Hello. I did the pymetrics test by 7pm 25th may and got the regret mail by 9pm. I was not told my score was being reviewed.

I used a PC. If you have access to a PC I advise you use it if not make do with you phone. It's all good and well

Guys quick questions for any one who knows about NNPCs mode of operation.
1. After induction, will every one go for the fstp training?
2. Where is the training location and whats the duration?
3. After the training will there be postings to different locations?
4.How long does the graduate training last and would salaries increase after that?

Guys, many eyes are on this NNPC recruitment ish o.

I went to print some documents somewhere close to my house and I saw someone typing a petition letter to NNPC. From the heading, It was about the Non-inclusion of People with disabilities (pwd) from the on-going recruitment. Apparently, they have a governing body which wrote for thier inclusion in march 2019 ( when NNPC just advertised). The man also cited some sections in FCC laws which are against discrimination of pwd.

I guess NNPC have many battles to face before this recruitment concludes.

If a big company has already prepared offer letters for new recruits, one mans post on his blog cannot make them withdraw/delay the whole thing and spoil thier schedule.

If this is what has happened, then this shows gross incompetence in NNPCs management.

Otherwise, the offer letters were not even ready at all and NNPC are not ready for new intakes yet.

Mine showed 502 Error from 3pm to 3:07. I was finally able to start by 3:09. The questions where too bulky for 7mins. Especially Maths. I did 15/20 (with lots of guessing) before it submitted it self. Crazy.

Lmao. Which kind pressure be this. Who knows what to expect? Its less than 30mins to start time. God help us.

Y'all should stop asking when Apl is dropping. Ask your sources in whatever location they're in if the have started making arrangements for new intakes in thier various departments.

I was interviewed on the 10th of July, got my TFare on the 12th of July (Just about 2 days interval!) - EH, CBT (Rivers). The whole stuff is shrouded in mystery, I must say.

With this new information, I don't think its possible for NNPC to disqualify some candidates 1 day after the process concluded and pay them off. Doesn't make sense to me. What do you guys think?

Yup. Panel 39 actually stopped me from rushing to answer immediately. After each question, I was given about 2 minutes to think about my answer.

I asked my panel for feedback (more like what I didn't do right in the interview)

They listed some of the things they were looking for.

One of them was your ability to take your time to think when a question seems to jar you. It's not about rushing to say rubbish.

So in my feedback, one of the panelist actually commended me for taking my time to think (the question took me about 2 minutes to come up with an answer).

So you don't need to be worried

Some of these theories are fun but let's be smart about this guys. They are only going to take a few people from the crowd and I'm really scared that some people are seeing this NNPC job as thier last hope. Please don't.
Whatever happens, happens. So let's go easy on our expectations so as to avoid serious heart break when Apl drops.

Yes, they will employ the best brains from every state but not the best candidates generally.
Being from educational developed state put you at a disadvantage because the competition is higher.

For example the total mark of this interview is 100 and they are collecting 10 from each state.

Let's say for a state like lagos, first 10 people score above 90, somebody with 89 will not make the cut.
But for another state, the first 10 people might score between 60 and 70. These ones will be offered Appointment letters and somebody with 89 from lagos will not.

So the system is kind of unfair, but also fair in the sense that every state gets to eat from the national cake.

What are you talking about, all the people that sat down for d CBT are the best of the best in this country, after that, the best from them where invited for interview, so Irrespective of FCC or quota system. NNPC will be hiring the best brains from every state.


FYI alot of people have being paid from different dates, less than 5% of those people are on nairaland, Everybody will get tfare eventually, so people should calm down please, dis tfare joke was blown out of proportion already. Cause I see alot of people are down because of it

The date thing is mostly region guy. Mine was on the 9th and I saw many familiar faces. Most of us did our exams in PH.
