richie240:Igbos can never see anything wrong with the 1966 coup after all it was Igbos that also crushed it, and clamped the plotters into detention. But when pogroms were organised to kill Igbos and other easterners, Gowon did not punish the planners of the pogroms. Today they own oil blocs in Akwa Ibom, Delta e.t.c. Igbos voted for Obasanjo. They voted for Yaradua. They massively voted for Jonathan so these evidences quash your allegations that Igbos hate everybody, otherwise they wouldn't have voted for these non-Igbo presidents. The question should now be this. Which Igbo president did you ever vote in? The answer is none. What this means is that you Fulanis have been directing the hate towards Igbos. Anyway Igbos are really now more interested in Biafra. We are tired of all this crap |
ibrahimismaila:Adamu Garba felt the grind of the 5%ers on Good playstore ![]() And your 97%ers couldn't even dislodge mere Jason Njoku |
frankson1:That's a part of the point. Because Yorubas were not at all in PDP, yet the other ethnic groups within PDP, gave Obasanjo the chance. Obasanjo was brought out of detention, dusted up and handed over the presidency. He had nothing, but he was still made the president. Igbos can't kill themselves, as we already know the other Nigerians will never consider dusting up an Igbo man, just the same way other Nigerians dusted up a convict and made him a president. That is why Biafra seems very more appealing to Igbos, than trying to go chasing shadows, looking for a presidency it is clear, will never be gotten, because all the powers in Nigeria are hellbent on ensuring no Igbo man ever becomes the president. |
frankson1:Obasanjo did not become the president on the AD platform. He ran under PDP, which is clearly not a Yoruba political platform |
adanny01:We supported Yaradua. Just a few years ago, we also supported Atiku. We are now tired of supporting other people, who never consider supporting us. No Igboman has seen the presidency in over 55 years, and you think that is normal. Ekwueme was a total gentleman but still, he was never allowed to mount the presidency. Biafra is now the answer |
Sleekfingers:Alex Ekwueme played this politcs well but it never got him anywhere. Buhari even toppled Shagari just to prevent Ekwueme from ever emerging the president of Nigeria. We have already gone through these motions. Biafra is now the answer. |
EraseTheDot:Now because One-Ball-Two-dot Adamu Garba dared to undermine Jason Njoku, I urge every southerner to run down any of his apps that dares make it into Applestore. He needs to be taught a lesson he will never forget |
24SEVEN:There are only six political zones. So Igbos turn don reach since. Anyway, we are now after Biafra or an Igbo nation. |
Naajjii:Did I tell you we are now looking for presidency? We now want Biafra. You can also watch and see whether the person that becomes the president in 2023 is from one of the ethnic groups that have never ruled. You think you are smart. Was Buhari, a known ethnic bigot, and a supporter of terrorist groups like Fulani herdsmen and Bokoharam, not brought in to rule Nigeria? But in Igbo case, you start changing the goalpost. But we are not even interested in all these crap. We are leaving Nigeria with our substantial gas reserves. No apologies to make |
Yes he will say that, until an Igboman tries to run for the presidency of Nigeria. That's when he will realise that Nigeria is not really our home. Now that it is clear it is the turn of the Igbos to occupy the presidency, your so called fellow Nigerians have abandoned zoning to the southeast. Igbos must break away from Nigeria |
In a country where an Igbo man is not allowed to rule the country. Nigeria can go to hell. I prefer a country where my people can aspire to the highest office of the land. Not a country where we are not in control of our destiny because my people are kept out of the corridors of power. I choose Biafra any day anytime. |
Whoever wrote this crap can go and die. What of the indigenous populations being raped and murdered y Fulani terrorists? What of the Fulani-controlled government federal that treats Fulani terrorists with kid gloves but will rather arrest and kill people who are protecting their populations in the middlebelt east and west? What of the the fact that no Igbo has ever been the president of Nigeria for about 55 years, all being primarily orchestrated by the Fulanis? |
tutudesz:The NDR that was in existence before Biafra, was an Ijaw affair. Not the current Fulani-inspired babelian affair of strange bedfellows. |
tutudesz:Biafra is not forcing anybody. Even Kanu's IPOB still subscribes to a referendum where all the ethnic nationalities within the Biafran enclave will vote and decide whether they want to be a part of Biafra or not. Igbos will not be forcing anybody into Biafra. Haven't you noticed that Igbos are quite pleased with the Ibibio/Annang decision to opt for Ibom Republic? That's the way Igbos are. Very democratic. Igboland has its resources. Huge oil reserves, and of course most of the gas reserves of Nigeria. Igbos are very comfortable, and we are happy with any decisions taken by our neighbours. We Igbos already know the proposed Ibom Republic will be friendly towards the Igbos, because it is a republic born from within the Ibibios and Annangs, and was not forced upon them by external forces like the Fulanis. The Ibom republic destroys every Fulani machination to isolate Igbos The babelian NDR which is being teleguided by the Fulanis cannot now take root. Igbos prefer a home-grown NDR of just the Ijaws, not one inspired by Igbo haters (Fulanis) with an agenda to hurt Igbo interests. Igbos are glad that the Ibibios and Annangs have come up with this proposed Ibom Republic |
