The law should be enforced 24/7/365, no matter what people say. Eventually everybody will fall in line, and if people don't like it, they can always take their cases to court.

The real concern should be how does he ensure that enforcement is going on around the clock.

One solution I can think of is to install cameras and mics in police cars. Next time you give away police cars Gov. Fash, please ensure that they have the technology that makes it so that the officers are motivated to be upright and actually do their jobs, knowing that they can be monitored at any time. Please don't just buy empty toyota vans and paint them.

As much as I applaud you for encouraging people not to litter and trade on the roads, people will mostly act in a lawless manner in the absence of law enforcement. So together with appealing to everyone's sensibilities, you should also do your job by making sure your subordinates are also doing theirs and enforcing the rules not just when they feel like, but around the clock.

That is what is needed to make Lagos a very organized city.

I have done it before. I did something in the past that made them appreciate me and brought me back. I will do more than that. If I enumerate my agenda, we would be here forever. But in infrastructure, my priority is to tar all the untarred roads in the state capital within 18 months. I am going to construct a fly-over in two strategic places in Ado-Ekiti to ease traffic. There are lots of things I will do to enhance the welfare of my people. If I were Governor Fayemi, I would not have built that governor’s house. I will build roads and other infrastructure that can impact the life of the common man. Things that can add value to the lives of the people are more important than things that would add value to the governor.

You only need to read this comment to know that the Ekitis have handed over their treasury to that regular chap they meet at the pub.

Earning capacity has simply nothing to do with the cost of education... what the ratio of the £7 / Hr lets say max £1500 a month, even at that can they still afford to fork out £9000 a year considering they have other expenses?....NOOO.
