This Dangote Refinery project also means Nigeria can easily meet its daily output for oil since there's a market for up to 650k a day crude oil. That's great for revenue too |

How to make your car more aerodynamic https://techloging.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/word-image-3.jpeg Many car owners are looking to make their cars more aerodynamic, but while trying to achieve aerodynamics, they end up installing accessories that help achieve the opposite effect of aerodynamics. In this article, Techloging.com will talk about the very simple steps to achieve this goal. For many people, fuel efficiency is a primary consideration when buying a new or used car. These same people, however, often sabotage this efficiency by adding exterior accessories to their vehicles that create wind resistance as they look for ways to make their cars more aerodynamic. The harder an engine has to work to push a vehicle through the air, the more fuel it uses. The degree of resistance to a smooth flow of air is called drag. When air flows efficiently around a car, this is called aerodynamics. The best aerodynamics of a vehicle and the least resistance, suppose a greater and better fuel efficiency of the vehicle. Simple ways to make your car more aerodynamic 1. Whenever possible, drive with the windows up. Driving with the windows down disturbs airflow and increases drag. Keep in mind, however, that if your goal is to improve fuel efficiency, using the air conditioning increases fuel consumption somewhat. 2. Eliminate unnecessary external accessories. These include rear spoilers (a spoiler actually increases drag and degrades aerodynamics), air intakes, fenders, oversized side mirrors, oversized tires, extra lights, grills, roof racks, and bike racks. Any accessory that protrudes from the bodywork, even a small amount, will increase drag and prevent the car from being more aerodynamic. 3. A more aggressive approach is to lower the profile of your vehicle. You can do this by installing shorter springs or lowering the front grill. Using shorter springs helps lower ride height, reduce wind resistance at the front end and improve aerodynamics. 4. Lowering the front grille minimizes the amount of air flowing under the car, where air passing over uneven surfaces (suspension, exhaust, etc) increases friction. Unless you have experience working on automotive suspension systems or body panels, hire a professional to install the springs or lower the grille. 5. Installing covers over unneeded openings on the exterior of your vehicle helps make your car more aerodynamic. This includes the rear wheel wells, which can greatly disrupt airflow. You can also install solid, smooth caps over your wheels. By covering the lug nuts and holes in the wheels, air can flow more smoothly past the wheels. I have a tech blog that is more than two years old. I spend time on it to create quality content. But I've been receiving zero traffic. Zero! And they never rank. One time, I had the issue of link hacking on it. That was caused by some plugins and themes and I resolved that. Before and after the link hacking issue was discovered and resolved, I have never had traffic. What can I do? The blog is www.techloging.com.

So three days ago, my wife told me about this group named Tickmill Trading. She got into it through one of those random spam messages. I told her immediately they were scammers. But, you know, as women can sometimes be... They said they were going to teach them some trading courses and, in the end, give everyone a 500 USDT graduation fee. Lol. https://techloging.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/img_20230111_171109_4213218315164122199802.jpg They were going to do five courses. I think the first two courses were free, and they paid them around $6 (to at least make people think they're legit, like Yahoo boys into dating do). The money was sent to them in their account on the special domain created for the project, which is www.tickmilltrading.com. They even allowed them to connect their account to Binance so they could withdraw their money and send in money for courses. Then the third day, having kind of earned the trust of unsuspecting members with the free money, they started asking them to pay for the remaining courses. They asked them to pay a minimum of $10 for the third course and get 50% back. She paid the money, and indeed after the course, they paid her. For the fourth course, they asked them to pay a minimum of $30 to get times two of their money. She indeed paid the money via Binance and got the $60. For the last course, they said they'd pay everyone $500 as a graduation fee, and they'd be able to get a job at Tickmill with the certificate they issued. They were asking for a minimum of $100 for the last course. Then I dug in. I went to Scam Adviser and Trust Pilot. I saw that they had 20% and 3.2/5 reviews. Then I found that the website's owner is unknown and it's hosted in a high-risk country. Also, Scam Adviser reveals that the domain was opened a week ago, just on 30 December 2022. I also found from my personal enquiry that they are in no way affiliated with Tickmill.com as they claimed, as you can see from the email enquiry: https://techloging.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/screenshot_20230111-1708067498192708631750280.png Here, I knew what their plan was. Then I told my wife that they plan to cash out after people pay for the last course, and everyone would lose their course money. This morning, they fixed the price for the last course at a minimum of $100, which was around N74.5K. I asked her to withdraw all her earned money into Binance and even out of Binance. Then we started seeing greedy people putting in $300 and $500 because they were promised more than double and an additional $500. Just this evening, my wife started getting messages from members of the group she had connected with earlier that they were having issues with their accounts and couldn't withdraw. One even had $800 in the system. And when we tried to expose them on the group with the message in the attached, the message was deleted, and she was removed from the group. https://techloging.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/img_20230111_171109_9655487654249240009237.jpg Oh, wow! Nonetheless, she was happy she got her $61 (N45k) out after putting N15k. In conclusion, Tickmill Trading isn't in any way affiliated with Tickmill.com. These guys have thousands of unsuspecting but greedy people on their system but the organizers are scammers. If it's too good to be real, it ain't real! Run!! |

