“Imo State with 200TCF of gas deposits”

The question you should ask yourself is that what’s the country’s proven gas deposit that only Imo alone accounts for the aforementioned quantity?

Every tribe and region is blessed. Your gloating so early in the morning is very uncalled for.
The country's proven gas deposit is about 300tcf. So you are headed nowhere with this attempt to throw in a smokescreen.

Of the remaining 100 TCF, Igbo states and Igbo areas in the SS still hold a majority on those grin grin grin

I know Lagos state also has a few BILLION Cubic feet of gas deposits. Not TRILLION, bear that in mind.

TCFs, are mainly found in the SE and SS. BCFs are found in Lagos, and maybe one or two other SW states.

Lol. Be calming down, it’s too early for these shenanigans of yours

https://report.bayelsacommission.org/chapters/setting-the-scene-oil-in-nigeria-and-bayelsa-state
Obviously someone has been lying to you. Most southeast states have more than 18 tcf of gas.
In fact, Imo state has about 200 tcf. Below is exactly what the former minister of state of Petroleum, who apparently was the former governor of Bayelsa, said about Imo gas.

“Imo state with 200 trillion cubic feet of gas deposits should be set for economic boom,” Sylva said during a visit to the Imo Governor, Hope Uzodinma, in April 2021.7 Jan 2024

Google the above and stop bringing a bulala to a gun fight.

You are the clueless one.
Tinubu has implemented policies that can set us on a path for growth.
Policies that should have been in place over the past 50 years.
Was all done within 8 months of these administration.
Buhari printing 22 trillion Naira during Covid was the problem
Every country in the world at this time is suffering the covid money printing
Nigeria is worse because we do not produce anything.
Tinubu could have continue printing the money as well
but eventually when we stop, 1$= 10000000000 naira

The earlier we start showing fiscal responsibility.
The more foreign investors will comfortable.
Tinubu advised and encouraged Buhari to print more naira. Have you already forgotten?

Tinubu also supported Buhari in the 2019 general election, claiming that Buhari has done brilliantly in his first term. Tinubu also constantly cheered BUhari on, while he was doing his second term.

So Tinubu cannot feign ignorance in what is happening. His regime also saw to the naira going past the N1,000 in its exchange rate to the dollar, and hunger is destroying Nigeria now, all due to Tinubu's mismanagement and cluelessness

Gowon used billion to develop igboland
The two most oil-laden LGAs in Nigeria are Igbo-speaking.

They are ONELGA and Oyigbo LGAs, all in Rivers state.

Igbo oil was used in developing the whole of Nigeria.

Igbo gas also trumps the gas reserves of any other Nigerian ethnic nationality.
Igbos have more than 90% of Nigeria's gas reserves.

You can choke on this very depressing news.

There are indications, however, that the Southeast governors will press that the excess 47MW be sold to the Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) for use in the five Southeastern states

No, I don't support this. The excess should be used to service the remaining LGA's in Abia outside the 9 Aba ringed fence LGA's. At least they can enjoy 10-15 hrs of steady light everyday.
Far better than other parts of Nigeria
I know Ottti is wise enough to know what to do.
Prof. Barth Nnaji is from Enugu state. Do you think Otti can stop Nnaji, the MD and CEO, from ensuring the excess power reaches Enugu/

Same thing I’m wondering, my brother.

We set up something like this, and the first thing we think of is to fill it up with foreigners.

What about our own people?

How will they grow?

When the Chinese and Indians set up these facilities in their countries, they don’t look for foreigners to fill up the place. It’s for their own local industries and business people.
Thank God you are not the governor of Abia state, or Abia would definitely have been short-changed by your myopic style.

Did you read anywhere that Igbos are banned from establishing their manufacturing outfits in the Economic city?
Do you even need anyone to tell you that Igbo businesses will even dominate the place.

The more difficult investments to attract are the foreign ones, but the Abia state administrators have succeeded in bringing in Chinese and Indian manufacturing companies, and instead of you to hail them for this fantastic achievement, you are here reasoning like a previous Ebonyi state governor.

You should not compare a Ugandan with an Igboman. I am pretty sure they will have to compete with the most intelligent ethnic group in Africa, who are reputed to be the most business-minded.

I expect them to fear and respect Ndigbo, after a few months of dealing with them.

2/3 is about 66%. If one state controls 66% of your gas reserve then it means it is the largest has reserve in Nigeria. It seems you don't understand what 2/3 (66%) means.

Ohaji, Egbema, oguta, Izombe all have natural gas deposit
Even when it comes to the remainder i.e 34% of the gas resources, Igbos have more than 50% of that one also.

No.

Anambra has the largest untapped reserve. It's actually 5X that of Imo. We are saving Anambra reserve for the future.

My Abia also has a large gas deposit. It's powering our Geometric Power plant will also power the Enyimba Economic City and Abia Industrial Innovation Park, an initiative that will generate a project $780 million annual revenue to the state government.
Are you sure about the bolded statement? Do you have any source for this?

Don't get me wrong. I'm an Anambra G, so I am happy with any good news emanating from Anambra, but I believe as of the past 3 years or more, Imo state ranks number one when it comes to gas reserves in Nigeria, followed by Anambra.

Congratulations to Abia state.

Meanwhile our idiotic Anambra governor is still sponsoring some e-rats to keep undermining Peter Obi, while at the same time shouting like a b!tch that federal government needs to make gas available to electricity generating companies.

When the time to support a president who would have understood this logic was on the ballot, he seriously worked against his emergence. The sort of idiots we have ruling over us is mind-boggling.
And I was a massive supporter of Soludo, until his shenanigans during last year's elections.

If you want to congratulate the heavyweights of the project, the top 3 are Barth Nnaji, Ngozi Iweala and the World bank president.

Followed by Orji Uzor Kalu, T. Orji and the previous Abia governor

The last on the list will be Tinubu that commissioned the project and Yaradua that was the president when the project commenced.

A bag of rice was about N5,000
