You still haven't shown me any evidence of massacre by the Nigerian soldiers during GEJ's administration. Deploying soldiers is totally different from Deploying soldiers to massacre. Show any video evidence of soldiers shooting innocent protesters during GEJ's reign. The main point I am making remains that the Tinubu-backed Buhari regime started firing live ammunition and massacring innocent protesters around the Lekki tollgate area. This fact cannot be wished away. |
raskymonojendor:So you mean to convince me that those peaceful protesters at Lekki tollgate who were singing peacefully while the army opened fire, were IPOB members? How come none of the Lekki tollgate protesters had guns? Also how come there was no ESN around that time, as ESN only came into being some many months after the Lekki tollgate massacre. You think you can fool people. Bear in mind that I have never been a suporter of Nnamdi Kanu, as I believe he does not have what it takes to lead any movement. Google it and you will see that the Lekki tollgate massacre precipitated the mayhem that followed. Before the massacre by the Tinubu-supported Buhari regime, the protests were largely peaceful. |
TimeManager:Show us evidence of GEJ sending in the military to massacre people, and you are here giving me a hearsay of one little boy that died. Show us evidence of massacre. We need to see blood-stained Nigerian flags, the venues were those soldiers were deployed to kill Tinubu's protesters. We also need you to explain why Onanuga claimed that their protest was successful, even though you now say that people were killed. TDoes it mean Tinubu and his asslickers don't consider the little boy's death as something worth raising as an issue? |
Obviously a fake press release as there is no source. Tinubu is very desperate ![]() Whoever told him Igbos even listen to Ohanaeze. It's just that Igbos have chosen not to lead any protests for the moment. |
TimeManager:When Tinubu instigated those protests against GEJ, show us evidence of GEJ sending in the military to massacre Tinubu's protesters. You tend to forget that the Lekki tollgate massacre caused people to retaliate by damaging properties, which I don't support btw. |
Pepper dem ![]() The drug dealer nepotistic president has no idea what to do to salvage the nation economically. Their usual anti-Igbo diatribe doesn't seem to be working again. Of course there will be very painful consequences for those tribalistic comments in due course. God is dealing with Tinubu's criminal government. |
sIfioksq:Which unity? The same Tinubu whose minions have been instigating anti-Igbo hatred for a few years now. Even though Igbos are not a part of the coming protest, Tinubu should not expect any sympathy from the Igbos. Tinubu has been influential in Nigeria's federal government for more than 9 years and counting. People no longer have any patience to dash him. He was relying on his usual anti-Igbo rhetorics to use to hypnotise Nigerians yet again, but that technique seems to have failed woefully. Hunger knows how to reset brains. |
Dsimmer:Your gaslighting is not working. Regionalism should not be a part of the demands. Even if it is, it shouldn't be a show stopper. There will be no breathing space for Tinubu. No cunning ways to discourage the northerners from embarking in their planned protests. And by the way, thank God Anioma people now want their own state. Igbos may even have to expel the Olukumi people back to their Yoruba people, as Igbos need every peace of land within the Igbo territory |
Dsimmer:There will be no protest for regionalism, especially after we saw the map one Yoruba elder drew whereby he ceded Igbo territories to other zones. It will never fly in Igboland. The northerners planning these protests should just concentrate on the hunger and current hardship in Nigeria. Tinubu's people want to throw in the regionalism line to discourage northerners from going ahead with their protests. Cunny man die, cunny man bury am |
Goodvibes007:Your blackmail is not working. If you want you can send out one million anti-Igbo placards. The organisers of the protest are marshalling out their demands. Your drug-dealer certificate-forging president needs to respond in a way that will not flush him out of power. One thing is for certain, Igbos will not help him out. We go just siddon look, or come after Tinubu if he tries to go after Peter Obi. ![]() |
Goodvibes007:nwokem you lack what it takes to blackmail Igbos. The organisers of the protest are already telling you guys that any killings will result in the protests seeking Tinubu's removal as the president. Igbos have already told you all publicly that we will not join the protest, even though we agree with the points raised by the protesters. You better go and warn your drug-dealing agbado master. Time for gra-gra is over. This is time to lead the nation right. |
Tsarbomba:Helinues will not be happy to read this ![]() |
blacknp:Yes The man from Bayelsa. And by the way, are you not seeking for the Igbos to attache by force to an incompetent drug-dealer of a president from the SW? Someone who actively undermined the only ever SS president of Nigeria |
blacknp:Obviously Igbo pains mean nothing to you. All you want is Igbo support for Ronu perceived enemies. That will never happen. Igbos remember how ronus betrayed the only ever SS/Ijaw president of Nigeria. We will never forget that. We already know how you guys operate. |
blacknp:The southern brothers from the west that have been destroying Igbo properties in Lagos and preventing Igbos from casting their constitutionally-guaranteed votes in Lagos. |
Tochitee:You can bleat all you like, northerners are still going on with their planned protest on the 1st of August. Hunger is in the land, and your usual anti-Igbo propaganda cannot stop the hunger pangs troubling a hungry northerner. Blackmails don't work at this point in time. Let Emilokan improve the economy drastically within the next few days, otherwise the ordinary norherner will be out in the streets to protest. |