We recently introduced you to Havens Cottage. And now we already started to bring all the promises to reality. Here are all the details on Havens Cottage and all we have done so far on-site. https://hybridlandtech.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/IMG-20230101-WA0002.jpg After selling more than 60% of Greenville Estate and almost finished the perimeter fencing and gatehouse, we moved swiftly to the site for Havens Cottage in Naforija Epe, just adjacent to the Lagos State University of Education, Epe. Site Updates We had the first early birds of investors for our off-plan apartments and land-only plots, and we moved in to create value for your investment. We started work on Havens Cottage by clearing the landscape and then proceeded with the survey parcellation of five acres of Havens Cottage. Then we continued with an estate layout design, the result of which is now made available for investors in Havens Cottage on demand. Next, we started the drilling of a borehole at Havens Cottage. This is to facilitate the current construction works which are set to begin and also serve the water needs of clients who already have allocated plots on Havens Cottage. Then we started the production of construction bricks on site for the construction of the perimeter fencing, gatehouse, and the promised apartments and bungalow. Next, we capped off last month on December 29, 2022, by organizing the inspection tour of Havens Cottage with prospects and realtors brought to site. We couldn’t have achieved all these without you our clients, and prospects who believed in us. To invest (or add to your investment) in Havens Cottage, you can book a free inspection tour with us to see all we have done on site, and what we are doing presently and are about to do. Why Invest in Havens Cottage and Epe? 1. Massive rental income Already, Epe is one of the best locations in Lagos for rental income. Make your findings online or in the town, and you’d find that a 2-bedroom apartment here already goes for a minimum price of ₦600K. Put your investment cap on, and you’d realize that in the coming years, real estate here may surpass that of Lekki. 2. Havens Cottage is in a livable environment with a high ROI Come have an inspection of Havens Cottage with us. It’s in an already liveable environment. Green environment Plain dry landscape that’s ready for construction and inhabitation Close to educational institutions – LASUED, YabaTech Campus, St. Augustine University, and lower institutions. Lekki Deep Sea Port and Dangote Refinery are commencing operation this year. The construction of Lekki-Epe international airport is also set to commence this year. 3. Havens Cottage is legit and well-titled So what are the titles you get on your property at Havens Cottage? Havens Cottage comes with land excision. This is a confirmation that the estate has been legally released to indigenous settlers by the Lagos state government, and it’s termed to be excised. Also, this signifies that the land is no longer under government acquisition; thus C of O (Certificate of Occupancy) procedure, which we already have in process, is now possible. For further inquiries on Havens Cottage or estates in Epe, call us at 0916 333 1487 or contact us. Let’s do more in 2023! |

Chee59:Totally healed. The site now covered with new gum flesh. Forgotten I had an extraction except that you can't chew well with that angle. |
AccessME:I learned the cost may go over a 100k especially if the problem goes deep. Plus i didn't budget for it. Didn't even plan for extraction. I actually thought it was something they could burst the pus and give me some injection or drugs. |
I had a dental extraction just three weeks ago at a private dental clinic (Smile Pride Dental Clinic in Ota). Total Price: N23K. (Included consultation fee and Scaling and Polishing). Before the surgery: I had some uneasy feeling and pain in the tooth weeks back. And after salt rinsing, the pain went away. But there was a kind of swollen part that seemed to be filled with pus at the base of the affected tooth. So I had to go to the clinic for help. During the surgery: I decided to go for removal because I didn't plan a budget for the cost they were estimating to test and fill the tooth (the tooth had a kind of hole). I decided to do S&P and then extraction. I was given an anaesthesic injection before the S&P. I started feeling that part of my mouth heavy and numb. Before the extraction, I was given another anaesthesic injection. The numbness and mouth heaviness increased. The female dentist confirmed from me if I was feeling numb there before she started the removal. The removal was painless, except you can feel the pressure of the pulling with the tools. The tooth removed after about 15 to 20 minutes. I was instructed to do mouth rinses with salt and take my medication. After surgery: I started eating all types of food with the other side of the mouth after the third day. About 15 days after, I can now chew with the area of extraction. But the missing tooth affects my chewing experience since it was a molar I removed. The chewing pressure is now on the second side of the mouth. When I have the money, I'll probably fix a denture at the extracted site (learned it's close to 400k or so). But the job at Smile Pride was great. |