DubaiLandLord:Read this link and see that Dakuku Peterside accepts that he is Igbo. Nuff said https://www.nairaland.com/2691100/igbos-dakuku-peterside |
tutudesz:Joining SS country will be a little problematic now, especially as Ibom Republic stands in the way. |
Omonigho1976:There are more Igbos in Delta state than Ijaws. But the point is that there are still Ijaws in Delta. The Ijaws of Delta along with Ijaws of Bayelsa, Rivers, Edo and Ondo can join and form the Niger Delta Republic. |
tutudesz:I am happy, you are glad Akwa Ibom people will not be joining the SS republic. Also be happy when some Igbo-speaking groups of the SS opt for Biafra. That is the natural order of things. Kudos to Ibibios and Annangs with the Ibom republic. Cross Rivers state now has three options. Form their own nation. Join Ibom Republic. Join Biafra in a confederal setup. |
NnadyAutos:No, Bayelsa will not be compatible with Akwa Ibom and CRS states. But Bayelsa can be the core of the proposed Niger Delta republic, alongside some Rivers state LGAs, Ijaws of Edo and Delta states and the Arogbo Ijaws of Ondo state |
Xhuntra:Shut up there. Everyone has the right to choose where they wish to belong. Ibom republic is good news. At least it is now clear Igbos are not the only people that want to secede from the east. Now it is official that Akwa Ibom people also want to secede. This destroys the narrative that the Fulanis wish the world to see. Now it will be hard for them to link seccession in the east to just Igbos. There are now two dots in the east |
Mangekyo:Nwokem you are not Anioma. No Anioma person has ever shown an interest in joining the Niger Delta Republic over Biafra. The main point is that the Niger Delta Republic is very artificial, as Akwa cross people have very little in common with Afemai or Edo. They have more in common with Igbos though. So Akwacross people are better off in their own nation, or In a confederation with the Igbos. The Niger Delta nation is much more of an Ijaw thing, as they actually live in the Niger Delta |
SlayerForever:Believe me, all those years of Ijaw machination to claim those places can be overturned with just one month of intensive Igbo moves to reclaim that space. Ndoki Igbos, with whom umu Ubani feel the most kinship, will be the spearhead of such a move. Ijaws will stand no chance |
Akwa Cross would have been better as they are all compatible |
SlayerForever:Ubani (Bonny) and Opobo will not end up in Ijaw Republic. The Jaja dynasty is likely to join up with their Igbo-speaking relatives. Ndoki Igbo people are unlikely to abandon Ubani that they founded. |
gidgiddy:That stuff from Emeka Ojukwu Jnr was about 5 or 6 years ago Way before ESN came to the scene |
Rissimenky:Not so fast. Imo and Abia oil wells fall into the Niger delta collection. The Anambra basin one is obviously the Aguleri fields. In Anambra there are even more oil fields being exploited as we speak. One of such wells was discovered a few weeks ago, and the earnings of that well don't even accrue to Anambra. Two of the most oil laden LGAs in the Niger delta are Igbo speaking. They are Oyigbo LGA and ONELGA LGA. The other Igbo speaking LGAs are also quite endowed. Even without Ikwerre oil fields, the inland oil reserve of Igbo speaking territories of the SS and SE will probably be around 55% of the national total. So Igbos have oil in quantum. All these your 2% psychological game is dead on arrival. I can also assure you that all the Igbo-speaking territories of the SS will opt for BIafra, if the SE seceeds. They won't be sticking around with people who are likely to start marginalising them, when the SE is gone. Now when it comes to gas, the Igbos control perhaps over 95% of the national reserve. This must be seriously painful to you, but we Igbos thank God for his mercies. By the way, some Igbos in Rivers state now want a new Igbo state, as they don't want to be stuck in any of these Babelian farms, that can be so easily hypnotised by jihadists. Oyigbo, Ahoada e.t.c now want an ENOA state. I won't be surprised if ONELGA shows interest in joining the proposed state very soon |
IDENNAA:Proudly onye bullet hole that killed Nigeria |
Igboid:Infact the report that claims that Anambra has about 30 trillion cubic feet of gas, is nearly twenty years old, and I don't think much has been done in that area. Otherwise that Anambra reserve would have officially tripled or quadrupled by now. The authorities are hellbent on ensuring Anambra is not seen as both an oil producing and a gas producing state. Igboland possibly controls more than 90% of Nigeria's gas reserves. Another very important detail being that Nigeria's gas reserve are possibly more than double Nigeria's oil reserves |
