Governors have to sign the execution warrant. And they are too cowardly to do it. Nobody wants to be called Killer Governor.

Since 1999 when civilians came back, only one Governor: Oshiomole of Edo State signed warrant and it was once: for the execution of 7 armed robbers. In true Nigerian fashion, only 5 were executed on the day, two names were mysteriously removed the morning of the execution.

Death sentence is now life.

Although to be fair, some people sentenced to death are probably innocent with the way Nigerian judiciary is.

The governors can't because they themselves are criminals, so even kxll to get to that position.

There are Security Guarding companies with good reputation (I think the judge couldn't afford the price for the best) and the (good) she could afford has shown her the way to the heaven.

If you watch the video and listen to the guy you'll hear him said he work for a security firm. You can also hear the policeman asking him if he has returned to tell his company about what he did... Clearly the woman didn't employ him directly. He was assigned to her by the security firm.

This was not a careless employment, the judge didn't employ that guy directly. She approached a security firm and the guy was the security assigned to her.

I believe she was being careful not to employ a wrong person that's why she contacted a security firm.
