22 is ambitious.
20 is more like it for secondary market.

The pressure to lure in FPIs is easing off though.

We may start seeing sub 20% in the next 3-4 PMAs.
Let's see what the next auction will look like.. So far, we have seen improvements in the last four auction for 364days Tenure.

You are right my money has been refunded since morning, they even reach out to me on their secondary market, offering 16.50% for 360days.
That rate is low. Don't accept anything less than 22.

That's the crazy stuff about the whole thing . The food is small and u are not sure of the hygienic conditions of the food processing .

Cooking at home too is now expensive when u consider the cost of cooking gas , meat and cooking ingredients . But when u think about hygiene ; cooking at home makes more sense
Cooking at home still make sense economic wise. You get to eat as much as possible and not as if you fill the gas everyday, buy ingredient or meat everytime.

Na who don chop belleful dey reason meat matter . Nowadays u will see full grown men buy rice 700, beans 200 and one ponmo for 100 . 1k don finish be that .
And it won't be as if you ate anything.
Cooking is still better IMHO.

The days when bankers were doing real banking. When last did anyone beg you to open an account with them?

Now they just sit back and make easy money.
The days before ussd, online account opening, opening account with app and Atm etc

Who needs people to storm streets and schools like they do in the past to open account when tech has made much more easier
