupulous Machivellian anyway.

10. The Igbos were eventually defeated and Yorubas became champions of nationalism.

11. Awolowo tried to make sure no Igbo man or woman would ever be more than financial destitute let alone have the financial resources to rival a Yoruba.

12. To achieve his objective of permanent Yoruba supremacy, Awolowo insisted that every bank account owned by an Igbo, regardless of how much was in it before the declaration of Biafra, would only be replaced with twenty pounds! He instructed Yoruba Permanent Secretaries who took over the Federal Civil service when Igbos left, to make sure that Igbo senior civil servants were not reinstated but to rather retire those who could not be dismissed as rebels. The same policy obtained in the Armed Forces of Nigeria and Police .

13. The Igbo were not only made pariahs but also financial destitutes.

14. Every house and industry in Igbo city was destroyed by war. Schools were closed for 3 years and many were razed to the ground.

15. Awolowo masterminded the indiginization policy by which Yorubas bought over all companies in Nigeria using money readily made available to them by the banks under their control. The Igbos were excluded.

16. They rejoiced and relaxed and complaisantly asked: “How could Igbos ever rear their ugly heads up again”? Sure, if that had happened to Yorubas or any other ethnic group, that would be their end. But as Awolowo rightly feared, we happen to be Ndi Igbo.

17. The shooting war ended 45 years ago and we are still here. We have survived all policy shenanigans contrapted by treacherous Yoruba masterminds and executed by their Hausa-Fulani allies.

18. In frustration, they have realized that we are who we are. Imagine their frustration! Never mind all Yoruba masterminded psychological attacks on Igbos disparaging us in any way they can.

19. Yes, Federal government policy has made them the tycoons of oil and gas, telecommunications, insurance and manufacturing. Oh, their Hausa-Fulani cum military allies gave Nigeria to Obasanjo for 8 years in keeping faith with their alliance.

20. Bola Tinubu is struggling for Awolowo mantle by forming an alliance of etho- religious jingoistic to ensure power keeps rotating between Yoruba and Hausa-Fulani. Where is the position of the Igbo and other tribes in Nigeria.

THAT IS WHY IGBOS WHO EXPERIENCE ALL THE ABOVE INJUSTICES THINK THAT BIAFRA IS THE ULTIMATE ANSWER.

HOWEVER, MY TAKE IS THAT THIS SHOULD MAKE OUR IGBO LEADERS FOCUSED, AND FIGHT FOR THE COMMON GOOD OF THEIR KINSMEN, NOT ONLY FOR THEIR OWN POCKETS.

FamilyMy Neighbours Wife... by odogwu9(op): 9:39pm On May 17, 2018
My neighbour is a hard working, low income person who works as a clerk in a court while driving his car as taxi in the evenings to earn extra income.

His wife is a petty trader who is not doing too badly but loves to put pressure on the man! She always believed she belonged to a "higher" class than their level of living. Always demanding things that are not needed.

Anyway, one day she fell seriously ill and had to be operated upon after already spending two weeks on admission in the hospital.

The poor husband had spent over N300,000 before the need for operation came up. Now he had to cough out another N84,000! He had nothing, he ran from pillar to post. His wife was dying, he was confused!!

After a delay of two days without being able to raise money, he decided to use his car as a collateral to get loan for his wife's operation. As he was preparing to leave his room, his car keys fell underneath the bed. While trying to search for it, he noticed a bulge at the bottom part of the mattress. On searching it, he discovered N250,000 carefully hidden INSIDE the mattress!!!!

So his wife had money at home all this while that he was running helter skelter! The woman didn't even pity herself! Chei!!

Anyway, the man carefully removed the money; paid the outstanding hospital bill (N84,000) without telling his wife the source of the money!!!

Then, he used N32,000 to purchase a new mattress and burnt the old mattress in the room.

He then prepared 4 different pots of soup and stored them in the fridge awaiting his wife's return home. He pocketed the balance jejely!

A week later the woman was discharged after a successful operation. When she got home, she immediately noticed the new mattress on their bed.

On asking about the old mattress, the man explained to her that there were a lot of insects disturbing the old mattress so he burnt it and bought a new one!

Even his children confirmed that they even helped their father burn the mattress.

It has been over 6 weeks and the women is still crying whenever you see her! Ask her what is causing her tears, she will say "the place they did the operation is still paining her".

The husband too has kept quiet since! Abi, if na you wetin you go do?