Lovenorth:Do you know how many Igbos were killed because of ENDSARS? Do you know that hundreds of Igbos were killed in Obigbo Rivers state, because of ENDSARS. You are obviously not aware. Oh so you think Igbos are talking about just vocal blaming. The Nigerian army was sent in to kill hundreds of Igbos, and when this was happening, all the other ethnic groups that took part in the ENDSARS protest kept quiet. Some of them even went ahead to blame Igbos for ENDSARS. Some of those Igbos are still languishing in unknown military detention centres. |
Lovenorth:From what you wrote above it is clear you are not very intelligent. That Igbos will not be taking part in the protest, does not mean that Igbos don't want to take part in it. Our history has taught us some bitter lessons, which is why a lot of Igbos have chosen not to be a part of it. Even the tone of your message above, suggests you would be one of those people who will turn around to blame Igbos for the protest, if Igbos were to be a part of the protest. So Igbos are making a very good decision not to be a part of it. |
valentineuwakwe:All these protests start off with good intentions, until they all decide to gang up against the Igbos. Remember the 1966 coup started with good intentions Remember ENDSARS. Of course, every Igbo man supports the argument and points of the protesters, and would have been part of the protest, but we have to take a peek from history, and properly imbibe how Igbos have been treated in the aftermath of these protests and revolutions. But rest assured that Igbos will never support Tinubu. He is the worst president ever, in the history of Nigeria. Igbos will most definitely not be part of any counter-protest in support of Tinubu. But let those who have sworn that an Igbo man will never be the president of the country, take the lead in this protest. They shouldn't only be seeking Igbo cooperation when it comes to protests, but will rather elect a drug-dealer as their president, instead of a competent Igbo man. What we are experiencing now is a consequence of their gang-up nepotism against Ndigbo in 2023. By the way, this Ohanaeze Youth Council let by Isiguzoro is a Tinubu-supporting fringe faction of Ohanaeze. Igbos not officially taking part in the protest should not be misconstrued as Igbos having regard for Isiguzoro's 419 of an Ohanaeze faction. |
JAMO84:On twitter and elsewhere, for every one Igbo person supporting the upcoming protests, there are 10 Yorubas supporting it and about 13 northerners supporting it. So Igbo people are largely not going to play any part in it. Igbos may however, be dragged into the protests/revolution, if the Lagos state government tries nonsense against the Igbos, during that protest. |
JAMO84:You can try all the reverse psychology that you like, Igbos are not joining your protest. Igbos didn't join in the hunger protests of a few months ago. Igbos will also not be joining this planned protest. |
pazienza:A government that demolished LANDMARK and countless other Igbo business interests, may be more interested in their Lagos political hegemony than the tax remittances the government are getting from business establishments. Well let us hope the Lagos state government will not disturb the hornet's nest, as things could spiral. Ordinarily, one should expect governments to protest business interests are they are a huge source of income for the state, but we are living in weird times. |
pazienza:When miscreants are involved, hiring both police and private security agents will be enough to handle the situation. But when a state government is involved, hiring the military and security agents will usually not be enough. The government can easily shut down the market or even demolish the market just to spite Igbos, who are not even involved in the protest, and there is nothing the security agents will be able to do about it. The best response in such a situation is to become a part of their problem by Igbos outside Igboland, joining the protest in their tens of millions. |
LifestyleTonite:Igbos will not join in the protest and should not join in the protest. However, if the Lagos state government tries to display bravado by targeting Igbo interests in Lagos, during the almost-nationwide protests, this may be the cue that will get Igbos to participate fully in the protest. Around January and February during the Hunger protests, Igbos clearly said they wouldn't be a part of it, and they kept to that. In this upcoming protest, Igbos are saying they won't be a part of it, however if Igbos feel targeted, even though they are not a part of the protest........ Let me not finish this statement. Just count your teeth with your tongue. |
Ojiofor:Im staff of office wey I don already buy for eBay, use am roast agbado ![]() |
ShinnBet:Nwokem, SW is alone. Stop trying to rope in SS into your coven. The same SS you people worked hard to ensure that the first ever Nigerian president from the SS, never got a second term. Keep the SS out of your mouth. That's obviously why your evil elders planned to add Ohaji-Egbema in Imo state, that currently has up to 90% of Nigeria's gas reserves, to the SS, so you can exploit it. It will never happen ma nigga ![]() |
WINON1:In 2014, petrol was less than N100 per litre. It climbed to around N145 per litre maybe in the second year of Buhari's presidency. In 2014 the exchange rate was around N200 to one dollar. The exchange rate crash after a few months of Buhari's presidency. In 2014 cement was about N2,500 In 2014 a bag of rice was less than 10k |
immortalcrown:Because he is an INEC imaginary president |
Gajagojo:If Onitsha drops off the surface of the earth, Lagos will immediately notice. It will affect Lagos so drastically that Lagos may go into permanent decline |
busybiz:When 70% of all the shipped cargoes that come into Nigeria, head to Onitsha, tell me what it is that Balogun sells, because I am pretty certain that the remaining 30% are not sent to Balogun market. In fact I can even make an intelligent guess that Balogun does not even consume up to 10% of the remainder cargoes. |
busybiz:Nwokem, Onitsha accounts for 70% of shipped cargoes arriving in Lagos. I bet Balogun market probably accounts for about 4 containers per day ![]() Merkato is an OPEN-AIR market, and even at that, I am sure the volume of trade in that market is not up to 5% of what happens in Onitsha, otherwise the ethnic group that owns that market would have been one of the richest ethnic groups in Africa. Onitsha is their daddy |
